A pro-illegal Democrat Assemblyman in California is facing a sordid, career-threatening scandal after stunning </> divorce documents were recently unsealed.
As The New York Post reported on Sunday, Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula of Fresno finds himself in a legal battle with his wife, Elizabeth, who has made a series of alarming allegations that call into question his fitness not only as a lawmaker but as a family man.
In the unsealed documents, Elizabeth claims that her husband spends most of his days drinking, smoking marijuana, and playing video games during the day while hiding these activities from everyone he knows.
“For years, I have covered for Respondent’s struggles with alcohol, marijuana, and gaming, concealing them from our children, family, friends, and his professional circle,” Elizabeth Arambula states.
“On a typical day, he spent much of his time using his THC pen, drinking whiskey, playing games on his iPad, and taking a few meetings scattered throughout,” she added.
Elizabeth also alleged that Joaquin Arambula, who is running for Fresno City Council, got so drunk during the day that she had to drive him to work, and a government car sometimes took him back home.
Due to Joaquin’s alleged transgressions, Elizabeth is seeking spousal support and child custody for the couple’s three children, who are 11, 14, and 15.
In even more potentially foreboding news for Joaquin Arambula, his wife says she has documented proof of his misdeeds.
For example, the petition shows that Joaquin Arambula checked himself into Reflections Rehabilitation for a whopping $30,000, seemingly confirming at least part of his wife’s allegations.
Joaquin Arambula says that his wife is twisting the facts and seeking financial gain.
“This is a very trying time for my family and me, and I ask for the public’s understanding,” he said, according to the Post. “I voluntarily entered into and successfully completed a 30-day rehab program because I recognized I had a problem and chose to improve my life and be a better father to our children.”
He further alleged that while he was in rehabilitation, his wife filed for divorce and moved out of their home. Moreover, Joaquin Arambula states that Elizabeth Arambula has refused to allow him to see their children unless certain financial and other demands are met.
“I am fighting in court for my rights as a father,” he said.
Should this development end Assemblyman Arambula’s career, illegals in California will lose a valuable champion of theirs.
The New York Post reported that he proposed legislation in 2024 that would grant some illegals eligibility to apply to the state’s Dream for All home loan program.
This would give first-time home buyers up to 20% in down payment assistance, up to $150,000, through a lottery system.
While the bill passed the California State Assembly, Governor Gavin Newsom vetoed it due to budget concerns.
Joaquin Arambula was previously under significant scrutiny after being arrested on misdemeanor child abuse charges in late 2018.
But months later, a jury found him not guilty.

Trump put leftist ‘U-turn’ Starmer in his place.
Failing Prime Minister Keir Starmer, leaving the United Kingdom out of the attacks on Iran and even denying the use of its bases during the military operations, is a betrayal and a cowardice.
But it’s also a consequence of the complete lack of preparedness of the British forces.
The British army is said to be at its smallest size since the times of Oliver Cromwell in the 17th century, and its once mighty navy is a shell of what it used to be.
Add to that the fact that Starmer is at once pandering to the Muslim vote and scared shitless of the left wing of his own detestable Labour party, and you have the shameful position he’s in.

But Donald J. Trump is taking the betrayal to heart.
Trump, the ultimate internet troll, has unleashed a barrage of criticism against Starmer, which is being compounded by lots of internal criticism, pushing the crisis-plagued PM against the ropes – yet again.
The US president went as far as humorously comparing the Labour leader to a massive British historical figure, saying ‘Starmer was no Winston Churchill’.

But now Trump’s jabs have gone from ridicule to humiliation with a touch of a threat.

“The United Kingdom, our once Great Ally, maybe the Greatest of them all, is finally giving serious thought to sending two aircraft carriers to the Middle East. That’s OK, Prime Minister Starmer, we don’t need them any longer — But we will remember. We don’t need people that join Wars after we’ve already won! President DONALD J. TRUMP”
In one short post, Trump: 1) put the ‘greatness’ of the ally firmly in the past; 2) Dismissed the need for the British carriers; 3) Warned the Prime Minister that the US will remember; and 4) the humiliating finale: ‘We don’t need people that join Wars after we’ve already won!’

Texas DPS seized $3.4 million worth of meth this week during a traffic stop in Live Oak County. The meth weighed just under 2,000 pounds. The meth was destined for the city of Dallas and was being transported in a commercial vehicle. Operation Lone Star‘s ongoing mission has helped make Texas a safer place.
This past Wednesday, a DPS trooper pulled over a tractor-trailer for a traffic infraction. The trooper became suspicious of potential criminal activity. Live Oak Sheriff was contacted to help conduct a search of the vehicle. The K9 unit was used to identify the trailer as a positive find.
The DPS trooper, along with the agency’s Criminal Investigations Division, found and seized 479 bundles of meth wrapped in black tape. The drugs were hidden in a fake floor compartment in the trailer.
The 32-year-old driver, Diego Mendez from Alton, Texas, was taken into custody. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance. It is considered a first-degree felony because it exceeded 400 grams.
Mendez is being held at the Live Oak County Jail, and the investigation is ongoing.

