Corrupt Democrat Katie Hobbs
Kayleigh Kozak, a survivor of child sexual abuse and a strong voice for policy promoting victims’ rights, was recently disinvited as a keynote speaker at the Arizona Crime Victims Rights Week awards ceremony in response to a tweet slamming Katie Hobbs for vetoing legislation to give more protection to potential victims of pedophilia.
Hobbs is “prioritizing pedophiles over innocent children,” tweeted Kozak.
Kayleigh Kozak is the inspiration for Kayleigh’s Law, which was passed in 2021 to give victims lifetime protection from their abusers.
Fox 10 reported,
Victims would be able to ask the court for a lifetime order of protection from their convicted abuser if their probation comes to an end. If that order is violated, it’s a class 1 misdemeanor.
SB 1412 was originally passed in 2021, but was just amended.
It’s named after Kayleigh Kozak, who has been fighting for this bill since 2020 after the man who sexually abused her started petitioning to have his probation lifted.
“What was one of the most painful days has turned into and blossomed into such a blessing, not only for myself as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, but also for victims here in Arizona,” Kozak said
RINO Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell previously tweeted that she was the prosecutor assigned to prosecute Kayleigh’s sexual abuser and that Kayleigh’s journey to change the laws was “truly inspiring.” Kayleigh was later disinvited from speaking about her journey by Mitchell’s office because she used her First Amendment to speak out on behalf of protecting victims.

Kayleigh told The Gateway Pundit, “I want to believe she wants the best for me, but clearly, she does not.”
Kayleigh also told us, “as the prosecutor, she agreed to the plea deal that was six months in jail, and she never disclosed to my parents that he would not be on the DPS sex offender website” or that lifetime probation could be appealed and reduced. She continued, “My parents wanted him to have that public scrutiny, so they were under the impression that he would be on the DPS public registry and that he would never, ever, ever be able to get off his probation, and that’s why they agreed to that, when in reality that is not the case.”
“I wanted to believe she did the right thing and a good thing, but I don’t know if she did.”
Recently, Kayleigh Kozak helped Senator Janae Shamp introduce SB1253 to add even more protection for children and stricter notification requirements for convicted sex offenders, which would require them to give annual notice to the school their child attends.
Katie Hobbs put out the following statement vetoing SB1253 and claiming that the state is already doing enough to punish sex offenders.

Registered sex offenders are already required to notify schools in the district in which they live of their status. However, this new bill added language requiring sex offenders with parental rights to notify their children’s school, regardless of what district it is in. This is important in Arizona, where a child may attend any school regardless of their zip code.
Kozak tweeted that she was “disgusted” by Hobbs’ decision to veto the bill.

Because of her tweets, Kozak told The Gateway Pundit that she received a call from the Division Chief of Victim Services at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, Shawn Cox, disinviting her from speaking at the upcoming Arizona Crime Victims Rights Week awards ceremony. Cox allegedly said the State of Arizona and Maricopa County were “concerned,” “anguished,” and “uncomfortable” to have her on stage with officials she has criticized using her First Amendment.
Cox’s husband, Steve Twist, is also known as “the driving force behind Arizona’s constitutional amendment, known as the Arizona Victims’ Bill of Rights (VBR), Ariz. Const. art. II, § 2.1, in 1990 and its implementing legislation in 1991.” These people don’t appear to truly care about victims of sexual violence or laws to protect victims.
Kayleigh Kozak released the following video statement to her Instagram page.
Kozak names the Arizona Governor’s office, the AG’s office, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, the Arizona Department of Corrections, the Department of Public Safety, Juvenile Corrections, and the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission as those responsible for her suppression.

