FBI employees over the years have been caught drunk driving, stealing, losing weapons, and assaulting children, according to internal memos obtained by Just the News.
Sexual misconduct is also rampant, according to the memos.
FBI employee had affairs with felons in prison and affairs with confidential sources.
Most of the FBI officials who engaged in unethical and illegal conduct were never fired, Just the News reported.
Just the News reported:
Scores of FBI employees have been caught over the last five years engaging in unethical and illegal conduct such as driving drunk, stealing property, assaulting a child, mishandling classified documents, and losing their service weapons — but they often escaped being fired, according to internal disciplinary files provided to Just The News.
One agent left a highly lethal M4 carbine unsecured in his government car during a Starbucks run and had the weapon stolen, but even he received only a two-week suspension despite violating the bureau’s protocols for weapons storage, the records show.
“Although there was a lockbox in the trunk for storage of weapons and sensitive items,” the agent chose to store the rifle bag behind the car’s front passenger seat, one report shows. “While Employee was in the Starbucks, the Bucar was burglarized. The rear passenger, rear driver, and tailgate windows were broken, and the rifle bag containing the M4 was stolen.”
Sexual misconduct was also rampant in the reports dating to 2017, including inappropriate affairs with felons in prison, confidential sources and subordinate employees. The sexual transgressions, however, often resulted in firings, unlike the drunk driving and lost weapons offenses.

Biden’s Justice Department is trying desperately to take down President Trump and destroy the populist movement in America today. Democrats and angry RINOs are with them. They believe the people need to pipe down and get in line.

Special Counsel Jack Smith is allegedly investigating how classified documents were found at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence after the August raid last year.
FBI agents descended on Trump’s Florida residence last summer looking for presidential records lawfully stored at the former president’s home.
Now, according to DOJ leaks to CNN, more documents with classified markings were found in a box among presidential schedules in December, a few months after the summer FBI raid.
The feds are investigating why the box of documents wasn’t given to the DOJ and what ‘Trump’s role’ was in storing the box.
This afternoon The Gateway Pundit reached out to the Trump Team to discuss this latest leak from the deep state to CNN.
According to our source close to the Trump Team the latest report by the three CNN authors is about a document box managed by a receptionist. This is not new news.
The Trump team lawyers worked closely with the DOJ on this faux scandal every step of the way. This is another nothing-burger, something the American public has grown used to.
A second source with the Trump Team also said this was nothing. They heard about it months ago.
It appears the DOJ and Special Counsel Jack Smith is going to play the old Mueller games and slow leak junk reports to the fake news to build public support for their nothing-burger investigation.

While Chinese balloons float over the nation and Biden gets increasingly involved in the Russian-Ukraine war, the Department of Defense thinks this is the perfect time to make the military even more woke in their efforts to completely de-masculate our warfighters.
The Center for Military Readiness prepared a report providing examples of how the Pentagon has quietly expanded woke transgender policies in the military.
The report sites at least six significant differences since the 2016 policy including:

1. Changes official DoD vocabulary to reflect transgender ideology;
2. Specifically involves the military service academies and ROTC (contract) programs;
3. Holds commanders directly responsible for all alleged “biases against transgender individuals;” 4. Allows cross-dressing and other “transitioning” behaviors on-base as well as off-base;
5. Allows “de-transition” procedures if treatments do not resolve gender dysphoria; and
6. Restricts collection and disclosure of data on “incidents of harmful behaviors” involving sexual orientation and transgender persons, even for legislative purposes.

Real Clear Defense reports:
The DOD Instruction stipulates that if a person “self-identifies” as a person of the opposite sex, and if the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) changes a person’s bureaucratic “gender marker,” a man claiming to be a woman must be treated as a woman, and vice versa.
Military commanders, doctors and nurses, chaplains, and military men and women at all levels must endorse and act on this ideological belief or suffer career penalties if they don’t. Alleged “biases against transgender individuals,” which are prohibited, could include anything from “misgendering” people with the wrong pronouns to expressions of concern about medically questionable hormone treatments or surgeries for adults or military-dependent children.
Individuals who are confused about gender identity deserve compassionate counseling, competent medical care, and complete information about the serious risks and irreversible consequences of “gender-affirming” treatments that do not change biological sex. Instead, a self-diagnosis of gender dysphoria permits only one course of treatment, pushing the service member toward life-changing, often-irreversible transgender “transition,” without an independent “second opinion.”

