This year, Walmart will be closing twenty of its retail stores across the United States, including four in the Chicago area.
The retail giant has also stated it will lay off hundreds of workers at five e-commerce fulfillment sites across the US, and it is closing two pick-up-only locations in Illinois and Arkansas after testing them for nine years.

As we recently noted, Walmart is closing four stores in Chicago.
The leadership at Walmart never came out and said it, but shoplifting and theft are obviously the problem that has led to these stores losing millions and deciding to close.
And now, the Democrats who run Chicago and have allowed crime to flourish in the city, are outraged at Walmart for pulling out of the community.
“The simplest explanation is that collectively our Chicago stores have not been profitable since we opened the first one nearly 17 years ago – these stores lose tens of millions of dollars a year, and their annual losses nearly doubled in just the last five years. The remaining four Chicago stores continue to face the same business difficulties, but we think this decision gives us the best chance to help keep them open and serving the community,” Walmart explained in a press release.
In late March, Walmart announced to close the last two locations it has in Portland, Oregon.
The company’s official line about the closings is that it has to do with store performances, customer needs, and other corporate speak.
Does anyone doubt that this probably has a lot to do with theft? Portland is a hotbed of leftism, and for the last few years, shoplifting has become a norm for the left.
“The decision to close these stores was made after a careful review of their overall performance. We consider many factors, including current and projected financial performance, location, population, customer needs, and the proximity of other nearby stores when making these difficult decisions. After we decide to move forward, our focus is on our associates and their transition, which is the case here,” a spokesperson with Walmart said.

On March 30, 2023, former CIA Director David Petraeus spoke at the Bush School DC on “International conflicts and US national security challenges.”
During his presentation Petraeus announced that the US-trained Ukrainian counter offensive will begin in May with a goal of severing Russia’s land route to Crimea.
This speech by Petraeus took place before leaked documents surfaced that Ukrainian forces were suffering major losses in the War with Russia and that US forces were already on the ground in Ukraine – something that was not disclosed to the American public.

“What we really need to watch is not what’s happening on the battlefield right now. It’s what’s happening at training centers the U.S. runs in Germany, Grafenwöhr, Hohenfels, UK, Poland, Ukraine itself, where entire new brigades are being established largely with new recruits from Ukraine, but also with some seasoned commissioned and uncommissioned officers.
Over time will be equipped with Western tanks or with the residual Soviet bloc systems, Western infantry fighting vehicles, Western wheeled armored vehicles, really, quite an extraordinary array of systems, and this late May, early June, there is going to be a heck of an offensive from the Ukrainians, very likely in the South. It probably has to be roughly the Melitopol area, and they will try to sever the ground line of communications that Russia has established along the southeast coast of Ukraine linking into Crimea.
I believe that they are going to achieve, for the first time in this war, true combined arms effects because they will, for the first time. Russians have not at all done this. They have failed from day one. They have sent tanks just right down the road without infantry. The Ukrainians will have tanks with infantry in infantry fighting vehicles keeping the enemy’s infantry and their anti-tank guided missiles off those tanks. They will have engineers and EOD to produce obstacles and defuse explosives and mines. They will have air defense to keep the Russian air off them.
They’ll have electronic warfare to jam the Russians’ networks. They’ll have artillery and mortars to suppress the enemy forces. They all have good command and control. They’ll have logistics pushed right up behind them with additional arms, ammunition, arms, fuel, water, food, medical support, and they’ll have reserve forces, which they did not have in the offensive in the Kharkiv area last fall that was very impressive, but basically, culminated, ran out of steam because human beings can only go for about 72 hours-ish before they just physically no longer have any capacity to do much on the battlefield.
We’ve reached that point, by the way. We proved this during the fight to Baghdad a couple of different times. I believe that’s what’s going to happen, and the question, then, and we might actually ask the DA privately later, the question, then, is can Putin, over time, be convinced that he will not be able to out-suffer the Ukrainians, the Europeans, and the Americans, which is what he currently thinks. He thinks that, again, Russians, just like they did to Napoleon’s army and the Nazis, that they’re going to prevail over time because they have more fortitude.”