Another threatening letter containing white powder was sent to Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s office.
According to reports, the letter addressed to the Manhattan DA made fun of Alvin Bragg’s weight.
The white powder was determined to be non-hazardous.
NBC News reported:
The Manhattan district attorney whose office is prosecuting former President Donald Trump again received a letter containing white powder, two senior law enforcement officials said Wednesday.
The most recent envelope, which was addressed to prosecutor Alvin Bragg, included a letter that used an expletive to describe Bragg’s weight and powder that authorities determined was non-hazardous, the sources said.
A photo of Bragg and Trump was also in the envelope, the sources said. The New York Police Department was called to the office’s mailroom in lower Manhattan as a precaution.
Additional details about the apparent threat were not immediately available.
Last month a package with ‘suspicious’ white powder was delivered to District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s Manhattan office via USPS.
The white powder delivered in envelope addressed to ‘Alvin’ turned out to be non-hazardous.
Law enforcement said there was a note that read, “Alvin – I’ll kill you” in the envelope with the white powder.

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) became the first Democrat office holder to officially call for the resignation of ailing 89-year-old Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), posting a statement online within the hour after a report by Politico that suggested Feinstein, out with shingles for over a month, might finish out her term in California without returning to Washington, D.C. The Senate does not allow proxy voting, which has hurt the Democrats’ efforts to railroad Biden judicial nominees through the Senate in Feinstein’s absence.

Khanna posted at 5:19 p.m. EDT, “It’s time for @SenFeinstein to resign. We need to put the country ahead of personal loyalty. While she has had a lifetime of public service, it is obvious she can no longer fulfill her duties. Not speaking out undermines our credibility as elected representatives of the people.”
Khanna was joined by Minnesota Democrat Rep. Dean Phillips thirty minutes later, “I agree with @RoKhanna. Senator Feinstein is a remarkable American whose contributions to our country are immeasurable. But I believe it’s now a dereliction of duty to remain in the Senate and a dereliction of duty for those who agree to remain quiet.”

Politico’s report headlined, “Feinstein’s condition sparks concern she won’t return to the Senate” was published at 4:34 p.m. EDT (excerpt):
After Dianne Feinstein announced she’d contracted the shingles in early March, her staff said she planned to return to the Senate within a matter of weeks.
But multiple Democrats close to her, as well as top-ranking congressional aides, are growing increasingly concerned that she may never come back to Washington at all.
The 89-year-old California senator has spent nearly two months away from the Capitol, including a stint in the hospital before returning home to San Francisco to recover.
Three people who have visited with the senator in recent weeks or been briefed on her status say her diagnosis appears to have taken a heavy toll on her. Other confidants, including two who have seen or spoken with the senator, underscored that they are still hopeful she could serve out the nearly two years that remain in her term. But neither of those people, who addressed the sensitive matter on condition of anonymity, indicated they were confident she would be able to do so from Washington.
Indeed, aides and confidants are currently offering up no firm timeframe for her return to a chamber where Democrats are sorely missing her vote. And Feinstein’s own spokesperson Adam Russell said that there was no update on her expected date to return to Washington, though at least one associate to the senator said she’s “making good progress in her recovery.”
Feinstein is a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee where her absence has put a hold on Biden nominees to the federal bench as the committee now stands at ten Democrats and ten Republicans. A majority vote is needed to move a nominee out of committee to the Senate floor. TGP’s Cristina Laila reported Monday on mounting concerns by Democrats about Feinstein.
California Governor Gavin Newsom said in 2021 he would appoint a Black woman to replace Feinstein is she was not able to complete her term. Feinstein announced in February she would not run for reelection 2024. Newsom made the announcement on MSNBC, the AP reported (excerpt):
California Gov. Gavin Newsom said Monday he’d appoint a Black woman to replace U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein if she retires before her term is up in 2024.
“We have multiple names in mind and the answer is yes,” he said during a interview on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut” when asked if he would name a Black woman to the seat if given the chance.
Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA), who is Black, has already announced her candidacy for Feinstein’s Senate seat, as have fellow California House Democrats Adam Schiff and Katie Porter, both of whom are White. Whomever is appointed would hold the seat until the winner of the 2024 election is sworn in on January 3, 2025.
Born in 1933, Feinstein was first elected in 1969 to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. in 1978, she became mayor of San Francisco, succeeding the assassinated Mayor George Mocsone. Feinstein was mayor until 1988 and won a special election to the U.S. Senate in 1992, winning reelection in 1994, 2000, 2006, 2012 and 2018.
Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) retweeted without comment on Tuesday a call by Democrat activist Victor Shi for Feinstein to resign, “Every Democrat should be calling on Dianne Feinstein to resign. I respect her tremendously, but missing 60 of the 82 votes taken in the Senate this year so far is inexcusable. Time to pass the torch to someone else. California deserves better than this.”