Commanders are directed to consult with designated “experts,” called Service Central Coordination Cells. The SCCCs have no responsibility for military operations or any obligation to put the needs of the patient first.
Biden’s regulations do not protect or even mention rights of religious liberty for chaplains and people of faith. Nor do they provide options for doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel who object to transgender ideology on moral or ethical grounds.
Once a military doctor approves, transgender transition can be deemed “complete” with or without surgical alteration of healthy body parts. At that point, as the DOD Instruction states several times: “[S]ervice members will use those berthing, bathroom, and shower facilities associated with their gender marker in DEERS.”
PowerPoint training slides entitled “Policy on the Military Service of Transgender Person and Persons With Gender Dysmorphia Training Module” provide guidance to walk individuals through various “dilemmas.”
Below are examples from the training slides including what to do when there is an inability to meet standards, how to address use of showers, and how transitioning should be addressed during basic combat training.

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell has announced his intention to sue Speaker Kevin McCarthy for providing the full footage from the January 6 protest at the Capitol exclusively to Fox News’s Tucker Carlson.
McCarthy has provided the television host with nearly 41,000 hours of Capitol surveillance footage from that day.
Lindell discussed his reason for suing during an appearance on the War Room with Steve Bannon, saying that it amounts to discrimination.
“They’re serving papers this morning,” Lindell said. “It [J6 footage] needs to go to everybody so we can all look at it together!”
During the podcast, Lindell said that he would be filing the complaint through his streaming platform Lindell-TV, which is “injured by not having access.”

Democrats have complained about the release of the footage, and long fought to keep it hidden, claiming that it presents a “security risk” to the Capitol.
“I was asked in the press about these tapes, and I said they do belong to the American public. I think sunshine lets everybody make their own judgment,” McCarthy told the New York Times.

You Will be Trained, and You Will Comply
President Biden signed the Executive Order on Further Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government on February 16th. This EO built on one of his first EOs when he took office that mandated the federal government to start planning for equity programs in their agencies.
This EO mandates more to include the development of Equity Teams in every federal agency that must administer, of course, equity training and equity in leadership across the entire federal workforce. Just what the federal government needs, more training and less work.
Additionally, each agency head must appoint a senior ranking official to lead the agency Equity Team because being a ‘leader’ in the federal government is really just about heading up nonsensical baseless teams versus actually leading any real change.
These Equity Team Leaders will collaborate with the agency’s Chief Diversity Officer, which will also work with the Environmental Justice Officer and the White House Gender Policy Council. The EO lists out over 20 agencies, so think about that for a second.
Within these over 20 agencies, there are currently Chief Diversity Officers, Environmental Justice Officers, and soon Equity Team Officers. You know, I can think of a few areas that we could cut in the federal government that might save some money.

The Point
So what exactly is the goal of these Equity Teams other than aggregating data and attending endless, pointless meetings? As the EO states, their charge from our Chief Executive is “Embedding Equity into Government-wide Processes.” 
Our federal government is instructed to go about injecting equity into all of its processes in numerous ways. One is to “review and update internal processes, directives, and government-wide guidance to support equitable decision-making, promote equitable deployment of financial and technical assistance…”
Let’s think about that one for a spell. One agency that falls under this purview is the Administrator of the Small Business Administration.
One can’t help but wonder if some small business owners won’t get their federal loans approved based on the color of their skin. But, in contrast, others will get theirs approved for the same reason. That hardly seems very equitable.
But it gets worse, so much worse. The EO also directs agencies that “When designing, developing, acquiring, and using Artificial Intelligence” they are to ensure that it is “in a manner that advances equity.”

Not Quite Skynet, but Still Terrifying
Instructing federal agencies to ensure their AI algorithms operate under an equity lens will probably not mark the beginning of the T-1000, requiring me to begin my lifelong goal of training to be like Sarah Connor. However, this push will have massive repercussions for Americans regardless.
The American First Legal Foundation claims that this part of the EO encourages the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to alter its algorithms to audit more white and Asian taxpayers than black taxpayers. The specific part of the EO they point to states that these Equity Teams must “prevent and remedy discrimination, including by protecting the public from algorithmic discrimination.”
President Biden states, “Underserved communities often face significant barriers and legacy exclusions in engaging with agencies and providing input on federal policies and programs that affect them.” Notice the reference to “legacy exclusions” as a lover of language; I must say that is perhaps the most poetic way to repackage the concept of ‘systemic racism.’
However, the critical part of what the President says above is the concept of underserved communities. How we define an underserved community gets rather sticky and nebulous, which is precisely why it’s impossible to nail down.
Any demographic can be viewed as an underserved community at any given time, which is why definitions matter.

