Representative James Comer was on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo to discuss his recent revelations about the Biden family.
Rep. James Comer shared today with Maria Bartiroma that there are many more LLCs and many more countries involved in the Biden family money laundering schemes.

China is probably the most reputable country that the Biden family was dealing with.  The question remains, what were these family members doing to receive this money?
There’s no rhyme or reason for some of these Biden family members to receive any type of payment from our adversaries around the world not including the number that we’ve uncovered and we’re still digging through these pay violations.

Then Maria discussed a possible reason for the payments the Biden family was receiving.  Something that we discussed at the TGP for some time.  Joe Biden gave Chinese firms easy access to US markets where they wouldn’t have to comply with the rigorous Sarbanes-Oxley regulation that US companies had to comply with.
In 2013, Vice President Joe Biden brokered a deal with China that gave the country access to US markets without having to comply with US compliance regulations that US companies had to comply with.  John Solomon at Just the News reported:
Since 2013, Chinese companies have been allowed to participate in U.S. stock and bond exchanges without having to fully comply with the same Sarbanes-Oxley Act accounting practices and risk disclosure required of American companies.
The concession was made in a little-noticed Memorandum of Understanding executed seven years ago by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a nonprofit regulator empowered by the Sarbanes-Oxley law to ensure U.S. investors are protected from making bad investments because of faulty audits or financial information.
The agreement was reached in May 2013 after Chinese leaders pleaded for improved access to American capital markets in multiple meetings with then-Vice President Joe Biden, transcripts from the Obama administration’s archives show.
The Sarbanes-Oxley legislation cost US companies millions, if not billions, in compliance costs since put in place after the Enron collapse.  For some reason, Biden thought Chinese companies should not have to comply with these requirements that are required of American companies to ensure accurate financials and key controls throughout company operations worldwide.  These controls are audited at least annually and at a significant cost to the entity.  There are also significant costs to prepare for these audits.
Rather than ensure China’s companies were at least as accurate in their reporting and as well-controlled, Biden gave Chinese companies a pass on the same requirements mandated of US companies.  This deal allowed Chinese companies to obtain billions, if not trillions, in capital not available in China.

The Biden’s tried to cover up the money they received from US adversaries by having payments sent to multiple Bidens.

A nongovernmental organization founded by former Presidents Bush, Obama and Clinton has partnered with American Express Global Business Travel and Welcome.US to fly migrants to communities across the United States.
In Sept. 2021, the three former presidents banded together behind Miles4Migrants, a charity dedicated to donating frequent flyer miles and free flights to thousands of African refugees and their family members allowing them to settle into the interior of the U.S.
As the Gateway Pundit reported, Miles4Migrants is partnered with Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Uber, and a network of over 50 nonprofit partners including the United Nations Refugee Agency.
Miles4Migrants and American Express Global Business Travel are now partnering with Welcome.US to fund flights for migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, Ukraine and Nicaragua into American communities.
“Donations are needed to fund the flights for newcomers to travel to the United States,” Welcome.US states on its website. “Those forced to flee often leave behind all but what they can carry, and the costs of international travel can be prohibitive. Welcome Connect Travel removes the cost of travel as a barrier for both sponsors in the United States and the displaced families they are supporting through humanitarian sponsorship.
“With the average cost of a single flight at $1,600, public donations through our partner Miles4Migrants will help provide a lifeline to newcomers, giving them the opportunity to safely travel to their new communities. Donate below to help newcomers access safe travel.”
Welcome.US was initially created for the Biden administration to facilitate international travel for 85,000 Afghans to the U.S. in 2021 and 2022.
With the support of corporations including Walmart, the New York Times, Starbucks, Airbnb, the Business Roundtable, Microsoft, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Starbucks, the Washington Post, Goldman Sachs, Goodwill Industries, and Chobani, Breitbart News reports.