To say Joe Biden has been struggling in the polls is putting it mildly, and after running for the White House to replace who he said was the “worst president” in history, he has reached even lower numbers than former President Donald Trump. Now even NBC is ringing the alarm bells over Biden’s rock-bottom numbers.
According to a recent NBC News poll, a mere 1 in 4 Americans believe President Biden should run for re-election, Chuck Todd told his audience on Sunday.
The “Meet the Press” host noted that only 41 percent of the Americans polled approve of Joe Biden.
“Overall, the president’s job rating is not in a good place when you are seeking re-election, sitting at just 41 percent,” Todd said, “driven by the 58 percent of Americans who disapprove of how he is handling the economy right now.”
“Just 30 percent of independents approve of the job Biden is doing overall,” Todd added.

These numbers truly are dismal and are giving Democratic challengers hope of eclipsing Biden. The rule in politics has always been that if a sitting official’s approval numbers are less than 50 percent positive, that means he is “underwater.” And candidates who have less than 50 percent approval rarely get re-elected.
The term underwater was derived from the financial term, which is defined as when an investor owes more on an investment (such as property) than the actual value of what the asset is worth.
It must be pointed out that Biden has reached lower approval ratings than Trump did when he was in office, meaning that Joe’s numbers have dipped below the man he replaced and the man Joe said was the “worst president America has ever had.”
As he began his segment on Sunday, Todd noted that only 26 percent of those polled said Biden should run for re-election while an incredible 70 percent said he should not.
Those numbers, of course, were overall statistics. But Todd went on to point out that Biden — who continues to avoid the press — doesn’t really even have the support of Democrats.
“Fifty-three percent of 2020 Biden voters say he shouldn’t run; 64 percent of Democrats who voted for Sanders or Warren in the 2020 primaries think he shouldn’t run. And 76 percent of voters under 35 think he shouldn’t run,” Todd said of the Democrats NBC polled.
Todd also said that the top concern voters have is that Joe Biden is too old to serve. “It almost is all about his age and his ability to do the job,” Todd said of why respondents indicated they don’t want Biden to run for a second term.
Biden’s clear mental decline has been a serious issue since day one, and it isn’t just Republican voters who are saying so. In fact, one of Barack Obama’s former White House doctors has warned that Biden’s mental acuity is so bad, he is “going to get people killed.”
Early this year, Dr. Ronny Jackson insisted that, “It’s TERRIFYING for our country that Biden is our commander-in-chief. He doesn’t know where he’s at half the time, and every day he brings us closer to an all-out war with Russia & China. His cognitive decline is going to get people killed!”

NBC isn’t alone in ringing the alarm bells over Biden’s cratering poll numbers. A few weeks ago, CNN also found that 67 percent of those who responded to their early April poll said that Biden does not deserve to be re-elected.

Also, Morning Consult noted that Biden “is underwater in 40 states” as he prepares to announce he is running for re-election.
Another recent poll found that many of Biden’s own voters have been abandoning him and seeking to support other possible entrants in the Democratic primary for 2024.
Indeed, there really aren’t any polls that show Joe Biden in a good position for being re-elected. And as inflation makes every American’s paycheck worth less on a daily basis, as our foreign enemies are increasingly emboldened by this weak president, as millions of illegals flood our borders, as crime soars, and as the value of education sinks, it is clear that Joe Biden simply does not deserve a second term in the White House.

U.S. Mayors team up with Anti-Defamation League to assault free speech.

The nation’s mayors’ incompetent leadership has led to crumbling infrastructure, sanctuary for illegal aliens and homelessness, a catastrophic drug epidemic, and hyperkinetic crime. Cities have become like mythical Gotham City, but no Batman superhero will be coming to the rescue. The mayors’ new solution – avoid accountability by using a scapegoating strategy.
Progressive Mayors Ten Commandments
This month the United States Mayor Conference published the “Mayors’ Compact to Combat Hate, Extremism and Bigotry” (linked HERE) in collaboration with the ultra-left-leaning Anti-Defamation League (ADL). Over three hundred and twenty-five mayors signed the pledge. The Compact has ten components that use the East German Stasi psychological policing to suppress free speech and label users exercising their First Amendment rights as haters and dissidents. Government censorship is used to cover up reality.
The duplicitous Mayors’ pledge “principles of liberty and justice for all” will destroy the First Amendment. They plan on developing brainwashing programs with the ADL, including with public schools. Mayors will encourage residents to report hate crimes using hotlines and online tools. Hate crime data is to be collected and reported to the FBI. The ultimate goal is investigating and prosecuting thought crimes, including social media posts. This strategy is directly from China’s Cultural Revolution Red Book.