On Tuesday, pro-Trump Republican attorney Eric Early announced his candidacy for Feinstein’s seat. Early has run unsuccessfully in several previous elections in Democrat controlled California, Fox News reported (excerpt):

Japan warned residents of Hokkaido to seek shelter following North Korea’s latest missile launch.
The Japanese government told the residents to “evacuate immediately” after detecting a missile at approximately 7:30 am local time.
According to reports, the missile is expected to fall near the northern part of the island around 8 am local time (Thursday).
The Japan Times reported:
Japan urged residents of Hokkaido to seek immediate shelter on Thursday after North Korea launched at least one apparent ballistic missile, the Prime Minister’s Office said.
The country’s J-Alert warning system was activated at about 7:55 a.m., about 20 minutes after the launch, with residents urged to take shelter either inside buildings or underground. The missile was expected to land near Japan’s northernmost prefecture around 8 a.m.
South Korea’s military also confirmed the launch of an unspecified missile.

A recent video has gone viral on Twitter shows a woman giving birth on a dirty San Francisco sidewalk.
In the video, the woman is shown partially clothed while her newly born baby lies on the sidewalk.
Several bystanders were seen on the video and one, in particular, filmed the woman up close.
The journalist who uploaded the video to Twitter claimed the mother was smoking crack all day before she gave birth to the baby.

The San Francisco Standard reported the San Francisco Fire Department  confirmed a birth occurred on a sidewalk last Thursday.
The Fire Department could not confirm whether the woman on Thursday is the same woman in the video due to privacy laws.
Per The San Francisco Standard:

A woman gave birth to a child in “public view” in San Francisco on Thursday, according to the fire department. “The public view is an area viewable by the public like a sidewalk,” a spokesperson said in a statement Sunday.

Both the mother and infant were taken to a local hospital in stable condition, the spokesperson said.
The department declined to confirm the location or time or the incident, or provide further details, citing privacy laws.

Democrat presidential nominee Robert F. Kennedy Jr. received his first major endorsement in his 2024 presidential quest for the presidency.
NFL superstar Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers took to Instagram and posted a video of RFK Jr. on his Instagram reel.
Along with the video, which was a sneak preview of Kennedy’s interview with podcaster Aubrey Marcus, Rodgers wrote the caption “#Kennedy 2024” and added two muscle and heart emojis

Rodgers’s endorsement of Kennedy shouldn’t be too big of a surprise considering Kennedy and Rodgers do have a lot in common.
Kennedy is one of the most prominent voices in the political realm who has spoken out against the dangers of the Covid-19 vaccines and Rodgers was the biggest voice in the NFL to advocate for players’ freedom to choose whether or not they should get vaccinated.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported Rodgers made national headlines when he revealed he was not vaccinated and even took Ivermectin at the advice of Joe Rogan when he caught Covid.

Raymond Sawada, a former NHL player for the Dallas Stars, has died from a heart attack at the age of 38.

100 PERCENT FED UP – Sawada was a second-round pick (52nd overall) in the 2004 NHL draft. He played for the Dallas Stars in the 2008-09 season and, following his retirement from professional hockey in 2016, became a firefighter in British Columbia for the City of Burnaby.

On Monday, the young Canadian athlete was playing in a hockey game with the Richmond Cowboys when he suddenly suffered a heart attack.
Sawada left behind his wife and two young daughters, ages 9 and 6, whom he coached in hockey.
Just before the game, he had been celebrating the birthday of his 9-year-old daughter Victoria.

In a GoFundMe fundraiser for Sawada’s family, the organizer wrote, “It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of the sudden passing of Ray Sawada.”
“At age 38, Ray passed away on the evening of Monday April 10, 2023, while playing the game he loved.”
The Dallas Stars honored their former player and offered their condolences to the deceased athlete’s friends and family in a tweet, saying, “It is with heavy hearts we mourn the passing of former Stars player, Raymond Sawada. Our love goes out to his family, friends, and all the people he impacted in hockey and as a firefighter in his community.”