Members of George Soros’ Open Society Foundation also sit on the “National Welcome Council” of Welcome.US.
The Biden administration is slated to admit an estimated “360,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti Venezuela and Nicaragua to the United States annually via an expansive pipeline which has already helped release about a million migrants into American communities from 2021 to 2022.” the publication notes.
As Sen. Ron Johnson, R.- WI, called on Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas during a committee hearing last Tuesday, the GOP lawmaker warned the Biden administration has permitted at least 5 million illegal migrants entry to the United States interior since stealing office in early 2021, including known got-aways and unknown got-aways.
“So, a large number of people are getting away than we know about. We don’t know who these people are, they are just got-aways. They’re never encountered — they get away into the interior. Then we’ve got [an estimated] 3 million unknown got-aways,” Johnson said. Somewhere, north of 4 million people — I had the number here 4.3 [million] but we are adjusting that down based on title two expulsions and, I guess, people voluntarily going home.

“Somewhere between 4 and 5 million people during this administration have been coming to this country, probably don’t qualify for asylum,” he continued. “What we are looking at is 22 states have populations less than 4 million people. Twenty-eight states have populations less than 5 million people, That is the magnitude of the problem.”

Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg has reached a deal with House Republicans allowing the House Judiciary Committee to question an ex-prosecutor about Bragg’s indictment of former President Trump.
In March, the committee, led by Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan had subpoenaed Mark Pomerantz, a former Manhattan prosecutor who had penned a tell-all book about the DA Bragg’s investigation of Trump, inquiring if any federal funds had been used in the investigation of the former president.
The GOP argued that they had a right and a duty to investigate  whether these were “politically motivated state investigations and prosecutions.”
Bragg slammed the committee and sued Rep. Jordan in an attempt to block the subpoena, but was shot down by a federal judge, who told him, “No one is above the law.”
Now, after Bragg appealed the ruling and was afforded a temporary suspension, the New York Post has reported that Bragg has withdrawn the motion after reaching an agreement with House Republicans on Friday.
Under the agreement, the House Judiciary Committee will be allowed to question Pomerantz on May 12th, a later date than was initially scheduled, and will be allowed to have a lawyer from Bragg’s office present for questioning.
Interestingly, both sides see the resolution as a victory.
“We are pleased with this resolution, which ensures any questioning of our former employee will take place in the presence of our General Counsel on a reasonable, agreed upon timeframe,” Bragg said.
The heart of the congressional probe is whether or not federal funds were used by the Manhattan DA’s office to investigate and indict the former president. If that did happen, the House has the right to have oversight on the spending of those funds.
It will also help the GOP to prove that the investigation and indictment are politically motivated and an attempt to benefit the Democrats ahead of the 2024 election.
Bragg will not have to answer the questions himself, but the answers provided by Mark Pomerantz should allow the House Judiciary Committee to have a better idea of what the case is really all about.
Perhaps more importantly, however, it will allow the GOP to blow up the case against Donald Trump in the court of public opinion before the case makes it to trial later this year.
When one considers the fact that this is a radical leftist DA who is conducting an investigation against a politician who is the leading challenger to Joe Biden in the next election, it is hard not to consider the possibility that the indictment is politically motivated.
This is especially true when one considers the soft-on-crime approach Bragg has taken in his district while taking massive efforts to prosecute a legally ambiguous case against Donald Trump.
If the House GOP can prove that Bragg took federal funding to conduct a politically motivated investigation against the former president, it will have massive potential ramifications on the case and on the 2024 election.
It could mobilize Trump’s voter base to come out in full force next year, and it could even sway many independents away from the Democrats, who are uneasy with the political nature of the prosecution.
In fact, Bragg may have just handed Trump the campaign tool that he needs to win back the White House in 2024 by inadvertently creating a groundswell of support for the former president.
Needless to say, Bragg needs to tread very carefully, otherwise, he risks seeing the whole thing blow up in his face.

