As first reported by Campus Reform, “Towson University recently hosted a drag brunch event, the second such event the school has hosted in just over a month.”
Towson, located in Maryland, hosted the absurdly titled “Drag Brunch: Divas of Pop Edition” on April 13th.
The event was hosted by the school’s Campus Activities Board in partnership with Drag Queen Entertainment LLC as part of TigerFest, which is the “largest program the Campus Activities Board puts on each year.”
The ‘drag performer’ had contributed to the infamous RuPaul’s Drag Race , and he uses “they/them” pronouns.
A post to the Drag Queen Entertainment LLC Instagram page celebrated the event, saying, “Pop Diva Drag Brunch is what’s for breakfast at Towson University. Featured Menu Items: Beyoncé, Chappell Roan, Ariana Grande & more.”
This is hardly the first time this University promoted drag queens.
This immodest and inappropriate behavior has become a staple of liberal indoctrination.
“Earlier this month, the school hosted a “Spring Has Sprung, Drag Extravaganza!” event, which was billed as “an exciting night of performances, student karaoke, food, and fierce energy hosted by the iconic Stormi Skye.”
They also hosted “Drag Bingo” last April.
This university resembles a center of indoctrination rather than one of higher education.
This school plans to spend over $4 million on its Office of Inclusion and Institutional Equity.
DEI remains out of control, along with revolutionary cultural Marxism in academia.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott was on “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to talk about redistricting.
Governor Abbott explained that the Democrats have drawn lines to favor their party largely based on race and that the Supreme Court ruled that this is no longer allowed.
“Give us your assessment of the impact of the Supreme Court rulings, and what are you expecting the impact to be of these new maps?” Bartiromo asked.
“The Supreme Court ruling in the Louisiana case is similar to the Supreme Court ruling in the Texas case. The Supreme Court just applied a principle that most Americans already understood,” Abbott said.
“For example, in a hiring decision in the United States, everybody knows an employer cannot engage in racial discrimination. Now the court is just making it clear that the same hiring decision when voters hire who their member of Congress is going to be there cannot be racial discrimination,” Abbott continued.
“The fact of the matter is, for decades, the Democrats have been using racial discrimination to draw these crazily drawn lines to try to protect Democrats,” Abbott said.
“We are going to eliminate using race to draw these Congressional lines. It means that, especially in the southern states, we are going to add maybe a dozen more Republicans to the United States Congress,” Abbott explained.
“We will finally make those districts look a whole lot more compact,” Abbott said.
Governor Abbott used the New England states as an example of Democrat control. He explained that with many Republican voters, there is no representation of them in Congress in those states due to the drawing of district lines based on race.
“In all of the New England states, there are millions of Republican voters, and yet there are zero Republicans who represent New England in the United States Congress,” Abbott continued.
“It’s time for the Democrats to stop being such hypocrites and finally have everybody across the country to stop using race as a reason to draw Congressional lines,” Abbott commented.
Bartiromo asked Governor Abbott about the Senate race with John Cornyn and his primary challenger, Ken Paxton. The Governor was confident that whoever won the primary would defeat Democrat James Talarico.
“Texas has the longest winning streak of any state in America. Republicans statewide in Texas have gone undefeated for more than 30 years, and I can tell you right now Republicans are gonna win every statewide seat this November,” Abbott said.
“What Talarico, as well as the other Democrats on the ballot this cycle, are standing for are the crazy leftist policies that you see coming out of places like Mamdani in New York, and the crazy leftist progressive policies of California,” Abbott explained.

A disturbing TikTok trend emerged following Charlie Kirk’s assassination that is having a resurgence.
The videos use a sound effect from the moment of Kirk’s murder and is being used in ‘transition’ videos.
The trend uses a 6-second audio clip from the moment Kirk was assassinated in September 2025, capturing his last words “Counting or not counting gang violence…”), followed by the sound of the fatal gunshot, and immediate background and screams/chaos.
The trend is mostly young women doing fashion/outfit transition, or “GRWM” (Get Ready With Me) content.videos where they start in casual or “boring” clothes and, at the exact moment the gunshot sound plays, they transition to party-style, glamorous, or revealing outfits with the timing making the gunshot the “reveal” beat.
The sound, which has been used in tens of thousands of videos, went viral in the days after the assassination and has had multiple resurgences.
TPUSA shared an example of the distasteful trend and condemned it.
The organization wrote on X, “Turning Point USA condemns in the strongest terms the TikTok audio trend that uses or references the assassination of our founder, Charlie Kirk, for entertainment.”
“Charlie Kirk was the victim of a real act of political violence. Turning that into viral content is grotesque and dehumanizing. There is nothing harmless, funny, or acceptable about it. It reflects a culture that trivializes violence and reduces real human loss to a punchline.”