WESLACO – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) seized nearly 2,000 pounds of methamphetamine during an Operation Lone Star traffic stop on a commercial motor vehicle in Live Oak Co. this week. The drugs were being transported to Dallas.
On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, just after 3:30 p.m., a DPS Trooper stopped a blue 2020 Kenworth truck tractor semi-trailer for a traffic violation on US 281 near George West. During the stop, the Trooper noticed signs of possible criminal activity, prompting further investigation. A Live Oak Co. Sheriff’s Office K-9 was called in to assist and positively alerted to the trailer, which led the Trooper and Special Agents with DPS’s Criminal Investigations Division (CID) to locate and seize 479 black tape-wrapped bundles of methamphetamine hidden in a false floor compartment beneath the trailer. The bundles weighed a total of 1,980 pounds and had an estimated street value of $3.4 million.
In addition to seizing drugs and arresting drug smugglers, Texas DPS also has a great track record of apprehending illegal aliens.
On Friday, Texas DPS brush team along with the Border Patrol, captured five illegal aliens in the Rio Grande Valley. Three of those were special interest illegals from Vietnam. The human smuggler guide Gaiell Ramirez, was only 17 years old, was also an illegal alien from Mexico. He was arrested and charged with human smuggling and evading arrest.
The illegals that were being smuggled were wearing colored wrist bands. The cartels use that as a way of tracking payment of those that they smuggle into the US.

Jesse Kelly of “The First” discussed declining birthrates and their connection to feminism. His guest was Inez Stepman of the Independent Women’s Forum.
The video opens with a clip from 2022 in which Elon Musk warns of declining birth rates and population collapse.
“Inez, why aren’t human beings having babies at the same rate they used to have babies?” Kelly asked.
“It appears to be a worldwide problem. What’s the problem?” Kelly asked.
“I think the fact that it is worldwide makes it much harder to pin on the source that you and I are both more than happy to blame, which is feminism,” Inez said.
“The feminist culture is part of the dropping birthrate, but obviously, there is a larger component. When you see the birthrate dropping in the Middle East, for example, I have a hard time imagining that feminism is the primary culprit there,” Inez continued.
“I think it is one of the most important questions that we can confront, but there isn’t a clear answer,” Inez said.
“A lot of people want to blame it on economics. But the fact is that during the great depression, people were still having babies,” Inez said.
“We seem to have lost our fundamental drive as a species and our confidence at replicating both our civilization and ourselves,” Inez explained.
“The reasons for the problems are probably different from country to country,” Kelly said.
“The numbers say that right-wingers they are getting married and they are making babies. Left-wingers have simply removed themselves from that pool almost entirely. Why?” Kelly asked.
“I think the values and the way that you see life obviously affects the decisions that you make about your family,” Inez said.
Inez explained that there are an increasing amount of older, childless women and that their politics is usually more to the left.
“There are simply a lot more single childless women hitting 40, 45 than there used to be. There is the highest in recorded American history,” Inez explained
“Not only are they not having babies, they also have wildly different politics than the rest of America,” Inez said.

John Fetterman on CNN’s State of the Union
Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) joined Fox News to discuss fellow Democrats who refused to vote to label Iran as a state sponsor of terror.
On Thursday, 53 House Democrats voted against a nonbinding resolution reaffirming that Iran remains the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism.
H.Res. 1099, sponsored by Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL) passed the House by a vote of 372-53 (with 2 Democrats voting present and 5 not voting).
All 53 “no” votes came from Democrats, including members of the Squad like Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA).
Host Kayleigh McEnany asked Fetterman, “I know you’re not in the House, but I have to believe you have some thoughts on the 53 names we will scroll who did not have the audacity to vote to label Iran as state sponsor of terror?”
Fetterman responded, “Yeah, I mean, if you look at the same list, that was there, there are probably it’s the same part of the same list that refused to condemn Hamas after 10/7. So I mean, that’s part of our party.”
“And that 53, that’s almost 25% of Democrats in the House that can’t just call Iran as the world’s biggest terrorism underwriter. That’s where our party has been heading now. Now, anti-anti-Israel, that’s part of the ongoing conversation. I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t just identify that what Iran is. We all agree that.”
McEnany continued, “Yeah. Well, we unearthed some sound from the former Democratic nominee for President of your Party. Kamala Harris is sounding very different today versus just a short time ago. Let’s watch this.”
In October 2024, Harris was asked, “Which foreign country do you consider to be our greatest adversary?”
Harris responded at the time,” Well, there are different reasons that we should be thoughtful about each. Most recently, I think there’s an obvious one in mind, which is Iran. Look, I mean, Iran has American blood on their hands.”
On Sunday, Harris forgot her campaign rhetoric and stated, “Donald Trump has dragged us into a war the American people do not want. He has put American troops in harm’s way. I unequivocally oppose this war of choice, and everyone should.”
McEnany asked, “I mean, what happened?”
Fetterman responde, “Well, I mean, I think it’s what happened…..but first, I really have to say that now if someone identifies America’s top risk and/or threat, and someone dispatches that in about three or four days and makes it impossible for them to acquire nuclear weapons and their missile program, why isn’t that a good thing? I don’t know why that’s not a great thing.”
“And Hillary Clinton said the same thing back in 2015 when she was running (for) President. Virtually every Democrat that I’m aware of says we can never allow Iran to acquire nuclear bombs, and they were a significant, significant risk to America.”
“I know why they don’t say that now, because I’m aware that it is very damaging as a Democrat to just happen to agree with the President on anything.”
“But for me, that’s easy, a country over party.”
“Now, I don’t know why we can’t just be honest, saying that the last two professional candidates for the Democratic party all agree that we can never allow Iran to acquire nuclear bombs, and that’s made that possible now.”
“I think we can say, hey, that’s a great thing that makes the world more safe, more secure, and holds Iran accountable.”

