Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro (D) on Tuesday demanded a criminal investigation into Norfolk Southern Railway over the train derailment and toxic disaster.
East Palestine, Ohio borders Pennsylvania.
The railway company is being blamed for the toxic disaster after Governors Shapiro of PA and DeWine of Ohio approved a controlled release of the rail car contents.

The EPA on Tuesday also ordered Norfolk Southern to conduct a clean up operation.

Speaking at a press conference with German chancellor Olaf Scholz Feb. 7, 2022, Biden said, if Russia invaded Ukraine, “there will be no longer a Nord Stream 2”. Pressed to explain how, Biden doubled down: “We will – I promise you – we will be able to do it.”
On January 27, 2022, State Department Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland said that ‘With regard to Nord Stream 2, we continue to have very strong and clear conversations with our German allies, and I want to be clear with you today. If Russia invades Ukraine, one way or another, Nord Stream 2 will not move forward…. we’ve had extensive consultations at every level with our German allies. I’m not going to get into the specifics here today, but we will work with Germany to ensure that the pipeline does not move forward.’
On January 26, 2022 US State Department spokesperson Ned Price told NPR: “I want to be very clear: if Russia invades Ukraine one way or another, Nord Stream 2 will not move forward. I’m not going to get into the specifics. We will work with Germany to ensure it does not move forward.”
At a press conference on Sept. 30, Secretary of State Antony Blinken called the attack on Nord Stream “a tremendous opportunity to once and for all remove the dependence on Russian energy and thus to take away from Vladimir Putin the weaponisation of energy as a means of advancing his imperial designs.”
On Sept. 27, one day after the explosions, Polish MEP Radek Sikorski posted “Thank you, USA” with a photo of the Nord Stream bubble, before later deleting the tweet. Sikorski is husband to The Atlantic editor Anne Applebaum, who is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the European Council on Foreign Relations.

A Union Pacific coal train derailed early Tuesday morning east of Gothenburg, Nebraska, prompting the deployment of law enforcement and a Hazmat team to the scene.
About 31 Union Pacific Railroad coal cars derailed at about 1:45 a.m., about 3 miles southeast of Gothenburg.
No injuries were reported with the derailment.
Since May 2022, there have been a total of four incidents in the vicinity.
A Union Pacific train carrying coal derailed south of Gothenburg in May 2022, according to News 2. In June, another derailment was recorded near Gothenburg, and in November, a third occurred in the Lexington area.
Jesse Ambler, a local resident, told Daily Mail that multiple railway derailments in recent months had severely disrupted the local town of 3,500 people.
“It seems to happen all the time,” he said. “I don’t know what the deal is.”
“This is the fourth one in the last 10 months, it must be one of the busiest railways in America. The rail company keeps laying people off and building longer and longer trains, but with less people to maintain the tracks. It’s a problem.”
As reported by The Independent, a representative for Union Pacific stated that emergency hazmat teams responded to the scene, but no hazardous materials were released.
An investigation is now underway.

Reckitt recalled 145,000 cans of plant-based baby formula over possible bacteria contamination.
“Reckitt, a producer of nutrition products, announced today that, out of an abundance of caution, it has chosen to voluntarily recall two (2) select batches of ProSobee 12.9 oz. Simply Plant-Based Infant Formula due to a possibility of cross-contamination with Cronobacter sakazakii. All product distributed went through extensive testing and tested negative for the bacteria.” the company said in a press release.
“ProSobee Simply Plant-Based Infant Formula in 12.9 oz containers was manufactured between August 2022 and September 2022. The products were distributed through retail stores nationwide in the U.S., Guam, and Puerto Rico. The batches in question can be identified by the number on the bottom of the can. Recalled product batches are ZL2HZF and ZL2HZZ both with a UPC Code of 300871214415 and a “Use By Date” of “1 Mar 2024.” The recall involves approximately 145,000 cans.” the company said.
No illnesses were reported.
Last month it was revealed Abbott Laboratories in Sturgis, Michigan is under federal criminal investigation over the baby formula crisis.
“The DOJ has informed us of its investigation, and we’re cooperating fully,” an Abbott spokesman told the Wall Street Journal.
Last year it was reported 74% of baby formula products were out of stock across the US.
Several states had over 87% shortage of baby formula.
The majority of Americans are still struggling to find baby formula more than a year after the shortage began.

In January several fire crews were called to a massive fire that occurred at an egg farm in Bozrah, Connecticut.
The fire occurred at Hillandale Farms located on Schwartz Road.
The Colchester Fire Department told the press at the time that the large scale fire has even caused water issues and more water tankers are being called to the scene.