And when a guy comes along like Donald Trump who says, I’m willing to break things, that appeals to people who feel like this whole system is just rigged against them. And they’re right. It is rigged against them. It’s completely rigged against if you’re poor in this country, you have no participation in the political process…
…All of these trusted institutions of democracy have now been weaponized against the poor, against the middle class in our country. And the people are desperate…
…And Donald Trump comes and says, I’m a guy on a white horse who’s going to look after you, and I’m going to tell the truth about what’s happening. And that has a lot of appeal to people. I think we need to do the same thing in the Democratic Party…
… if you go to these communities, there’s “Trump won” lawn signs on every lawn. People are angry. They’re red angry.

Rep. Nancy Mace went on America’s Newsroom on FOX News on Friday morning with Bill Hemmer and Dana Perino.
During her segment Rep. Mace revealed that there are SEVERAL MORE Biden family members involved in their criminal grifting. Rep. Mace also said there are more shell companies to explore and more questions about what the Biden family members were being paid for.
It appears Joe Biden and his family were selling out the American people for decades.
Rep. Nancy Mace: This whistleblower is putting everything on the line to provide the American people with this information. It should be investigated to the fullest extent of the law. When the left says that no one is above the law, the American people deserve the right to have them put their money where their mouth is, whether it’s a current or former president or their family. This should be investigated, and we need more information.
We only looked at the SARS reports (suspicious activity reports) for two Biden family members. Well, there are several more Biden family members that you were at the treasury you look at, too. And then we found more Biden family members involved, more shell companies, the sources of the funds being unknown, where they’re going unknown, and why they were paid for. And the numbers are astronomical. I mean, it’s crazy. And yet I’m very much a centrist. I’m right of center, left of center, depending on the issue. And I’ve seen this with my own eyes. It’s not a conspiracy theory.

On Friday night’s episode of “Real Time” on HBO, Bill Maher called out black celebrities and Democrats for ignoring violent black crimes like those in Chicago and New York.
Bill Maher asked why prominent black celebrities and leaders aren’t speaking out against many violent crimes – looting, robbing, killing, carjacking, and rioting committed by black people in major cities like Chicago, New York, and elsewhere.
Maher discussed black crimes with Brown University economist Glenn Loury and international relations scholar Daniel Bessner following the violent youth riots in Chicago.
Mayor-Elect Brandon Johnson is bending over backwards to defend the rioters, calling what they did ‘silly decisions.’
He is not even in office yet and you can see exactly where the city is headed.
“Most of the shootings [in Chicago] are young black men killing other young black men. Is that not correct?” Maher asked.
“Yeah that’s correct,” Glenn Loury responded.
“Okay, much more than what the cops do. Why doesn’t anybody talk about that? Why aren’t there a hundred giant black celebrities who would have the respect of those people saying what are you doing to yourselves? Why are you killing each other?” Maher asked.

Maher also discussed the shoplifting cases in New York.
“I was reading that in New York, a third of all the shoplifting cases are by 327 people in a city of 8 million because they keep getting returned to the streets, which has to be terrible for the morale of the cops that they keep arresting the same people. It’s Groundhog Day for them… I don’t understand how we’re going to get this situation under control unless they feel like what they do has some meaning as opposed to just a turnstile,” Maher said.

US Congressman Adam Schiff from California is in deep trouble.  An ethics complaint has been filed against Schiff by a concerned citizen alleging that Schiff has committed election and voter fraud claiming he was both a citizen of California and Maryland. 
A concerned citizen from the state of California uncovered what is believed to be crimes committed by Adam Schiff.
In 2000 Schiff was elected to Congress and has served as a US House member from the state of California ever since.  Schiff reportedly purchased a home in Maryland with his wife in 2003 stating they would occupy this home for 12 consecutive months as their “primary residence”.  Despite this claim, Schiff continued to vote in California.
Schiff refinanced his home in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013 claiming the Maryland home was his primary residence.  In 2009, a House Ethics investigation claimed that Schiff did this and Schiff claimed it was an error and he repaid the exempt taxes to the state of Maryland.
A fellow member of Congress was charged with criminal counts for doing the same thing, Steven Watkins, of Oklahoma.
In addition, the amount of the home mortgage has remained basically the same this entire time.  Congress should look into this as well.