The Mayors Compact scope of hate crimes prosecution focuses exclusively on individuals or groups whose alleged crimes were committed against preferred racial or leftist groups.
Hate Crimes Typically Are Hoaxes
The news media daily bombards the public with hate crimes and racial slur reports. However, since the demand for racism and bigotry incidents grossly exceeds the supply, hoaxes must be manufactured. As a result, the media ignores their hate crime reporting aftermath when they predictably turn out to be hoaxes. Hyperbole and ideology take precedence over facts and reason regarding hate reporting.
Take, for example, the Air Force Academy sensationalized episode that spun out of control. Five black cadet students at the Academy’s preparatory school reported racial slurs posted outside their dormitory rooms on whiteboards. Without a proper inquiry, the Academy’s Superintendent, Lt. Gen. Jay Silveria, launched into hyperdrive, denouncing racist attitudes in a speech to the entire Academy. His speech went viral in the national media for weeks. Finally, months later, one of the students admitted it was a staged hoax. The Academy and the press later downplayed it was all about the dignity of cultural respect.
Another progressive tactic, in a giant leap of logic, is to replay public lynchings that occurred over a century ago and that without vigilance, violence will re-occur—another gross exaggeration to further inflame racial tensions and divide the public.
San Antonio Case Study
The Conference of Mayors commissioned the Center for Compassionate and Equitable Cities, a compassion and community healing program. San Antonio’s Mayor Ron Nirenberg (trained by the radical Annenberg Foundation) chairs the committee. The City has developed, at his direction, a prototype six-part curriculum. This a bolt-on program to the Compact to fight hate.
Compassion is an emotional concern for someone suffering and a desire to alleviate that suffering. Unfortunately, progressives manipulate the term compassion to favor racial and left-wing groups creating victimhood status and granting special privileges towards resource allocation. The City uses the first-of-its-kind Equity Atlas towards that goal.

Nirenberg regularly exploits the term compassion linking it to his various progressive agendas, such as support for transitioning transgender children or providing financial support and a haven for illegal aliens. Should you disagree with his or the City’s agendas, you lack compassion and are a hater.
Compassion is simply a ruse to suppress free speech and label dissenting opinions as hate speech.

In his recent Zoom presentation to the Mayors, he claims hate crimes are an epidemic. He has engaged DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and the ADL to assist in rooting out domestic extremism. His office is monitoring and calling out hate under the guise of compassion. The City has created a compassionate re-education program to train education, civic, and business leaders to combat hate thought crimes. The outcome will be an atmosphere of fear and will encourage citizens to denounce one another.
First Amendment Rights
The First Amendment guarantees citizens the right to speak freely about their views, regardless if some consider them impolite, offensive, or unpopular speech. Therefore, mayors should promote and protect free speech, not destroy it. Instead, if they accuse you of a ‘thought crime,’ they will strip you of your Bill of Rights. Predictably, City Councils will be passing punitive thought crime laws that financially destroy the accused and take years, if not decades, to overturn in the court system.

West Virginia State House Delegate Josh Holstein believes that former President Donald Trump will win every county in the state if he is the Republican nominee in 2024.
A big part of his expectation, he said, comes from the fact that Trump fought for the coal workers in the state, in sharp contrast to Democrats who promote a “globalist climate agenda.”
Holstein made the remarks in a radio interview with Breitbart News over the weekend.
“Our district has been a coal producing bastion for about 100 years. And with the war on coal and the war on fossil fuels, under the Obama administration, my areas, my communities here, really were devastated,” Holstein explained. “And not only did we lose our jobs and our livelihoods, but we also lost a lot of population, about 50 percent.”
The state, which was blue until 2014, is now one of the reddest states in the nation.
“Our West Virginia State Legislature was under 88 years of Democratic control consecutively up until 2014. So it’s not like this is a deeply red state that’s always been traditionally Republican, but Donald Trump changed that. And, you know, the folks here that had been so loyal to the Democrat Party over the years had the rug pulled out from underneath them all for a globalist climate agenda.”
Holstein said that Trump impressed him at the first rally he attended for him by asking questions that every day Americans were concerned about.
“As a result, President Trump won every county in West Virginia in 2016, in 2020, both in the primaries and in the general elections,” the lawmaker said. “And I fully anticipate that he’ll do the exact same in 2024. I’m proud to support him and help him any way that I can because I believe that our people here in this state need more leadership in the White House, and we have trust and leadership under Trump.”
Breitbart’s host, Matt Boyle, noted that Democrats “are screwing over those working class people who go into those coal mines, who go work in those factories, who go to the working class blue collar jobs across America, they have screwed them over time and time again for the last several decades.”