Sawada’s death adds to a growing list of young athletes who unexpectedly suffered heart attacks and, in many cases, dropped dead.
In December, a 22-year-old Colombian professional soccer player named Andres Balanta who played for the Argentinian team Atlético Tucumán died suddenly after suffering a heart attack and collapsing during the team’s first training session after their holiday break.
In January, a healthy young football star on the Air Force football team, Hunter Brown, died suddenly at the age of 21 from a blot clot in his lungs.
Also in January, a healthy 20-year-old soccer player named Luke Abrahams died suddenly, leaving his family, friends, and teammates devastated.
In a similar case just a month later, a perfectly healthy 23-year-old soccer player named Michael Palmer died unexpectedly after collapsing during a game.
In February, a 21-year-old football player from Jackson State named Kaseem Vauls suffered cardiac arrest and had to be resuscitated and placed on a ventilator. Fortunately, he was able to survive.
Just six weeks prior, a 24-year-old NFL player Damar Hamlin stunned the nation after he went into cardiac arrest and collapsed on the field during a Monday Night Football game. Miraculously, he was able to make a recovery.

James O’Keefe brought attention to the ActBlue donation mules in Maryland in a recent report.
Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) sent off a letter to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) demanding an investigation into the hundreds of thousands of small donations adding up to millions of dollars given to Democratic fundraising giant ActBlue in the past two elections.
As The Gateway Pundit first reported late last year on the thousands of donation mules donating to Democrat Raphael Warnock from across the country.
Joe Hoft published a remarkable report on the millions of dollars going to ActBlue by ‘donation mules’ in a recent article.
In 2020 millions were reportedly donated to BLM after George Floyd was killed.  At the same time, 20+ police were killed and American cities suffered nearly $2 billion in record damages following the George Floyd riots.
The Gateway Pundit was the first to report that ActBlue was raising money using BLM as its front group.  ActBlue is the Democrats’ funding apparatus.  We know this from our early reporting and from the fact that BLM later admitted this.  In 2022 Black Lives Matter announced in February 2022 that the organization was deactivating its fundraising pages on ActBlue.  This was after the Washington Examiner exposed that BLM was still accepting donations on the Democratic platform despite claiming it had stopped amid questions about its finances.
The Daily Caller confirmed that ActBlue was using BLM to raise money. BLM is not a recognized non-profit organization and nonprofit organization (Thousand Currents) said it provides ‘fiduciary oversight, financial management, and other administrative services’ to BLM.
Candice Owen reported on the BLM – ActBlue relationship and was targeted by a bogus fact-checker. Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch jumped in and stated that their findings confirmed what TGP and Candice Owen reported:

‘Thousand Currents’ was allegedly a non-profit organization and Susan Rosenberg served on its Board.  Susan Rosenberg was a member of the Weather Underground terrorist group, which included Obama friend Bill Ayers.  President Bill Clinton gave her a pardon on his last day in office.
So in summary contributions to BLM were funneled through ActBlue, the major resource for Democrat donations, and then funneled to at least one organization run by a member of a domestic terrorist group.
In early 2020 FOX News reported that half of all donations to ActBlue in 2019 came from “untraceable, unemployed donors.”

A  preliminary computer analysis by the Take Back Action Fund, obtained exclusively by Fox News, has found that nearly half of all 2019 donations to ActBlue were made by people claiming to be unemployed.

Action Fund President John Pudner questioned the veracity of those donations and called it a loophole that must be closed for the sake of election integrity.

“After downloading hundreds of millions of [dollars in] donations to the Take Back Action Fund servers, we were shocked to see that almost half of the donations to ActBlue in 2019 claimed to be unemployed individuals,” he said. “The name of employers must be disclosed when making political donations, but more than 4.7 million donations came from people who claimed they did not have an employer. Those 4.7 million donations totaled $346 million ActBlue raised and sent to liberal causes.”

The trend is continuing this year: An Action Fund examination of 2020 data from January through August showed an uptick in “unemployed” donations through ActBlue, to 50.1% this year.

