Recently, Kelly has spoken out on the controversy surrounding transgender “woman” Dylan Mulvaney being heavily promoted by Bud Light as well as the situation in Wyoming regarding a sorority filing a lawsuit over being forced to accept a transgender “female” into the group, with him also reportedly living at the sorority house and allegedly being seen staring at some of the women while obviously, ahem, turned on.
In the below clip, Kelly goes off during her show, telling women and the men who support them to stand up and be heard because if people are silent, “We can kiss women’s rights goodbye.”:

The supreme court protected access to the abortion pill mifepristone
CNN reported:
The Supreme Court on Friday protected access to a widely used abortion drug by freezing lower-court rulings that placed restrictions on its usage.
As a result, the US Food and Drug Administration’s approval of the drug mifepristone and subsequent actions that made it more easily accessible will remain in place while appeals play out – potentially for months to come.
Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito publicly dissented.
The legal proceedings will continue.
As the Associated Press previously reported, Justice Samuel Alito issued an order Wednesday delaying the ultimate decision until today. Alito, who is responsible for handling emergency appeals from Texas, gave no reason for his ruling.
Pro-life doctors and medical groups represented by the socially conservative Alliance Defending Freedom filed suit back in November challenging the federal government’s authority to issue mifepristone, one of two drugs used in medication abortions.
The legal challenge quickly reached the Supreme Court after U.S. District Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk, a Donald Trump appointee based in Texas, on April 7 revoked FDA approval of mifepristone. abortions.
At nearly the same time, U.S. District Court Judge, Thomas O. Rice, a Barack Obama appointee in Washington state, ordered U.S. federal officials not to make any changes that would restrict access to the drug in at least 17 states where Democrats sued in an effort to protect availability.
Less than a week later, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals altered Kacsmaryk’s ruling so that mifepristone would remain available while the case continues. The court ruled the drug should only be approved through seven weeks of pregnancy for the time being. The FDA since 2016 has endorsed use of mifepristone through 10 weeks of pregnancy.
The court also said that the drug cannot be mailed or dispensed as a generic. Patients who seek the drug also need to make three in-person visits with a doctor.
The second part will have noticeable consequences nationwide because generic mifepristone makes up two-thirds of the supply in the United States according to its manufacturer, Las Vegas- GenBioPro Inc.
Mifepristone first won FDA approval in 2000, and conditions on its use have been loosened in recent years, including making it available by mail in states that allow access.