“I think here and here in West Virginia, we’ve had some of the biggest conservative achievements,” Holstein said. “And oftentimes, I think they get overlooked, because we’re not a swing state or we’re not a very nationally recognized conservative Bastion, but we have really passed a very conservative agenda. We’ve effectively banned all abortions in our state.”
“We’ve protected women’s sports. We’ve also banned gender transition surgeries for minors,” Holstein added. “We’ve instituted the Hope Scholarship Program, which allows state tax dollars to follow the students if they choose some kind of private education or homeschooling, anything like that.”
Holstein continued, “and we’ve defended our Second Amendment. We passed the Second Amendment Preservation and Non-commandeering Act, which basically prevents the federal government from coming in, like the ATF and all the other ones, from coming in and using state resources to enforce federal laws. So if there’s any executive order by the president or any unconstitutional gun law passed by Congress, and some kind of federal agency wants to come in and try to seize some of the weapons or charge for a gun crime, then they have to use federal resources. They’re not allowed to use state resources. We’ve also passed campus carry to give, you know, our adults on college campuses the right to defend themselves and to protect themselves.”
“Our yearly budget’s about 4.8 billion a year, but we passed a tax cut of $800 million, just this past session, which is about a 21 and a quarter personal income tax reduction,” Holstein said. “As well as a property tax exemption for disabled vets and a motor vehicle property tax exemption. So we’re doing a lot of great things in our state, and we have more things coming up soon.”

In a sad but hilarious excerpt, President Trump said, “he’s all ga-ga, then he walks off the stage, but he’s supposed to walk that way! Where am I? Where am I?!”

OUCH! Trump Trounces Closest GOP Opposition In New Poll By Whopping 41%…Leaves Other “Competition” In The Dust

President Trump spoke about the never-before-seen corruption from Joe Biden and the threat of World War III after a “total humiliation in Afghanistan.” “I don’t want to be right about this. But I’ll tell you what, we’re very close,” said the President.
President Trump then took aim at Joe Biden’s rhetoric, stating, “he doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about.” He continued, “sometimes you have to talk tough, and sometimes you have to talk soft, and he’s got a mixed up. He talks tough when you’re supposed to talk soft, and he talks soft when you’re supposed to talk tough.”
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump told the crowd in Florida, “standing before you today, I am the only candidate who can make this promise: I will prevent World War Three.”
Later in the evening, the President went to a Pizza shop in the area with US Rep. Byron Donald, and the locals cheered and chanted enthusiastically,  “Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump” and “USA, USA, USA.” The Gateway Pundit reported that President Trump showed his gratitude to local law enforcement by sending pizzas to the police department for every officer that had to work a shift for the presidential detail.
When President Trump told the crowd, “We’re going to become the 47th President of the United States,” they erupted in cheers and chanted, “USA, USA, USA.”

A Georgia Democrat who unsuccessfully ran for the state’s House of Representatives has been arrested for kidnapping, cruelty to children, and aggravated assault.
The Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office arrested Zephaniah Dwayne Baker on Saturday at approximately 12:45 a.m.
According to a report from Fox News, Baker had warrants out for felony charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault (disfigure), possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and misdemeanor charges of battery (Family Violence Act) and third-degree cruelty to children.
Details about his alleged crimes have not yet been publicly released.
The Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office was assisted during the arrest by the Drug, Gang, and Fugitive Unit and U.S. Marshals.
Fox reports that “the investigation was conducted in conjunction with the FBI, Cobb County Sheriff’s Office, Cobb County Police Department, Russell County Sheriff’s Office and Phenix City Police Department.”
Baker has run for multiple offices over the years, most recently losing a primary election for the Georgia House of Representatives on May 24, 2022.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports, “Baker ran for mayor of Columbus three times, losing to Teresa Tomlinson in 2010, and dropping out of the race she later won in 2014. He finished in second place in 2018 coming about 6,000 votes short of the current mayor, Skip Henderson.”
“The Columbus native also attempted several bids for the Georgia House of Representatives. In 2008, he was defeated by state Rep. Calvin Smyre in the race for Georgia House District 132. Last year, he ran for Georgia House District 140 but lost to Rep. Teddy Reese in the Democratic primary election.”
Baker is also an activist whose website says that he has “produced and sponsored an entire month of Commercials promoting Black History” and founded “Buy-Back the Block Community Program; a program made up of young Black professionals investing in local projects and properties in South and East Columbus.”

