“Only a handful of people have witnessed grey seals ambushing porpoises or dolphins in the UK, but evidence suggests attacks may be on the rise.”
It started in February, when the first dolphins were observed killed by a grey seal in Welsh waters.
“Distinctive corkscrew-shaped markings on the common dolphin’s flayed midriff showed where a seal was thought to have torn off strips of blubber with its razor-sharp teeth, exposing the animal’s feathery innards.
The attack is believed to have been carried out by a group of grey seals operating in waters between Wales and the south-west coast of England.”

A Democratic activist says a number of women are preparing to accuse California Rep. Eric Swalwell of sexual misconduct.
Cheyenne Hunt, an attorney, former congressional candidate, and executive director of Gen Z for Change, said she has been working with multiple individuals who intend to come forward.
In a post on the X platform, Hunt said the allegations involve “DMs and Snapchat messages” and range “from uncomfortable comments to potentially criminal conduct.”
“I got involved because the first victim who approached me is a close friend, but when I saw that there were others whose experiences fit the same pattern of manipulation and abuse of power, I knew I couldn’t stay silent,” Hunt wrote.
She claimed the alleged behavior involved “employees, interns, and fans,” adding that Swalwell acted “as a mentor just to exploit that power.”
“Other women needed to know that they were not alone and that someone had their backs if they came forward.
“After I spoke about my friend’s experience, many brave women came forward and shared their stories with me.”
Hunt said the women preparing to accuse Swalwell have “secured pro bono legal representation” and are “in the process of sharing information with reporters and ensuring that they are physically and legally safe.”
“That process takes time,” she said.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday cleared the path for the dismissal of contempt-of-Congress charges against former Trump White House strategist Steve Bannon.
Bannon was tormented by the radical left, communists, and deep state actors who targeted thousands of Trump supporters and conservatives following the 2020 stolen election.
Bannon refused to honor a subpoena from the sham committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack and later served a four-month sentence. 
The wildly popular political firebrand served four months behind bars for contempt of Congress after refusing to testify before the House committee investigating the January 6 Capitol protest.
He was widely considered to be a political prisoner.

On Monday, the Supreme Court paved the way for the dismissal of Steve’s “contempt” case.

A jury found Bannon guilty on two counts of contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena to testify about Jan. 6 before the House select committee that investigated the attack. In addition to serving prison time, Bannon paid a $6,500 fine.

John Cleese — a British actor who mocked Christianity through his work — drew backlash for lamenting the decline of the faith in the United Kingdom amid the rise of Islam.
Cleese was a member of the comedy group Monty Python, which released a movie called “Life of Brian” — a project that in many ways served as an extended mockery of Christianity and even Jesus Himself.
But Cleese is now much less hostile toward the faith he once lambasted as his nation increasingly witnesses the alternative.
“The UK has always been based at the deepest level on Christian values, regardless of dogma,” he said Monday on social media, sharing a video about the importance of Britain as a Christian nation.

Fellow social media users immediately observed the irony of Cleese’s statement — and noted how his work directly contributed to the decline in Christianity he is now bemoaning.

“I agree wholeheartedly, but have you not spent your career mocking these values only to find that they were what held society together?” another added.

If Christians want Christ’s values to endure, we must actually believe, speak, disciple, and live as salt and light today,” a third noted, commending actual belief in the Christian faith rather than merely retaining some of its ethics.
Cleese is not the only British public figure of his generation to walk back contempt for Christianity when presented with mass Islamic immigration and its consequences.
Richard Dawkins, who spent decades publicly militating in favor of atheism, said in 2024 that the United Kingdom is “culturally a Christian country” — and even described himself as “a cultural Christian.”

Men like Cleese and Dawkins are not only hypocritically walking back decades of anti-Christian subversion in the twilight years of their lives — and quite possibly the twilight years of Britain as we know it.
They are also trying to retain the effects of Christianity on their culture without the actual cause — namely, the sort of living faith in Jesus Christ that transforms individual hearts, and eventually everything else.
Believing that Britain or any other nation can have a Christianity without Christ is greater comedy than anything ever produced by Monty Python.

She was failed by open border policies and sanctuary politicians who RELEASED this illegal alien TWICE before he went on to commit this heinous murder,” said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis.
“We are calling on Governor Pritzker and Chicago’s sanctuary politicians to commit to not releasing this criminal illegal alien from jail back into American neighborhoods,” the DHS said.

There are currently 25,000 Christians in Islamabad, Pakistan, who are suddenly being asked to leave their homes by the nation’s Islamic authorities.
Christian families living in the capital city were told that they must leave within the next few days, per a report from International Christian Concern.
These families were resettled in Islamabad after the Rimsha Masih case in 2013, during which Masih, then a 14-year-old girl, was arrested on blasphemy charges.
Authorities claimed that she desecrated pages from the Quran.
Two weeks later, the Muslim cleric who reported her to the police was arrested for allegedly planting the pages in her bag, and she was eventually acquitted.
International Christian Concern noted that because Masih was a Christian, the case created “serious threats against the Christian community.”
Many families were moved to the communities in Islamabad “so they could live without fear,” and have built new lives there over more than a decade.
But now they are being asked to leave.
The government’s Capital Development Authority is claiming that the housing communities are not legal.
“There is no proper resettlement plan, no alternative land, and no clear compensation being offered to these families. This has raised serious concerns among the community,” International Christian Concern added.
Believers are praying and protesting, asking government leaders to halt the evictions until a solution is found.
Most of the families come from low-income backgrounds.
Some are not going to work because they fear that their homes could be demolished while they are gone.
“They work in jobs such as sanitation, domestic work, and other day labor,” International Christian Concern said. “Missing work even for a day is difficult for them, but the fear of losing their homes is even greater.”
Pakistan ranks eighth on Open Doors’ World Watch List for Christian persecution.
Beyond the specific threat against the Christians in Islamabad, Pakistan’s authorities have been using blasphemy laws to threaten Christians, with false accusations frequently emerging.
Those found guilty of blasphemy can even face the death penalty.
There is also a threat of mob violence against Christians, who have limited protection from the Islamic authorities.

“Ibram X. Kendi will serve as the inaugural holder of the Carter G. Woodson Endowed Chair in History, a position supported by $3 million in donor funding that honors its namesake historian, known as the “father of Black history,” according to a university press release.”
Ibram Kendi has a history of making racist comments and rewriting history.
Howard University is a famous historically Black college in America.
Previously, Kendi founded and led Boston University’s Center for Antiracist Research (CAR), established in the aftermath of the George Floyd riots.
This program at Boston was shuttered last June due to financial and other concerns.
Kendi responded to concerns by saying “that media coverage unfairly targeted him, claiming that journalists often repeat allegations against black leaders without sufficient evidence and suggested that such scrutiny reflects broader societal bias”, according to a previous Campus Reform report.
In addition to being chair now, Kendi will direct Howard’s Institute for Advanced Study.
This institute “is dedicated to interdisciplinary study advancing research of importance to the global African Diaspora, including inquiry into race, technology, racism, climate change, and disparities.”
Yet again, someone who profits from fomenting racial division is being rewarded by an institute of higher education.
Kendi has infamously written How to Be an Antiracist, where he argues that not being a racist is not enough.
Interim President of the University, Wayne A.I. Frederick, said the chair “affirms Howard University’s enduring responsibility to steward Black history with rigor, integrity, and purpose.”
Kendi has developed quite a catalog of outrageous public remarks. He has compared efforts to ban certain guns to the fight to end slavery.
Last year, Kendi suggested that ‘Whiteness’ prevents White people from ‘connecting to humanity.’
