President Trump, in an interview with Fox News, confirmed that the CIA gave him intelligence that Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is gay.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this month that it appears that Iran’s new Supreme Leader, who was chosen by Iran’s clerical establishment following the death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, is likely a homosexual.
According to a report by the New York Post, this, along with an “impotency problem” and inability to find a wife, drew concern about his leadership capability from the elder Khamenei before his assassination.
The Post reports that US spy agencies believe Khamenei had a long-term sexual relationship with his childhood tutor, according to a tip from “one of the most protected sources that the [Iranian] government has.”

Trump is said to have laughed out loud when briefed by officials.
On Thursday evening, while making an appearance on Fox News’ The Five, host Jesse Watters asked Trump, “Did the CIA tell you that Ayatollah Jr. is gay?”
Trump responded, “They did say that.”
“A lot of people are saying that. Which puts them off to a bad start in that particular country, you know,” added Trump.

President Donald Trump said Thursday that U.S. intelligence officials had briefed him on allegations circulating about Iran’s new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, remarks he made during an interview on Fox News’ The Five.
Asked by host Jesse Watters about a New York Post report published earlier this month regarding Khamenei’s sexual orientation, Trump said the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) had raised the issue with him but suggested the information was not limited to a single source. “They did say that (he is gay), but I don’t know if it was only them,” Trump said. “I think a lot of people are saying that, which puts him off to a bad start in that particular country.”
The New York Post reported March 16 that U.S. intelligence agencies believe Khamenei’s late father, former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, had concerns about his son’s suitability to lead Iran because of his personal life.
The tabloid cited unnamed sources who said U.S. intelligence assessed that Mojtaba Khamenei had a long‑term relationship with a man. U.S. intelligence agencies do not publicly comment on personal allegations involving foreign leaders.
The New York Post reported that when Trump was first briefed on the intel, he thought it was “hilarious.”
The outlet added that the 47th President laughed about it for days.
President Trump, later in the interview, noted, “No Republicans got the gay vote as I did. I’m very proud of it.”

The Treasury Department announced it later Thursday.
“In honor of the 250th anniversary of the United States of America, President Donald J. Trump’s signature will appear on future U.S. paper currency along with the Secretary of the Treasury, marking the first time in history for a sitting president,” the Treasury Department announced.
“Under President Trump’s leadership, we are on a path toward unprecedented economic growth, lasting dollar dominance, and fiscal strength and stability,” said Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent.
“There is no more powerful way to recognize the historic achievements of our great country and President Donald J. Trump than U.S dollar bills bearing his name, and it is only appropriate that this historic currency be issued at the Semiquincentennial,” Bessent added.

A mob of masked terrorist sympathizers descended on City Hall Wednesday evening for a so-called “Hands Off Iran” rally and proceeded to cheer the deaths of U.S. soldiers, openly praise Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis, and set American flags on fire while waving Palestinian and Iranian flags.
This wasn’t some fringe gathering hidden in the shadows. This was brazen, in-your-face anti-American extremism happening in broad daylight in a major U.S. city.
Video footage captured by independent journalist Frank Scales of Surge Philly shows the crowd erupting in cheers as a speaker in a bright red hoodie said:

“Until we have done everything in our power to bring the United States to its knees, let us not lose sight of the enemy. For every U.S. military base that crumbles, and for every U.S. soldier who returns home in a casket, we cheer!”

The speaker didn’t stop there. He went full-throated in support of America’s deadliest enemies:

“Hamas, Hezbollah, Ansar Allah [the Houthis], and all the resistance forces – we celebrate these popular forces on the ground. They spend every waking moment in direct confrontation with Zionism, and they rely on a strong Iranian state to maintain their fighting capacity. Do you hate America? May a Hamas rocket blow up your family’s home.”

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier made it clear that he plans to challenge one of the most controversial practices in sports: an NFL rule that requires minority candidates to be interviewed for key coaching and front office decisions.
In a letter and an accompanying video released Wednesday, Uthmeier said he plans to challenge the so-called “Rooney Rule” used by the league, arguing it violates state law.
According to WPEC-TV in West Palm Beach, Uthmeier’s letter warned that the rule cannot be enforced on the three NFL teams based in Florida — the Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami Dolphins, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers — saying all three must “interview, hire, and train based on merit,” as should the NFL.
If the teams are subject to the rule “or any variation or extension thereof,” he warned, it “may result in a civil rights enforcement action.”
He also said that the NFL’s Coach & Front Office Accelerator Program and Mackie Development Program would “limit, segregate, and classify” candidates in a manner inconsistent with Florida law.
“My office is sending a letter to the NFL commissioner, Roger Goodell, regarding the league’s hiring practices — specifically, the use of the so-called ‘Rooney Rule,’ which requires NFL teams to interview candidates based on race,” he said in the social media video.
“The NFL’s use of the Rooney Rule violates Florida law by requiring race-based considerations in hiring. Florida law is clear: Hiring decisions cannot be based on race, and the Rooney Rule mandates race-based interviews and incentivizes race-based decisions.”