The government has no case, but that isn’t stopping them.
As the government continues to deny bail to anti-CCP dissident Miles Guo, it’s been getting much less attention that his close ally and supporter Yanping Wang (also known as Yvette Wang) is being given similar treatment.  Prosecutors are charging her with acting as Guo’s “chief of staff” despite there being no formal employment relationships between the two.
Originally Wang was granted bail “on paper,” whereas the government made it impossible for her to satisfy the conditions of bail despite meeting it. Wang was “granted” a $5 million bond to be secured by $1 million in cash or property, and she offered a list of at least eight people willing to co-sign her bond, putting them on the hook if she defaulted on it. Three of them were willing to post their own property as collateral. The government’s rules require two co-signers that they approve of – and they’re willing to approve of no one.
Wang’s defense counsel also offered to secure Wang’s bond with $4 million in cash and real estate, which would be secured by $2 million from a “well-known public figure,” Wang’s apartment (valued at over $1 million), and $530k, along with two co-signers. In other words, Wang offered to pay collateral four times what the government demanded – yet, this was rejected, and all attempts at reasoning with the government proved impossible.
The game was rigged from the start, and the government isn’t even pretending otherwise anymore.
The government has since altered their impossible standards even more due to supposed “changed circumstances,” and they now argue that literally nothing can guarantee that Wang will appear at trial. Despite this, the government provided no evidence that Wang’s circumstances have materially changed.
One of the government’s bogus allegations is that Wang misrepresented her holdings of a cryptocurrency called H-Coin to the government. The “evidence” the government provided showed that Wang was once eligible for an allotment of H-Coin, but provided no evidence she ever received it, and couldn’t locate a single account in her possession that holds the crypto. Despite this, the government alleges that she owns $7 million worth of the coin.
The government even made the following admission to the judge; “[The] defense is correct, there’s no way for the Government to prove that Ms. Wang holds that money.”
The government also has to wrestle with contradictory arguments on their behalf; that Wang holds millions in a cryptocurrency, and that the very same cryptocurrency is actually a worthless fraud. In response to that, the government is forced to participate in an epic feat of mental gymnastics, whereas they argue that H-Coin is worthless, but still trades at $19.42 per coin regardless (at the time of their filing), and that it wouldn’t’ become worthless until Wang sells her coins.
There are countless flaws with this illogic.
First, H-Coin aren’t convertible into dollars, but into HDollars, which can then be converted into cash. The main flaw in the government’s “exit scam” hypothesis is that it was the government itself that seized $335 million from the Himalaya Exchange where they’re traded. HDollars now cannot be exchanged for dollars because the government deprived Himalaya of its reserves. This has since restricted Himalaya’s ability to pay out, and they are only allowing withdrawals in $5,000 increments once a month.
Even without the government’s seizure, valuing something as highly volatile as a cryptocurrency at current market prices is problematic. Roughly $200,000 in H-Coin is traded every day – meaning that the government delusionally believes Yang would be able to cash out a sum equal to thirty-five times larger than that without crashing the price substantially.
We’re also left to wonder why H-coin hasn’t crashed already. H-Coin has been subject to a barrage of public criticism, including being accused of being a fraud by the U.S. government. Investors are quick to jump ship at the first whiff of bad news, especially in the cryptocurrency space, yet that hasn’t happened here. Investors have had an ample opportunity to liquidate their holdings if they believe it to be a fraud, yet the market as a whole is clearly in disagreement with the government here.
Another claim from the government was the repeated falsehood that Wang failed to disclose bank accounts – with their evidence being an undated account application form with no markings indicating it was sent, handled, or received by anyone. The government themselves admits they don’t have hard evidence here – and are actually still in the process of trying to substantiate their allegations. As they admit;  “As described in part below, the Government is still seeking records (including from foreign jurisdictions) to try to determine whether Wang opened any bank accounts in the name of Holy City Hong Kong Ventures Ltd.” The government also says it will be “seeking” information regarding the account they claim exists based on the aforementioned undated account application.
Lastly, the government claims that Wang lied to Pretrial Services about not being employed – while providing no evidence that she’s engaged in paid work. Making matters even more ridiculous, the government wasn’t present at this interview, and there’s no official recording of it.
New York is a state that regularly makes headlines for their “revolving door” criminal justice policies, where even violent criminals are routinely let out without bail after arrests. Yet now, in the case of Guo and his associates, they’re suddenly concerned about granting bail?
Some of the most famous fraudsters in history were let out on bail, including Bernie Madoff, who oversaw the world’s largest Ponzi scheme, and was released on a $10 million personal recognizance bond. Alleged FTX fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried is accused of up to an $8 billion fraud, and was personal recognizance bond with two (initially) anonymous co-signers. Furthermore, Jeffrey Skilling, who presided over the Enron scandal, which was at the time the largest bankruptcy in U.S.history, was released on a $5 million secured bond.
And the list goes on, and on, and on. The only exception to the rule is for those who have been a thorn in the side of the CCP.

Far-left elitist Oprah Winfrey recently built a giant wall around her Montecito, CA estate that will likely direct floodwaters to her neighbors.
A ‘border wall’ was recently built along San Ysidro Creek around Oprah’s massive estate in order to protect her property from floodwaters.
However, nearby residents claim the new wall will redirect the creek and send floodwaters their way.
The Los Angeles Times reported:
After months of heavy rainfall and flooding across the community, a boulder wall was installed along San Ysidro Creek, which runs along Winfrey’s estate, to protect the property from flooding and creek erosion, according to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk.
But residents fear that the wall could redirect the creek, pushing floodwater onto other properties during intense rainfall.
“You can’t alter creek canals and not expect there to be results,” Sharon Byrne, executive director of the Montecito Assn., said in an interview with Noozhawk. “Don’t change the creeks. They are going to shift and move on their own.”
The wall was reportedly installed by Jimenez Nursery, which obtained a permit to build it on Feb. 1, a few weeks after the area was evacuated. The permit sought to reconstruct the creek bank after the flood and replace boulders that had either eroded or washed away.
This month, a group of officials and inspectors met at the wall to analyze the project after a complaint was filed with the county. John Zorovich, a deputy director for the Santa Barbara County Planning & Development Department, told SF Gate that an investigation was ongoing.
The wall was built on Winfrey’s Santa Rosa Lane property, which she bought at auction for $28.85 million in 2015. At the time of the sale, the 23-acre estate known as Seamair Farm held a ranch-style home built by prolific architect Cliff May as well as equestrian facilities such as a stable, barn, riding rings and a horse trainer’s house.