Action Fund’s President John Pudner had this to say regarding the finding:
“It is hard to believe that at a time when the U.S. unemployment rate was less than 4 percent, that unemployed people had $346 million dollars to send to ActBlue for liberal causes,” Pudner said, adding that “4.7 million donations from people without a job … raised serious concerns.”
Shortly after the report in FOX News, TGP reported that according to Real Clear Politics, ActBlue cannot confirm if donations to its website are US or foreign donations:
“When Take Back Our Republic first pointed out in 2015 that foreign interests could potentially use gift cards to flood money in through ActBlue’s unverified credit card system, more than 100 members of Congress stopped using the system and 31 Democrats joined 52 Republicans in trying to outlaw the practice,” said John Pudner, president of Take Back Action Fund.
“It took vendors only a few hours to change their setup to allow the banks to verify if donations were really from Americans,” Pudner added. “Unfortunately, as things turned harshly partisan after Trump’s election, ActBlue doubled down and moved more and more candidates onto an unverified system at a time when intelligence officials are warning that foreign interests want to impact who wins our elections. TBAF asks ActBlue to join the hundreds who have stopped using this system.”
TGP also reported that ActBlue Texas was caught paying out small sums to hundreds of individuals for unknown purposes.
Per a review of ActBlue Texas disbursements via the website TransparencyUSA.org, there are hundreds of individuals being paid by ActBlue Texas for similar small amounts (e.g. $300 or $250) who are not candidates running for office.  In total, ActBlue Texas has paid out $9.6 million in disbursements.  We have no idea who most these people are.
On Wednesday Marco Rubio called on the FEC to investigate this mammoth crime.
So where was the GOP on this?

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., is demanding that the Federal Election Commission (FEC) open an investigation into Democratic fundraising behemoth ActBlue after a report claimed it was raking in cash from unwitting elderly Americans.
“Two weeks ago, alarming reports emerged of fraudulent donations being reported to the FEC by ActBlue,” Rubio wrote in a letter to the FEC chairs. “These reports indicate that numerous individuals, including senior citizens, have purportedly donated to ActBlue thousands of times a year. However, according to recent investigative reports, many of these individuals had no idea that their names and addresses were being used to give thousands of dollars in political donations, with most of these ‘donations’ going to ActBlue.”
Project Veritas claims to have spoken with some people on fixed incomes who were stunned to learn that their names and addresses were used to donate thousands of dollars to ActBlue.
“It should come as no surprise that ActBlue serves as vessel for fraud, considering the intentional lack of security engrained within their donation processes and systems,” Rubio wrote to the FEC.
ActBlue amasses small-dollar donations from across the country and then funnels them to various Democratic candidates and causes. Republicans use a similar platform known as WinRed.

A Delaware judge on Wednesday sanctioned Fox News for withholding evidence in the Dominion Voting Systems defamation case.
Judge Eric Davis of the Delaware Supreme Court (appointed by a Democrat governor) said Fox News has a ‘credibility problem.’
Judge Eric Davis is also registered as a Democrat.
Dominion is suing Fox News for $1.6 billion.
The trial is set to begin in a few days and jury selection is underway.
NBC News reported:
Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis on Wednesday sanctioned Fox News and its parent company, Fox Corp., for withholding evidence in the Dominion defamation suit, and said he’s considering further investigation and censure.
According to a person present in the courtroom, lawyers for Dominion Voting Systems played recordings Fox News producer Abby Grossberg made during 2020, which were not handed over to Dominion’s lawyers during discovery.
Grossberg, a former producer for Fox hosts Maria Bartiromo and Tucker Carlson, has sued Fox News and said her deposition was coerced. In an amended filing Tuesday, she said she had recorded conversations with Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and others.
The sanction gives Dominion a chance to conduct another deposition, at Fox’s expense.
“As counsel explained to the Court, FOX produced the supplemental information from Ms. Grossberg when we first learned it,” Fox News said in a statement Wednesday.
Earlier this month the judge in the FOX News and Dominion case determined that all the statements that FOX News made about Dominion were false.