Professional sports are a visible example of a merit-based system, but through the Rooney Rule, the NFL requires its teams to use race-based hiring practices.

The rule — named after then-Pittsburgh Steelers owner Dan Rooney, who was the head of the committee that recommended the policy — was implemented in 2003 amid the specter of a lawsuit led by O.J. Simpson attorney Johnnie Cochran.
While the league’s players were largely minority, the NFL had faced criticism that only three black head coaches had been hired by the league’s teams: Art Shell by the Los Angeles Raiders in 1989, Dennis Green of the Minnesota Vikings in 1992, and Tony Dungy of the Buccaneers in 1996.
(Hispanic head coaches had a longer history in the league, starting with Tom Fears of the New Orleans Saints in 1967; Tom Flores of the Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders won two Super Bowls as a head coach after the 1980 and 1983 seasons.)
All three black coaches hired before the Rooney Rule were also let go by their teams after rare mediocre seasons after long stretches of success, critics argued.
Under the Rooney Rule, at least one minority candidate must be interviewed for a head coaching position. In 2020, the rules were dramatically expanded, ESPN noted, to require two minority candidates outside the organization for a head coaching job and one minority candidate for coordinator jobs.
In addition, it expanded the rule to apply to executive positions and required teams to establish minority coaching fellowship programs.
At present, five minority coaches hold head coaching positions in the NFL: Three black (Todd Bowles of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, DeMeco Ryans of the Houston Texans, and Aaron Glenn of the New York Jets), one Hispanic (Dave Canales of the Carolina Panthers), and one Lebanese-American (Robert Saleh of the Tennessee Titans).
Two minority head coaches have won Super Bowls in the 24 seasons since the Rooney Rule took effect: Dungy after the 2006 season with the Indianapolis Colts, and Mike Tomlin after the 2008 season with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Between 2000 and 2024, the Associated Press reported, there had been 31 black head coaches out of 173 total new hires, although this did not count other minorities.

The United Nations General Assembly has adopted a resolution calling on Britain and other countries involved in the transatlantic slave trade to enter talks on reparations.
Campaigners say potential payouts could run into the trillions of pounds.
The motion, introduced by Ghana on behalf of the African Union, describes the slave trade as the “gravest crime against humanity.”
It calls for “good-faith dialogue on reparatory justice, including a full and formal apology, measures of restitution, compensation.”

“The adoption of this resolution serves as a safeguard against forgetting,” he told the audience.
”Let it be recorded that when history beckoned, we did what was right for the memory of the millions who suffered the indignity of slavery.”

Because of Chuck Schumer and the Democrats, more than 50,000 TSA agents have not been paid.
The partial government shut down went into effect last month and the Democrats have repeatedly blocked funding.
According to The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal, the White House may declare a national emergency to pay TSA agents if the Democrats continue to stonewall funding.
The White House’s plan was discussed during a lunch meeting between Senate Majority Leader John Thune and other Senators.
Trump may make the announcement on Thursday evening.

Invoking the National Emergency Act, the people familiar with the matter said, could give the administration flexibility to use unspent government funds to temporarily pay TSA employees.
The push comes as tens of millions of Americans prepare to travel for spring break, as well as the Easter and Passover holidays, and face long lines due to security workers calling in sick.

California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom is attempting a rebrand ahead of the 2028 presidential election and leftist media personalities aren’t having it.
While his record as governor is nothing to boast for his likely campaign, Newsom seems to be positioning himself to win over a wide portion of the voting population in walking back previous statements about Israel.
The Sacramento Bee reported Wednesday Newsom regretted calling Israel an “apartheid state,” in an interview with Politico. He clarified these were the wrong words “in this context,” adding he “revered” Israel and was “proud to support” them.
The governor tried to introduce some nuance into those remarks by taking aim at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who he “deeply, deeply opposed” commenting “his opposition to the two-state solution and deeply oppose(s) how he is indulging the far-right as it relates to what’s going on in the West Bank.”
In reaction to those comments, Mediaite reported leftist podcaster Kyle Kulinski deemed them “political suicide” referring to his words as “nonsense.”
Kulinski vented his anger alongside fellow leftist podcaster Jennifer Welch on the latter’s “I’ve Had It” podcast.
Her reaction was similar is stating, “I’ve heard enough.”
“Why are we in this world where you cannot say a fact? That Israel is an apartheid state,” she complained.
“Why do we have Democrats that are denying facts in the same way that MAGA does?”
Kulinski told Newsom to “Read the room!” clarifying the polling numbers did not lend themselves to Democrat voters supporting Israel.
We are two and a half years removed from the 2028 election, but Newsom can’t seem to help himself from angering the loudest voices on his end of the political spectrum.
The rebrand is an effort to appear more centered and less of a far-left candidate; Newsom’s career has forced him into this role.
He has few if any accomplishments to boast from his time as governor.
He’s known as the official that made thousands flee for sensible policies in red states and not look back.
With his term ending after this year – and hopefully California’s nightmare under his leadership.
He has 24 months to prepare. That time will likely not be spent putting his record as governor on full display but rather hiding it.
We should expect more moments like this one; backing away from a far-left viewpoint to garner votes is his most viable path forward.