Hunter Biden’s lawyers will meet with DOJ officials next week to discuss the criminal investigation into Joe Biden’s son.
Hunter’s lawyers are scheduled to meet with US Attorney from Delaware Davis Weiss (a Trump appointee) and at least one other DOJ official, CNN reported.
According to reports, prosecutors are considering bringing misdemeanor and felony charges against Hunter Biden for tax crimes and false statements related to a gun purchase.
CNN reported:
Lawyers for Hunter Biden are scheduled to meet next week with US attorney David Weiss and at least one senior career official from Justice Department headquarters to discuss the long-running investigation into the president’s son, multiple sources familiar with the matter told CNN.
The Hunter Biden legal team had reached out to Justice officials in recent weeks, asking for an update on the case. As is routine when lawyers request a status update, they were invited to meet next week, according to one source familiar with the meeting.
Weiss, the US Attorney in Delaware who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, is overseeing an ongoing criminal case into President Joe Biden’s son.
After prosecutors narrowed down the possible charges Hunter Biden could face last year, there haven’t been any public developments. According to sources familiar with the investigation, prosecutors are still weighing whether to bring two misdemeanor charges for failure to file taxes, one count of felony tax evasion related to the overreporting of expenses, and a false statement charge regarding a gun purchase.
The Feds are mishandling the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden, according to an IRS supervisor who is seeking whistleblower protection.
In 2020 Hunter Biden revealed that he is under investigation by the feds over his taxes.
“I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs,” Hunter Biden said in December 2020. “I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors.”
Hunter Biden is also under criminal investigation for making a false statement in connection with a gun purchase.

White House scandals spokesman Ian Sams issued a statement Thursday denying Joe Biden is behind the political interference in the investigation into Hunter Biden.
“Since he took office and consistent with his campaign promise that he would restore the independence of the Justice Department when it comes to decision-making in criminal investigations, President Biden has made clear that this matter would be handled independently by the Justice Department, under the leadership of a U.S. Attorney appointed by former President Trump, free from any political interference by the White House. He has upheld that commitment.” the White House statement read.

Reporters from Fox 10 Phoenix were seen attempting to confront Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers at her private residence in Chandler, Arizona, this morning.
A neighbor told Senator Rogers, “Fox 10 News in a white Ford Explorer parked in front of our house. Had a big camera and said they are investigating whether or not you live in that house. I asked them nicely not to park in front of my house, and they left. They did do some filming. Just another heads-up.”
This comes after a Judge slapped leftwing hack AZ Capitol Times reporter Camryn Sanchez with an injunction on Thursday ordering her to cease her harassment of the Senator.
Sanchez reportedly harassed Rogers in the Arizona Senate and made multiple visits to Rogers and her neighbors’ homes and harassed neighbors with questions about where Rogers lives. The Judge ruled that if she attempts to contact the Senator again, she “may be arrested and prosecuted.”
Sanchez told The Gateway Pundit this morning, “I’m not supposed to say anything and I’m sorry because I know it’s annoying, but you’ll hear more about it from us in the coming days.”
The Gateway Pundit reported this morning that Senator Rogers shared the court order yesterday and revealed that the “creepy” reporter has been stalking her and her neighbors at their homes “with no explanation.”

A music teacher from a Tucson middle school is being charged with making a threat to an Arizona senator, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS).
Detectives say Donald Glenn Brown made a death threat against Senator Wendy Rogers on July 4.