Figures released by the State Department in November revealed as many as 14,000 Americans were left behind to fend for themselves when Biden and the woke generals quickly fled the country due to their artificially set timeline.
13 Americans were blown up by an Islamist suicide bomber released from Bagram Prison after Joe Biden and Lloyd Austin abandoned the base.

And the Biden regime learned nothing.
On Thursday the Biden regime told Americans stranded in Sudan that it was “too late” for the US to get them out and they were on their own.

As liberal states and municipalities are exploring the idea of reparations for African-Americans, one US Senate candidate in Ohio who is vying to oust Sherrod Brown (D-OH) floated giving reparations to White Americans, but not all White Americans.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – Bernie Moreno, an owner of a chain of car dealerships across the Midwest, advocated for giving reparations to the descendants of Union soldiers who died during the Civil War.
Moreno noted that something like white soldiers dying to free black slaves has only happened in the United States.
He is the second Republican to throw his name in the hat for the Republican nomination for the 2024 Senate race, with Ohio State Senator Matt Dolan also running for the nomination.
Moreno previously ran for Senate in 2022, spending a significant amount of his own money on promoting his campaign, but bowed out after meeting with former President Donald Trump, who ended up endorsing now Senator J.D Vance (R-Oh.) in the primary.
Moreno touts himself as an ‘outsider conservative’ and will be able to once again self-fund a significant amount of his campaign.

Bernie Moreno, a Republican looking to challenge US Sen. Sherrod Brown, suggested the white descendants of northern Civil War soldiers should be eligible for some form of compensation.
“We stand at the shoulders of giants, don’t we? We stand on shoulders of people like John Adams, James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and George Washington. That this group of people took on the largest empire in history. They said no, we will not stand for this. And won,” Moreno told supporters at a campaign event in the Buckeye State this week.
“That same group of people later, white people, died to free black people. It’s never happened in human history before, but it happened here in America. That’s not taught a lot in schools much is it?” he added.
“They make it sound like America is a racist, broken country. You name a country that did that: that freed slaves, died to do that. You know, they talk about reparations. Where are the reparations for the people in the North who died to save the lives of black people?”

Another day, another violent crime in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s New York City.
Democrats recently threw a tantrum over House Judiciary Committee holding a hearing in New York City examining how Bragg’s pro-crime, anti-victim policies have increased violent crime and created a dangerous community for the residents.
The committee heard several victims tearfully explain how Bragg’s pro-criminal policies contributed to their trauma.
Now we learn today that horrifying surveillance footage captured a helpless woman being abducted right off a Brooklyn street and whisked away in a minivan.
The New York Post reported that the incident happened Friday at roughly 1:45 A.M. at the intersection of Avenue W and Stillwell Avenue in Gravesend.
The images show the man approaching the female with his outstretched arms before grabbing and carrying her away.

The New York Police Department (NYPD) said the woman was placed into a late-model Toyota minivan before the vehicle sped northbound on Stillwell Avenue.

NYPD is uncertain whether the woman knew her attacker, but one high-ranking police source said she was not struggling like they would expect if the attacker was complete stranger.
“She didn’t appear to be struggling like you would if it was a stranger,” the source told the New York Post.
“It’s kind of a mystery now,” he continued.
NYPD described the victim as a woman in her twenties with a light complexion and long hair. Her estimated height and weight are 5-foot-5 and 120 pounds.
The suspect wore a black shirt, dark pants, and black sneakers. He is reportedly in his 30s, stands approximately 5-foot-10, and weighs 175 pounds.