Agen, serving as Deputy Assistant to the President and Executive Director of the National Energy Dominance Council (NEDC), laid out the administration’s long-term strategy to wrest control of Iran’s massive oil reserves from the clutches of radical Islamic terrorists.
According to Agen, the turmoil currently rattling global energy markets is a short-term cost that will ultimately deliver a strategic victory for the United States and its allies.
“This is a long-term gain because what we want to do is get such massive oil reserves in Iran out of the hands of terrorists,” Agen said.
“What we’re going to experience here in the short term is highly outweighed by the long-term benefit because ultimately, we’re not going to have to worry about these issues in the Strait of Hormuz because we’re going to get all of the oil out of the hands of terrorists.”

Agen’s comments come amid escalating tensions in the Middle East, where Iran’s ayatollahs and their proxy terror groups have once again disrupted global energy supplies by closing the vital Strait of Hormuz.
This critical waterway, through which about 20% of the world’s oil passes, has been a flashpoint for Iranian aggression for years, thanks to the weak policies of previous administrations like Biden’s, which emboldened the regime with billions in sanctions relief.
The NEDC, established to cut through bureaucratic red tape and unleash U.S. energy potential, is now spearheading efforts to neutralize Iran’s oil-funded terrorism.
Agen compared the strategy to the successful turnaround in Venezuela, where U.S. intervention has revitalized oil production and sidelined socialist dictators
As oil prices spike due to the Strait’s closure, Agen emphasized the bigger picture: Short-term pain for long-term gain.
With U.S. production at record highs thanks to Trump’s pro-fossil fuel policies, America is positioned to lead the world out of this crisis.

Gun-free zones create soft targets.
They mandate that law-abiding citizens disarm themselves and remove any meaningful way to defend their own life, or the lives of those around them. These policies don’t create safe places, they create targets.
There is a reason that we protect banks, airports, government buildings, and etc. with armed guards.
Unfortunately in most cases schools and universities, which have historically been the targets of mass shootings, have been declared gun-free zones.
Florida is aiming to change that.

A new bill in Florida that has already cleared the Florida House would allow professors and other staffers at public universities to carry concealed weapons in case of an emergency.
Opponents of the bill cite all of the usual reasons for doing so, but having armed staff on college campuses would be smart.
This has a very good chance of passing because first, we’re talking about Florida, but also because of the horrific shooting at Brown University in Rhode Island a few months back.
The bill is being sponsored by Republican Rep. Michelle Salzman. Schools should be guarded by men with guns. It’s the most logical way to protect our students.
In 2013 under the Obama administration, the  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) ordered a study which found between 500,000 and 3,000,000 defensive uses of firearms every year.
For comparison in the same year, 2013, there were only 33,636 firearm related deaths with approximately half being suicides.
In the 2020’s the number of firearm related deaths has ranged from 40,000-50,000 gun related deaths annually again with around half being suicide.
An armed society is a polite society.
When law-abiding citizens are stripped of their constitutional right to defend themselves it simply empowers those who wish to do them harm.

A diplomatic storm erupted this week after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made remarks widely interpreted as a threat against Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán—drawing exceedingly rare cross-spectrum condemnation from both national-conservative, anti-globalist critics of Kyiv as well as pro-EU establishment figures in Brussels who have otherwise been among Zelensky’s strongest supporters.
The controversy began after Zelensky publicly complained about Hungary’s refusal to approve a proposed €90 billion EU loan package intended to finance weapons and financial support for Ukraine. Hungary, under the leadership of its right-wing, anti-globalist prime minister, has repeatedly blocked the plan, arguing Hungarian taxpayers should not be forced to shoulder the costs of a war that has already strained Europe’s economy.

During a press briefing in Kyiv, covered earlier this week in a report by The Gateway Pundit, Zelensky suggested that the contact details of those responsible for blocking the funds could be handed to Ukrainian soldiers. He stated that Ukrainian troops could “call [Orbán] and speak to him in their own language”—the language of the military—a clear allusion to the language of violence.
