Former CBS News correspondent Scott MacFarlane has got himself a job at the left-wing MeidasTouch Network just nine days after being fired from the network.
MacFarlane announced Monday that he will join MeidasTouch as chief Washington correspondent and host a daily program titled Scott MacFarlane Reports.
The move comes after his departure from CBS News, where he covered Congress and the Justice Department, including cases related to January 6th and prosecutions of President Trump.
Despite joining a network known for its links to the Democratic Party, MacFarlane insisted he is not shifting into opinion journalism.
“I’m not an opinionist, not an editorialist,” MacFarlane said in a message posted on X.
“I’m far from a politician. I’m an enterprise reporter. Have been for a quarter century.”
“What I’ll do is bring this enterprise reporting to all the components of the MeidasTouch network, all the contributors of the MeidasTouch Network.”
“It’s important when we underscore how significant this moment is, this moment of unique political toxicity and unique political danger.
“MeidasTouch and I have long shared this same philosophy — you don’t platform lies. You don’t platform conspiracy theories. And you don’t allow for the whitewashing of history.”

MeidasTouch, founded by the Meiselas brothers, gained traction during the 2020 election cycle through viral anti-Trump content.
It has since expanded into a larger digital platform focused on political left-wing political messaging.
MacFarlane was widely mocked for his predictable career move.

Far-left Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s silly zinger to justify endless mail-in voting was utterly destroyed at the Supreme Court on Monday.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, the US Supreme Court heard oral arguments on a challenge to the arrival and counting of mail-in ballots. The Republican National Committee and the Libertarian Party of Mississippi filed the lawsuit challenging the mail ballots.
Far-left ‘voter-rights’ groups and Democrat election officials have tried to protect the arrival and counting of mail-in ballots after election day by using ‘states’ rights’ as a cover.
But President Trump and other Republicans point out that the practice delays results and can lead to massive fraud.
Sotomayor tried to entrap Clement by equating the counting of military votes in the 2000 Presidential election in Florida after receipt to what mostly Democratic states have been doing with their late-arriving election ballots.
“Maybe we should have another president now, because wasn’t it in Florida that they were counting military votes after receipt?” She quipped.
But RNC attorney Paul Clement promptly nuked Sotomayor’s not-so-clever argument, explaining why it was the “reddest of red herrings.”
He pointed out that Florida was violating the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA), which requires states to provide absentee ballots to voters 45 days in advance.
Because of this, courts had to create a consent decree to provide a remedy.

CLEMENT: With all due respect, that is the reddest of red herrings because what happened in the 2000 election in Florida was pursuant to a consent decree that was entered by a federal court.
Because Florida was violating the principal provision of UOCAVA (The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act), which says you have to give the absentee ballots to overseas voters 45 days in advance.
Because Florida was violating that, there had to be a consent decree to create a remedy that was not provided.

The radical left’s hatred for President Trump’s “America First” successes has officially reached a point of clinical insanity.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer embarrassed himself on national television after refusing again and again to admit a simple truth: weakening the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism is a good thing.
And it wasn’t a conservative who called him out, it was MSNOW’s own Joe Scarborough.
It was so bad that even far-left host Joe Scarborough was forced to stop the Senator mid-ramble and demand a straight answer.
During a heated segment on Morning Joe, Scarborough pressed Schumer with what should have been an easy, straightforward question:

“Is it a good thing that Iran’s military infrastructure is being degraded… yes or no?”

But instead of answering directly, Schumer launched into a rambling deflection about hypothetical future consequences.

“No… no… you can’t, because it’s a premature question. What is going to happen in the next several months?”

Unbelievable. To Chuck Schumer, asking if we should be happy that terrorists have fewer missiles to point at to the US and our allies is a “premature question.”
The exchange became even more surreal as Scarborough tried to explain basic logic to the Senate Leader. When Schumer attempted to pivot to fear-mongering about gas prices and the “world economy,” Scarborough finally snapped.
Mika Brzezinski tried to jump in to save Schumer, calling the inquiry a “trick question.” Since when is asking if a terror regime should be weakened a “trick”?

Chuck Schumer:…And Iran sees that they have real leverage here, right, that it’s harder and harder.
Joe Scarborough:All right, so, Senator—no, no, hold on a second. You’ve got to answer my question first. Yeah. A meteorite crashed straight through the roof of a home near Houston, Texas, on Saturday, sending shockwaves through the local neighborhood.
Local officials say the incident happened at around 4:45 p.m. in northwest Harris County.
The space rock punched a hole through the roof of a two-story house, slammed into a bedroom floor, then ricocheted and struck the ceiling again.
Miraculously, no one was injured.
Fire Chief Fred Windisch of the Ponderosa Fire Department said he had never seen anything like it in decades of service.
The homeowner, Sherrie James, described hearing a loud explosion from inside the house.
Her grandson went to investigate and found a hole in the ceiling and the rock sitting on the floor below.

The object is believed to be part of a meteor that streaked across Texas moments earlier.
Witnesses reported seeing a bright fireball in the sky shortly before the impact.
According to NASA, the object entered Earth’s atmosphere at roughly 35,000 miles per hour.