Democrats in Maryland have figured out a new way to waste everyone’s time and money. They want to require the placement of free tampons in all public men’s rooms.
This is another virtue signal from Democrats who just can’t stop falling all over themselves to appeal to the trans community. Who else would need a tampon in a men’s room?
This is just more proof that the Democrats learned absolutely nothing from the 2024 election. The voting public made their position on this kind of thing very clear. The Democrats just don’t care.

Maryland Dems mocked for prioritizing tampons in men’s bathrooms amid state deficit: ‘Nonsense’
Maryland Del. Kathy Szeliga, R-Baltimore County, is calling out Maryland Democrats for backing a bill that would stock tampons in men’s bathrooms in state-owned buildings — an idea she says is emblematic of Annapolis’ misplaced priorities.
Szeliga said that after she was made aware of HB 941, she took to the House floor to question which public buildings would be impacted. In particular, she wanted to know if the state’s professional sports facilities, such as where the Ravens and Orioles play, would be impacted. During her remarks, the GOP Maryland lawmaker also questioned language in the bill ordering “appropriately sized tampons” be placed in all public restrooms in all public buildings.
“What are appropriately sized tampons?” Szeliga asked, earning laughter from parts of the House. “I’ve never heard of such a thing. What do you consider appropriate?”
In response, Del. Ken Kerr, D-Fredrick County, said that the language “just means that tampons are offered, there’s no specific size.” Szeliga shot back, arguing that if that is the case, it should say so, and not talk about sizing.
Meanwhile, Szeliga then pivoted to inquire with Democrats about which public buildings would be impacted, with emphasis on the football stadium where the NFL franchise Baltimore Ravens play and the baseball stadium, Camden Yards, where the Baltimore Orioles play. According to Szeliga, both are owned by the Maryland Stadium Authority.

Here’s the big question.
Who will be sitting in the liberal seat during the show?
They wouldn’t possibly put Jessica Tarlov on the show if Trump is going to be on, would they? It would make far more sense to have Harold Ford Jr. on the show. Even though he is a liberal, he is always far more respectful of President Trump and Republicans.
One other thing they could do is just not have any liberal hosts on the show at all. Bring in Kennedy, Tyrus, or someone else who leans right to fill the fifth seat.
Whatever they decide to do, it will definitely be must-see TV. The Five already gets great ratings but this show will be super-watched.

Stephen Colbert, host of the now short-lived Late Show, has already lined up a new gig for the summer. He is writing a new Lord of the Rings movie. Yes, really.
Colbert is apparently a big fan of the LOTR books and even had a bit part in one of the Hobbit movies.
The new film is going to be a film adaptation of some of the chapters from the Fellowship of the Ring that were left out of the movie.
He is working on it with his son, who is apparently a screenwriter.

The video announcement opened with “Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson giving a quick update about the next film in the fantasy franchise: Andy Serkis’ “The Hunt for Gollum.” Jackson said of the project, which is set for release in 2027: “Andy is doing a terrific job. It’s looking amazing. The script is coming together really well and I think it’s going to be a really good film.”
Jackson then teased his “very special partner” who will help develop the next film after “The Hunt for Gollum,” titled “The Lord of the Rings: Shadows of the Past.” That partner is none other than “The Late Show” host Colbert, who Jackson patched in through a video call. Colbert, a vocal Tolkien fanatic, then explained that the plot of his movie will come from chapters of “The Fellowship of the Ring” that didn’t make it into Jackson’s 2001 adaptation…
The late-night host said that after coming up with this idea, he discussed it with his son, screenwriter Peter McGee, and worked out a “framing device” for the film. After the groundwork was laid, Colbert called Jackson, and over the last two years, they’ve worked with screenwriter Philippa Boyens to develop a script.
Here is the big problem for Colbert.
While the idea for the movie may sound slightly original, he is too well known for one thing. His hatred of Trump. People are already making jokes about it.