A group of Christian prayer warriors will be attending SatanCon in Boston next week, an event being called the “largest Satanic gathering in history.”
The gathering will occur from April 28 – 30th, 2023, to celebrate the Satanic Temple’s tenth anniversary.
The Satanic Temple promises on its website that the convention will be “a weekend of blasphemy and remembrance in Boston.”
“This event is dedicated to Boston mayor Michelle Wu for her unconstitutional efforts to keep TST out of Boston’s public spaces,” the organization stated. “TST SatanCon 2023 will be in historic downtown Boston, Massachusetts from April 28th to April 30th, 2023, with the theme, ‘Hexennacht in Boston.’ Attendees will enjoy lectures and panels presented by our campaigns and congregations as well as evening entertainment and a Satanic Marketplace.”

According to a report from the Christian Post, regional leaders in Boston for Intercessors For America (IFA) say that “hundreds of believers from several denominations will come together in unity, not to pray the event away, but instead pray for revival to break out amongst the attendees in Jesus’ name.”
“I initially went to prayer with a preconceived idea that God would want this to be prayed away. It was following this assumption that I was awakened through the night with a clear sense of ‘This is My harvest field,’” one of the organization’s leaders, Suzie MacAskill, told the Post.
“Since truly seeking God’s will for this event, and not coming with my own ideas, I believe I’ve been able to more clearly hear of His love for those who are lost and His strategy for praying for this event,” she added.
IFA Boston co-leader Lynn MacAskill said, “several people [are] receiving words and visions about the angel armies surrounding Boston.”
“Suzie and I have only just come to understand that God has been preparing us for this for some time, which is very comforting as we get close to going into the battle zone in days.”
‘My personal sense is that God is doing something new, something powerful, something wonderful, and He is calling His bride to unity as He does this,” McAskill added. “We are seeing intercessors and watchmen joining with us from all over Massachusetts, New England and this nation to see what the enemy intended for evil used by God for His good and mighty purposes.”
“We pray for a harvest of lost souls to take place as we have never seen before,” she added.

An LGBTQ organization has cancelled its planned Florida Pride Parade and “Kid Zone” over a bill banning children from attending lewd adult-oriented performances.
The organization was concerned that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis could sign Senate Bill 1438 into law before the event took place.
If the bill was signed into law before the event took place, and it was for all ages, the venue risked losing its liquor license and the organization could have lost its non-profit status. Anyone doing a lewd performance in drag in front of children would have been at risk of fines or jail time.
The legislation, which DeSantis is expected to sign, does not specifically state that drag performances in front of minors is banned, but defines “adult live performances” as “any show, exhibition, or other presentation in front of a live audience which, in whole or in part, depicts or simulates nudity, sexual conduct, sexual excitement, or specific sexual activities … lewd conduct, or the lewd exposure of prosthetic or imitation genitals or breasts.”
The cancelled parade was scheduled to be part of PrideFest.
Other events that were part of the festival were changed from all ages to 21 plus.
“Many all of you know, the political climate that we are currently in has us all very concerned for our community.,” the organization wrote on its website. “After multiple meetings with city officials, it is with a heavy heart that Pride Alliance of the Treasure Coast has to announce that this weekend’s Pridefest will now be a 21 and older event. The city has decided that with the on the side caution and require us to make this change. We are obviously upset and dishearten that it has come to this. We also regret to announce that we will have to cancel our plans to bring back our beloved parade.”
The organization went on to say that they are working on planning a “family-friendly” event where LGBTQ youth can “celebrate who they are.”
“We hope that everyone understands that this definitely not what we wanted at all and are working with the city to assure our safety as well as produce a positive event,” the organization continued in their announcement. “We have held off as long as we could making this announcement as we were hoping it would not have to be made. We hope that everyone still supports out community and attends this event! We will be making an announcement in the near future about a family friendly Party in the Park where our youth can celebrate who they are!”
Local station WPTV reports that the Pride Alliance of the Treasure Coast were contacted by the city and informed that they had to ban anyone under 21 to be able to host the event. The City of Port St. Lucie told the station that it was a “mutual decision” between the city and the organization.
PrideFest’s largest sponsors were the Cleveland Clinic and the YMCA.

According to a new NBC poll, 53% of 2020 Biden voters say he shouldn’t run again.
64% of Democrats who voted for Sanders or Warren in the 2020 primaries think he shouldn’t run in 2024.
And a whopping 76% of voters under the age of 35 think Joe Biden should not run for president in 2024.
