Newly disclosed video and audio recordings published by Current Revolt reportedly show several Frisco ISD School Board Trustees, one of whom is also the President of the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB), conspiring against the “hate crowd” being able to speak at board meetings.
The candid recording of this coffee shop meeting shows a willful effort by the President of the Frisco ISD School Board Rene Archambault to censor the voices of the constituents in her jurisdiction.

Archambault was recorded saying “…every time it’s on an agenda, the entire hate crowd no can come and speak about how terrible they think our transgender students are.” 
The term “hate crowd” is apparently their own codeword for concerned parents in favor of students using the bathroom of the gender assigned to students at birth.  A review of a September 2022 Board meeting and the ensuing public comment does not convey “hate” towards transgender students, but rather concern for other students safety and privacy.
An unidentified party states “Marvin and Stephanie (two conservative Frisco ISD board members) are gonna keep on- they’re gonna ruin every meeting this year.”
Archambault continues “I have mechanisms in place…that I can push.  And I can use our subcommittee structure.  They wanted to vote on this in July.  It’s November.  That’s how long I’ve been able to push this out.  So, I have mechanisms by which I can do that.  And I can also put it on any agenda.  They want it on the regular board meetings because it’s a show.  If they ask for anything on transgender policy going forward, it will be on a special meeting in the middle of the day that no one goes to.”
Debbie Gillespie, the TASB President, says “…we need to be in the audience listening to what their narrative is so that we have a defense mechanism.” 
Gillespie continues that “[Rep.] Matt Shaheen is that very thing…he’s not that smart.”

While the source of the recording is anonymous, Debbie Gillespie was quoted in a Dallas Express article stating:
“Although the meeting was at a coffee shop, it was inappropriate for Garrett Linker (Trustee in Prosper ISD) to record and share the recording for defamation of character purposes. … He should know the importance of meeting with community members and keeping those conversations safe.”
Speaking of defamation, Collins County Citizens Defending Freedom has confirmed that the recording was not made by Garrett Linker, contrary to Gillespie’s accusation.
This deliberate attempt to subvert the voice of constituents was released in response to the Frisco ISD attempting to investigate an incident Frisco ISD Trustee Marvin Lowe was involved in back in September of 2022.

Lowe has recently come under scrutiny over a conversation that he had with a transgender student and their mother.  The 16 year old student spoke during a “breakout session” at the State Educational Conference in San Antonio.  The ACLU-hosted session was titled “Transgender Students in Texas Schools: What You Need to Know.”
After the session, Lowe approached the student and told them that people may not understand their situation, but that we love you and we really wish the best for you.  He said the mother heard the discussion and approached them.  Lowe felt that both the student and the mother were under the assumption that he supported the student’s situation.
But Lowe made it clear to the mother that he didn’t think it was appropriate for a girl that is transitioning to be walking around a boys locker room.  At that moment, the student began to loudly claim they felt “unsafe”.  Transgender students in bathrooms and locker rooms has been a hotly contested issue in the district as well as the rest of the country as evidenced by the recording cited above.
The student waited almost a month before sending an email complaint to the Frisco ISD.  Dallas Morning News reported on the complaint and published alleged statements made by Lowe.  However, Lowe denies those exact statements and, while he doesn’t recall the exact verbiage used, he said he would not use the terminology he was cited as using in the article.  In a phone conversation TGP had with Lowe regarding the quotations in the article, Lowe said “That’s not even the way I talk.  I would not say that.”
Last Monday, the Frisco ISD put forth a motion to investigate Trustee Marvin Lowe over the allegations, however, it was not seconded and therefore not adopted.

Democrat senators have just reintroduced a Senate resolution that would make March 1st officially recognized as “COVID–19 Victims Memorial Day.”
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Sen. Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.) reintroduced the resolution in an attempt to “memorialize those lost to COVID–19.”
The resolution was first introduced to Congress back in August of 2021 but a new version of the resolution was introduced to Congress on Monday.

On the original resolution it stated “in March 2020, communities in every State began
to experience increased loss of life and families lost fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, and neighbors from the virus.
In the new resolution it uses more “gender neutral” language and replaces mother and father with parents and brother and sister with siblings.

Now the edit could have just been made to make the resolution flow better but in the last several years Democrats have been pushing the masses to get rid of using terms such as mother, and moteer and father.
The Gateway Pundit reported back in November of 2022 that the CDC replaced all mentions of women and pronouns such as she, her, and mother.

The 6-year-old boy who shot a Virginia school teacher won’t face charges, the Newport News Commonwealth’s prosecutor said on Wednesday.
Howard Gwynn, the city prosecutor, still hasn’t decided whether to criminally charge any adults associated with the shooting.
“Our objective is not just to do something as quickly as possible,” Gwynn said to NBC News. “Once we analyze all the facts, we will charge any person or persons that we believe we can prove beyond a reasonable doubt committed a crime.”
Richneck Elementary school teacher Abby Zwerner was hospitalized for two weeks after one of her students shot her in January.
The family of the first grader said the child suffers from “acute disability and was under a care plan at the school that included his mother or father attending school with him and accompanying him to class every day.”