Abstract
The SARS-CoV-2 virus is still spreading worldwide, and there is an urgent need to effectively prevent and control this pandemic. This study evaluated the potential efficacy of Egg Yolk Antibodies (IgY) as a neutralizing agent against the SARS-CoV-2. We investigated the neutralizing effect of anti-spike-S1 IgYs on the SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus, as well as its inhibitory effect on the binding of the coronavirus spike protein mutants to human ACE2. Our results show that the anti-Spike-S1 IgYs showed significant neutralizing potency against SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus, various spike protein mutants, and even SARS-CoV in vitro. It might be a feasible tool for the prevention and control of ongoing COVID-19.

No wonder the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is so confident they can win a war against the United States. The Biden regime is so clueless they cannot even properly secure sensitive military information.
For two full weeks an unsecured Department of Defense (DOD) server was leaking military emails online and no one noticed until Monday. The culprit was a so-called misconfiguration that left the server without a password.
The server was loaded with files containing sensitive personnel information from the past several years, including a completed SF-86 questionnaire. A SF-86 personnel questionnaire has bountiful amounts of background information on security clearance holders valuable to enemies of America.
One safely bet that China already has all of these files and is currently analyzing whether these could useful against America.

The U.S. Department of Defense secured an exposed server on Monday that was spilling internal U.S. military emails to the open internet for the past two weeks.
The exposed server was hosted on Microsoft’s Azure government cloud for Department of Defense customers, which uses servers that are physically separated from other commercial customers and as such can be used to share sensitive but unclassified government data. The exposed server was part of an internal mailbox system storing about three terabytes of internal military emails, many pertaining to U.S. Special Operations Command, or USSOCOM, the U.S. military unit tasked with conducting special military operations.
But a misconfiguration left the server without a password, allowing anyone on the internet access to the sensitive mailbox data inside using only a web browser, just by knowing its IP address.
The server was packed with internal military email messages, dating back years, some of which contained sensitive personnel information. One of the exposed files included a completed SF-86 questionnaire, which are filled out by federal employees seeking a security clearance and contain highly sensitive personal and health information for vetting individuals before they are cleared to handle classified information. These personnel questionnaires contain a significant amount of background information on security clearance holders valuable to foreign adversaries. In 2015, suspected Chinese hackers stole millions of sensitive background check files of government employees who sought security clearance in a data breach at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
None of the limited data seen by TechCrunch appeared to be classified, which would be consistent with USSOCOM’s civilian network, as classified networks are inaccessible from the internet.
According to a listing on Shodan, a search engine that crawls the web for exposed systems and databases, the mailbox server was first detected as spilling data on February 8. It’s not clear how the mailbox data became exposed to the public internet, but it’s likely due to a misconfiguration caused by human error.
TechCrunch contacted USSOCOM on Sunday morning during a U.S. holiday weekend but the exposed server wasn’t secured until Monday afternoon. When reached by email, a senior Pentagon official confirmed they had passed details of the exposed server to USSOCOM. The server was inaccessible soon after.

Liam Neeson is not happy with his interview on The View.
Neeson said that the interview made him uncomfortable and that the segment was “just a bit embarrassing.”
Mediaite reported:
“I was in the dressing room drinking a cup of tea, turned the TV up, and I thought, oh, this will be great,” Neeson said.
He revealed he expected to continue a conversation on gun control, a topic the hosts covered in the segment before, but he found all anyone seemed to want to talk about was Behar thirsting for the 70-year-old action star.

The actor said once the segment kicked off, all that was talked about was “just all this BS with Joy and Liam Neeson and having a crush, and I’ve known Whoopi [Goldberg] for years and Joy a little bit, but I just wasn’t impressed.”

“The segment’s all about this thirteen, fourteen-year-old crush. It’s just a bit embarrassing,” he said. He revealed he did have a worthwhile discussion with Sunny Hostin at one point not related to Behar’s crush.
The segment consisted of the hosts discussing Joy Behar’s crush on Liam Neeson and him discussing several of his movies.

During the segment, co-host Sunny Hostin told Neeson that Joy Behar would believe anything he says because she thinks he is the “hottest and the greatest ever.”
The show played several clips of Behar saying things like she “would like to have my ashes sprinkled over Liam Neeson.”
“Liam Neeson right now, those kidnapping movies get me so aroused I can’t even begin to tell you,” Behar said in another clip, referring to the “Taken” series.
Neeson discussed several of his movies with Rolling Stone, including “Marlowe,” where he plays the title detective in a crime thriller.