Brown, who teaches at Pistor Middle School, was believed to have sent an email with the subject line “Wendy Rogers is going to… die,” says DPS.

He was charged and booked into the Pima County Jail, as well as indicted by a Navajo County Grand Jury.

The lie that these reporters are “investigating” is whether or not Rogers actually lives in her district, crying that she owns more than one house.
Many State Legislators in rural districts need to stay in the Phoenix area for most of the legislative session, otherwise, they would need to commute hours or more to show up to work nearly every day at the Capitol. The left-wing hacks who are pushing this false narrative know this but are intentionally lying to those dumb enough to believe it.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Senator Rogers often leaves Maricopa County and travels back to her hometown of Flagstaff on weekends and outside of the legislative session. The Gateway Pundit has reviewed multiple documents which list Rogers’ Flagstaff home as a primary residence, including her driver’s license, pilot’s license, voter ID, Arizona fishing license, and an American Legion membership card. It is well known that Rogers owns multiple properties in the State and travels across the State representing her constituents in a district comprising four Arizona Counties.
This is further evidenced by a public 2020 campaign finance complaint against Rogers, which was dismissed after an investigation by the Secretary of State’s office found “no evidence” that Rogers failed to list her proper residential address as a candidate for State Senate.

The killer bought his gun six days before the attack at Old National Bank.
Police confirmed to CNN that Sturgeon had been informed he was going to be fired and that he had left his parents a note indicating he was going to attack the bank.
The LinkedIn account of Connor Sturgeon has also been shared on Twitter. Next to his name, the words “He/Him” appear, indicating that he has bought into the leftist narrative that your biological sex is irrelevant and that it’s up to the individual to identify themselves by using their choice of pronouns.

Connor was another unhinged far-left killer not fond of President Trump.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Friday said House Republicans want to fill cities with smog and give asthma to children.
Karine Jean-Pierre trashed Republicans ahead of Joe Biden’s announcement to sign an executive order on ‘environmental justice.’
The affirmative action White House spox claimed House Speaker McCarthy’s plan will poison children and literally melt bones.
“[McCarthy’s plan] is a 320 page plan to kill jobs, fill our cities with smog and give asthma to our children,” Karine Jean-Pierre said.
“The proposal would repeal the Inflation Reduction Act’s green energy tax credits, sending thousands of jobs back to China. It would make it easier for oil companies to use toxic chemicals that cause severe burns, damage people’s eyes, and quite literally melt bones,” she added.
Karine Jean-Pierre claimed we would go back to a time where cities would be filled with smog and dirty air that ‘poison the lungs of our children.’

She was a member of the ORU law school’s final graduating class, and was part of a group of faculty, staff, and students who moved the ORU law school library to Regent University. Two years later, she completed a Master of Law in taxation at the College of William & Mary. She worked for four years as a lawyer for the Internal Revenue Service’s Office of Chief Counsel in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Bachmann and her husband have five children. They also worked with a private foster care agency to house 23 children in their home during the 1990s. Bachmann’s children were home schooled and also attended private Christian schools, and her political career stemmed from her interest in education reform.
In 2000, Bachmann defeated a longtime moderate incumbent for a state senate seat in Minnesota. In 2006, Bachmann entered the race to represent her suburban Minneapolis congressional district. She won 52 percent of the vote, becoming the first Republican woman from Minnesota elected to the House of Representatives. She easily won reelection in 2008 and 2010.

“For far too long, communities across our country have faced persistent environmental injustice through toxic pollution, underinvestment in infrastructure and critical services, and other disproportionate environmental harms often due to a legacy of racial discrimination including redlining,” the White House said. “These communities with environmental justice concerns face even greater burdens due to climate change.”
Biden delivered remarks on his new executive order from the Rose Garden.
Joe Biden claimed his presidency is so dull and scandal-free that he is known for chocolate chip ice cream.
“It’s really very, very dull that after all these years in public life, you’re known for two things: Ray-Ban sunglasses and chocolate chip ice cream. Very dull president,” Biden said.
Biden is known for his sunglasses and ice cream because we don’t have a real media.