It became visible high above the region before breaking apart mid-air, scattering debris across parts of Harris County.
Officials say the original space rock may have been around three feet wide and weighed close to a ton before fragmenting.
The breakup also created a pressure wave, producing the loud booms heard across the area.
Weather radar later confirmed debris falling between northwest Houston and nearby communities.
Despite the damage to the home, James said she is grateful no one was hurt. She has since placed the meteorite in a plastic bag and plans to keep it.
A fundraising page has reportedly been set up to help cover repairs to the damaged roof, floor, and ceiling.
“A meteorite unexpectedly came through my roof today, causing damage to my home here in North Houston,” she wrote in a Facebook post.

The incident comes just days after another meteor caused a loud explosion over parts of Ohio and Pennsylvania, rattling buildings and alarming residents.

According to Campus Reform, “The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights recently threatened to rescind funding from San Jose State University after becoming locked in a stalemate with the school over its Title IX violations.”
These violations were in regard to noncompliance regarding “transgender” athletes, otherwise known as Men in Women’s sports.
According to The Office For Civil Rights, “OCR concluded that SJSU’s policies allowing males to compete in women’s sports and access female-only facilities deny women equal educational opportunities and benefits,” the letter stated.
According to this department, San Jose State University caused Female athletes “significant harm.”
In addition, the release stated  the University policies have created “unfairness in competition, compromising safety, and denying women equal opportunities in athletics, including scholarships and playing time.”
The American public is overwhelmingly against Men in Female sports, but apparently, some schools continue to defy the public will and the Executive Orders of the Trump Administration.
The official from The Office for Civil Rights also stated in the press release that “This is unacceptable. We will not relent until SJSU is held to account for these abuses and commits to upholding Title IX to protect future athletes from the same indignities.”
President Trump and his administration have been consistent in opposing the Woke agenda and opposing the efforts to put biological men in women’s sports.
Also, according to Campus Reform, the Office was nice enough to offer a resolution to settle, but San Jose rejected the terms, which included restoring female athletes’ records and offering them apology letters, but the terms seem to have been rejected.
As a result of this school’s non-compliance with federal law, Secretary of Education Linda McMahon posted to X on March 11th that the university’s response was a “proactive refusal” to negotiate the proposed resolution agreement or address the Title IX concerns, concluding that “a voluntary agreement will not be reached and we are at an impasse.”
“The notice informed SJSU that the OCR will issue a Letter of Impending Enforcement Action within 10 calendar days if the university does not reach a compromise and agree to a resolution.”
Defying federal law is no small matter, especially in a matter of public safety such as this.
Possible consequences include termination of federal funding as well as referral to the DOJ.
Linda McMahon correctly argued, “protecting women’s sports is non-negotiable.”
McMahon gave the school ten days to end these practices of Men in Women’s sports.
These are all welcome measures to make sports safe and end unfair practices.

The triggers for this severe culture shock condition are that Paris is dirtier, more crowded, and grittier than expected, and the locals are rude and unfriendly.
The symptoms include acute delusions, hallucinations, anxiety, derealization, depersonalization, dizziness, tachycardia, sweating, vomiting, and feelings of persecution.

The Fascist Democrats will never protect America, but the Republicans will. Just like the Radical Left allowed millions of Criminals to pour into our Country through their ridiculous and dangerous Open Border Policy, the Republicans closed it all down, and we now have the Strongest Border in American History,” Trump said.
“Likewise, I look forward to moving ICE in on Monday, and have already told them to, “GET READY.” NO MORE WAITING, NO MORE GAMES!” Trump said on Truth Social.

According to Reuters, ICE agents will be deployed to at least 14 major airports across the country on Monday.
Senator Blumenthal said the ICE agents will shoot and kill families at the airports.
“ICE agents at airports will only aggravate delays & lines—disrupting checks, interrogating travelers, dragging parents from children, detaining citizens, brutalizing families, shooting & even killing,” Blumenthal said.

Blumenthal attacked ICE officers as “masked, unidentified agents.”

Jeff Webb, a conservative media owner and longtime associate of Charlie Kirk, has died at the age of 76.
Webb owned and published right-leaning outlets Human Events and The Post Millennial, both of which have played a role in shaping conservative political coverage in recent years.
He was also heavily involved in Turning Point USA, regularly appearing at events and supporting younger activists within the movement.
His death was confirmed by The Post Millennial. It was reportedly the result of falling while playing Pickleball.

In addition to his political media involvement, Webb built a business career in the cheerleading industry.
He founded Varsity Spirit in 1974, which grew into one of the largest organizations in the U.S. focused on competitions, training camps, and events.
Webb also launched the International Cheer Union, a governing body that expanded the sport internationally and now operates across more than 100 countries.
Turning Point USA said in a statement that Webb was “a visionary who helped shape generations of young leaders and believed deeply in the power of community and country.”
“A dear friend to Turning Point USA and Charlie,” they wrote on X. “He will be greatly missed.”

Webb also authored the book American Restoration: How to Unshackle the Great Middle Class, outlining his views on economic policy and American society.
“We may have lost a future president,” he said in an interview with Real America’s Voice following Charlie Kirk’s assassination last September.
”Charlie Kirk had it all, charisma, faith, respect for everyone. Now, in his absence, tens of thousands of new chapters are rising. His legacy is just beginning.”

He is survived by his wife, Gina Webb, along with his children and grandchildren.