B.M. Williams Primary School in Chesapeake, Virginia, hosted an “After School Satan Club” earlier this month and now says they have been targeted with a credible bomb threat.
The Satanic Temple’s children’s club was set up in response to the Evangelical Good News Club being hosted at the school. The group argued that if the school allows one religion to host events, they must allow all.
Law enforcement was called to the school on Tuesday morning over an emailed threat over the club.
WAVY News received a copy of the email, which was sent to multiple people. The threat was directed toward a Chesapeake school board member, the Chesapeake schools superintendent, and the organizer of the After School Satan Club.
“You are evil, there is no other way to put it.” It goes on to say, “You promote devil worship and unIslamic values.”
The local station reports, “a sign on the school’s front door stated it was on a level 1 lockdown, which means there is a threat (potential shooter, criminal, etc.) nearby, but the school itself is not necessarily being targeted. The school was to be locked until law enforcement officials gave the all-clear.”
According to a flyer posted on Reddit, the club plans to teach kids “benevolence and empathy, critical thinking, problem-solving, creative expression, personal sovereignty, and compassion.”
“We are non-theistic,” Rose Bastet, a volunteer organizing the new club, told local station WAVY. “I understand the apprehension behind the satanic name, but he is just an imaginary figure that we look to because he is the eternal rebel that fought for justice and humanity.”
The American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia has called the satan club’s entry to the elementary school a win for free speech.
“Under the First Amendment, the government can’t treat one religious group less favorably than another, and it can’t give potential objectors or hecklers a ‘veto’ over unpopular speech by charging the speaker … a security fee,” Matthew Callahan, senior staff attorney for the ACLU of Virginia, the The Hill. “That the school district ultimately recognized this and is taking steps to correct these unlawful actions and policies is an enormous victory for free speech, religious liberty, and democracy.”
The report added that “the ACLU added that the club will also be able to make up meetings it planned for December 2022 and January 2023, when the club was put on hold after a backlash prompted a club organizer, who said she feared for her family’s safety and privacy, to pull a request to hold gatherings at the school.”

Georgia – Last week a Fulton County judge ordered parts of the grand jury report in the garbage Trump 2020 election investigation to be released as the prosecutor considers charges against Trump and his allies.
The grand jury concluded that “one or more witnesses” lied under oath and recommended perjury indictments.
“A majority of the Grand Jury believes that perjury may have been committed by one or more witnesses testifying before it,” the report said.
“The Grand Jury recommends that the District Attorney seek appropriate indictments for such crimes where the evidence is compelling,” the report said, according to CNBC.
The forewoman of the jury, Emily Khors, suggested that the jurors recommended indicting Trump in an interview with the New York Times.
Khors did not offer any other details about who specifically was recommended for charges.

A special grand jury that investigated election interference by former President Donald J. Trump and his allies in Georgia recommended indictments of multiple people on a range of charges in its report, most of which remains sealed, the forewoman of the jury said in an interview today.
“It is not a short list,” the forewoman, Emily Kohrs, said, adding that the jury had appended eight pages of legal code “that we cited at various points in the report.”
She declined to discuss who specifically the special grand jury recommended for indictment, since the judge handling the case decided to keep those details secret when he made public a few sections of the report last week. But seven sections that are still under wraps deal with indictment recommendations, Ms. Kohrs said.
Asked whether the jurors had recommended indicting Mr. Trump, Ms. Kohrs gave a cryptic answer: “You’re not going to be shocked. It’s not rocket science,” adding “you won’t be too surprised.”
“We definitely started with the first phone call, the call to Secretary Raffensperger that was so publicized,” said Ms. Kohrs, whom The Associated Press first named and spoke with on Tuesday about the election meddling investigation.
“I will tell you that if the judge releases the recommendations, it is not going to be some giant plot twist,” she added. “You probably have a fair idea of what may be on there. I’m trying very hard to say that delicately.”

Last January Fulton County Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis requested a special grand jury in her investigation into former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn Georgia’s fraudulent 2020 election results.
Fani Willis based her investigation on President Trump’s call with Georgia officials that was later doctored and leaked to the fake news outlet Washington Post. The WaPo published a completely fraudulent text of the call. These phony charges have already been debunked by The Gateway Pundit and others.
Again — Willis and her handlers are investigating a now-infamous call between former President Trump and Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger, in which Trump pressured the Georgia SOS to uncover what he insisted was fraud that would overturn Georgia’s election results.
The infamous phone call between Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was recorded by Raffensperger and his office. Raffensperger’s team then leaked and lied about it to the far left Washington Post.
In May local news reported that a grand jury had been selected to investigate Fani Willis’s junk charges against President Trump.
The sealed portion of the report is expected to be released in the future.