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent was on “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to discuss economic pressure against Iran.
Secretary Bessent also discussed the state of the US economy, including markets and consumer spending.
“Can you give us an update on the economic choke that you have been putting in place in Iran?” Bartiromo asked.
“This began with the order last March from President Trump on max pressure, and three weeks ago, the President gave the order to Treasury, myself, to begin economic fury,” Bessent said.
“We are suffocating the regime, and they are not able to pay their soldiers,” Bessent said.
“All hands on deck. It is the blockade that our great Navy is doing. No ships are getting through,” Bessent continued.
“We have upped the pressure on anyone trying to remit money into Iran to help the IRGC. They are corrupt institutions. They have been stealing from the Iranian people for years,” Bessent explained.
“Do you think oil prices will be lower before the midterm elections?” Bartiromo asked.
“We can see in the futures market that oil prices are already lower, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months out,” Bessent said.
“There are hundreds of oil tankers waiting in the Gulf to come out. The US is only blockading Iranian ships,” Bessent continued.
Secretary Bessent explained that President Trump’s policies during both of his terms has helped the economy grow steadily.
“Stock market is up in the double digits. You’ve got the economy continuing to grow,” Bartiromo said.
“Mr. Secretary, assess the economy for us, and to what you attribute this resilience?” Bartiromo asked.
“I think it’s a lot of the policies that President Trump put in place in his first term that have continued into the second term,” Bessent commented.

Three people are dead, and several others are seriously ill after a Hantavirus outbreak aboard a cruise ship in the Atlantic.
Hantavirus is transmitted to humans by mice and rats, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
According to South African media, the MV Hondius cruise ship departed from Argentina and sailed to Cape Verde.
“Hantavirus infections are typically linked to environmental exposure (exposure to infected rodents’ urine or feces). While rare, hantavirus may spread between people, and can lead to severe respiratory illness and requires careful patient monitoring, support and response,” The WHO said.
“To date, one case of hantavirus infection has been laboratory confirmed, and there are five additional suspected cases,” the WHO told Agence France-Presse (AFP).
“Of the six affected individuals, three have died and one is currently in intensive care in South Africa,” they said.
A 70-year-old male passenger and his 69-year-old wife, of unknown nationalities (possibly Dutch), both died.
A 69-year-old British man was evacuated to a hospital in South Africa, where he is fighting for his life.
Other ill passengers are in a hospital in Cape Verde, off the coast of West Africa, and may be placed in isolation.

A suspected hantavirus outbreak on a cruise ship in the Atlantic Ocean has killed three people and sickened at least three others, the World Health Organization said Sunday.
In a statement to The Associated Press, the WHO said an investigation was underway but that at least one case of hantavirus had been confirmed.
One of the patients was in intensive care in a South African hospital, the UN’s health agency said, adding that it was working with authorities to evacuate two other passengers with symptoms from the ship.
“Detailed investigations are ongoing, including further laboratory testing, and epidemiological investigations,” WHO said. “Medical care and support are being provided to passengers and crew. Sequencing of the virus is also ongoing.”

“On the evening of August 30, 2025, in New Hampshire, Mayor Giuliani was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Prior to the incident, he was flagged down by a woman who was the victim of a domestic violence incident. Mayor Giuliani immediately rendered assistance and contacted 911. He remained on scene until responding officers arrived to ensure her safety,” Ragusa said.
Rudy suffered a broken thoracic vertebrae, lacerations, and contusions.
“Following this, while traveling on the highway, Mayor Giuliani’s vehicle was struck from behind at high speed. He was transported to a nearby trauma center, where he was diagnosed with a fractured thoracic vertebrae, multiple lacerations and contusions, as well as injuries to his left arm and lower leg,” Giuliani’s head of security said.

Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch was on “Fox News Sunday” with host Shannon Bream to discuss his new children’s book, “Heroes of 1776.”
Justice Gorsuch also discussed his experience on the nation’s highest court, working with Justices who hold different opinions.
“You’ve got this beautiful new book that takes us back to 1776, the Declaration of Independence. Tells us how it came together,” Bream said.
“Do you think we’ve kind of lost the sense of what it really meant for these men to craft this and sign on?” Bream asked.

“How do you research the characters? Decide who you are going to include, so that we get the story?” Bream asked.
“We tried to look to primary sources as much as possible, so to the letters that the founders wrote to each other, to the memoirs that they wrote,” Co-author Janie Nitze said.
“I would tell the story of one of the signers who spent a lot of money buying shoes for the men because as Washington said, ‘you can follow of the trail of the men to Valley Forge by the blood they left behind in the snow because they were shoeless,’” Gorsuch said.
“It was eight long years, people forget that, to make the Declaration happen through the revolution,” Gorsuch continued.
“I think there are three big ideas in the Declaration which I think is kind of our country’s mission statement that we are all created equal, everyone of us. And that yes, we have inalienable rights given to us by God, they are not gifts from government. And third, that we have the right to rule ourselves,” Justice Gorsuch explained.
“You all have very heated disputes and issues that come to you because you are the court of last resort, the highest court in the land,” Bream said.
“Advice for the rest of the country on how you can disagree, but you can still work together in the ways you need to?” Bream asked.
“Americans file about 50 million lawsuits a year, and you give us the 70 hardest ones,” Gorsuch explained.
“There are nine of us. Can you get nine people to agree on where to go to lunch?” Gorsuch asked.
“We’ve been appointed by five different Presidents over 30 years, and yet we are able to resolve those cases unanimously about 40 percent of the time,” Justice Gorsuch continued.