The Imbalance of Equity
The EO defines equity as “the fair treatment of individuals from all backgrounds including Black, Latino, Indigenous and Native American, Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders, women and girls and LGBTQI+.” The left’s addiction to equity is a large part of why we have such a laughable government.
Equity is merely an offshoot of diversity, and the President has ridden this bandwagon his entire presidency. It’s why he hired our comically incompetent Secretary of Transportation and his unbearably inept Press Secretary.
It is why during the pandemic, he sought to impose racial and gender quotas for aid for small businesses and farmers. It wasn’t because he cared about minorities, its because he wanted to appear to care about minorities.
Equity is about equality in outcomes, not in opportunities. This failed concept attempts to say that we can all and should all have the same life outcomes as the next person, but it is merely a gateway drug into socialism. 
Life is unfair, and no amount of ‘forced fairness’ will make it more equitable. These Equity Teams won’t make the federal government more accessible; they will merely bog it down with more bureaucracy and racism than it already had before. 
Finally, the most crucial line in the EO states, “Starting with formulation of the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget” the Equity Teams are to articulate “how the President’s Budget can support the Equity Action Plans.” Yet another example of a taxpayer money pit meant to line the pockets of a bloated bureaucracy under the red herring of equity.

Fox Business host Charles Payne nearly lost it on Geraldo Rivera after the two sparred over a video showing air raid sirens being heard as President Biden made a surprise visit to Ukraine earlier this week.
Payne called the incident “phony.”
CNN described the scene as such:
The president of the United States, in overcoat and shades, strolled through Kyiv in daylight, visiting a historic church as air raid sirens wailed and standing exposed alongside President Volodymyr Zelensky in the city’s vast, open and iconic St. Michael’s Square.
However, CNN reporter Alex Marquardt noted that the air raid sirens had been silent for days and only started blaring upon Biden’s visit.
“I’ve been here for the past five days,” Marquardt stated. “I have not heard any explosions, I have not heard any explosions until about half an hour ago, right when President Biden was in the center of Kyiv.”

Charles Payne Goes OFF on Geraldo
Marquardt’s comments left some people speculating if the air raid sirens during Biden’s visit to Kyiv were performance art. Count Payne among those who think it was for show.
“The only thing I did not like about President Biden’s visit was the air raid sirens. That was the most phony baloney stuff,” he claimed.
Rivera countered that Ukraine had “lost 100,000 people,” but Payne was not dissuaded from calling it “Hollywood junk.”
Rivera accused Payne of taking an unnecessary “partisan jab.”
“Russia was notified that Biden was coming,” Payne shouted. “Do you think Russia was gonna drop a bomb on President Biden?!”
Rivera insisted Payne was incorrect in saying Russia was notified ahead of time, which is false.
ABC News reported that the United States alerted Russia to President Biden’s trip “hours before he arrived.”

Payne Rips NYC Mayor Eric Adams
Charles Payne has been on an absolute tear in recent days. And he does so with charm, a rapier wit, and uber-fashionable suits to boot.
He thoroughly shredded Eric Adams earlier this week when the New York City mayor criticized Florida Governor Ron DeSantis during a recent visit to his city.
“Welcome to NYC,” Adams tweeted, “a place where we don’t ban books, discriminate against our LGBTQ+ neighbors, use asylum seekers as props, or let the government stand between a woman and health care.”
The snide tweet continued: “We’re happy to teach you something about values while you’re here.”

Adams and DeSantis have publicly sparred after the Republican governor began demanding New York City live up to their self-proclaimed reputation as a ‘sanctuary city’ by bussing illegal immigrants there.
Payne metaphorically murdered Adams over the comments, starting with the city’s education system.
“Let’s start with ‘a place where you don’t ban books,’” Payne fired back. “You might as well ban them in New York City, because our kids can’t read. Ban them and burn them, because you don’t teach our kids how to read. What the hell good are books in the first place?”
Straight fire.

As for the LGBTQABCXYZ community, Payne says everybody he knows is making a beeline for Florida every chance they can.
“LGBTQ — I don’t know any member of my family, friends, that LGBTQ — first minute they get, they’re off to Florida,” Payne added.
“They leave New York for Florida every weekend, they’ll slip out on a Friday and come back on a Saturday. Are you kidding me? Yeah, [Florida] is a big, bad spooky place, give me a break on that one.”

Payne also slammed Adams over his hypocrisy when it comes to illegal immigrants.
“Soon as they go to the richest places in America — New York City, Martha’s Vineyard — ‘We can’t afford them, we’re afraid, we’re clutching our pearls, how dare they send these people up here?’” he said.
Florida is among the top destinations for people currently fleeing blue states like New York.