The city prosecutor in Newport News, Virginia, said Wednesday that he would not seek charges against the 6-year-old boy who shot his elementary school teacher in January but has yet to decide whether any adults associated with the case could be held criminally liable.
In an interview with NBC News, Newport News Commonwealth’s Attorney Howard Gwynn said the “prospect that a 6-year-old can stand trial is problematic” given that a child that young wouldn’t have the competency to understand the legal system and what a charge means or adequately assist an attorney. It’s not unheard of for an adolescent of that age to be arrested in general, and theoretically, a 6-year-old child could be criminally charged under Virginia law.
But Gwynn said that he does not believe there is a legal basis to charge a child and that his office, after receiving the case in February from Newport News police, is focusing on others.

Tucker: Well, that was the stunning part to me. I’ve been in Washington, DC my whole life…so I kind of had a root level trust in government. The whole thing can’t be fraudulent because I know the people who worked there…
So I was shocked to learn they were lying intentionally. We have a very specific way of knowing that. When J6 Committee researchers looked at video they bookmarked it, an electronic mark on the video they watched so we know what they watched.
So there is video Chansley (QANON Shamam), Ray Epps, and Brian Sicknick that we know they watched that was not included in the (Jan.6) report, never mentioned in the hearings…This video which overturns the story they were telling, they saw but hid… that just blew my mind.
Tucker then reveals one more piece of information: not one media person in the world has asked for the Jan. 6 tapes in his possession.

Personal information of hundreds of lawmakers and staffers was stolen after a major security breach of DC Health Link.
“I have been informed by the United States Capitol Police and DC Health Link of a data breach impacting Members and staff,” CAO Catherine Szpindor wrote.
“DC Health Link suffered a significant data breach yesterday potentially exposing the Personal Identifiable Information of thousands of enrollees,” she wrote.
The size and scope of the breach is not known.
The FBI is investigating the breach.
Szpindor continued, “While we do not yet know whether other enrollees have been compromised, out of abundance of caution you may wish to freeze your family’s credit at the three major credit bureaus.”
“Speaker McCarthy and Democratic Leader Jeffries have formally requested additional information from DC Health Link on what data was taken, who was impacted, and what steps they are taking to protect House victims of this breach,” Chief Administrative Officer Catherine Szpindor wrote.

“In Argentina, Alba Rueda, is a transgender woman who was kicked out of classrooms, barred from sitting for exams, refused job opportunities, subjected to violence and rejected by her family. But if the face of these challenges, she worked to end violence and discrimination against the LGBTQI+ community in Argentina,’ the presenter said.

In July 2021, Joe Biden abandoned Afghanistan’s Bagram Airfield in the middle of the night after nearly 20 years of US occupation. The Biden regime shut off the electricity and slipped away in the night without notifying the base’s Afghan commander, who discovered the Americans’ secret departure more than two hours after they left.
The Taliban quickly took control of Bagram Air Base, which is only 30 miles north of Kabul on August 15th and released thousands of terrorists held at its prison.
The Biden regime, Mark Milley and the Afghans left the Taliban military equipment, uniforms, rations and even sports drinks for the Taliban terrorists.

Sgt. Tyler Vargas-Andrews, a U.S. Marine Corps sniper who served i Afghanistan during the surrender to the Taliban forces, testified before Congress on Wednesday. Vargas told Congress that he was denied permission to shoot the suicide bomber in Afghanistan that killed 13 service members and over 170 civilians.
From his testimony:
Sgt. Tyler Vargas-Andrews: On August 22, an Improvised Explosive Device ID probe took place down the canal, running along the perimeter of HKIA. This was ISIS or the Taliban performing an IED test run. We reported this to our chain of command. Days later, we received word to be on the lookout for two vehicle born IDs, described as a gold or white Corolla and a green Mazda convertible.
Around 02:00 AM On August 26, intel guys confirmed the suicide bomber was in the vicinity of and nearing Abbey Gate.  He was described as clean shaven, brown dressed, black vest, and traveling with an older companion. I asked the intel guys why he wasn’t apprehended sooner since we had a full description.  I was told the asset could not be compromised. Throughout the entirety of the day on August 26, 2021, we disseminated the suicide bomber information to ground forces. Abby Gate. He was spotted somewhere from noon to 01:00 PM by myself, then Sergeant Charles Schilling, and another.  The anomaly in the crowd, who was clean shaven and fit the description exactly, traveling with an older gentleman.  The individual was consistently and nervously looked, looking up at our position through the crowd. The older of the two wore a black silky hijab that was covering his face most of the time.  They both had obvious mannerisms that go along with who we believed him to be. They handed out small cards to the crowd periodically, and the older man sat calmly and seemingly coached the bomber.
Over the communication network we passed that there was a potential threat and an ID attack imminent. This was as serious as it could get. I requested engagement authority while my team leader was ready on the M110 semiautomatic sniper system.  The response: Leadership did not have the engagement authority for us. Do not engage. I requested for the battalion commander, lieutenant Colonel Brad Whited, to come to the tower to see what we did.  Wile we waited for him psychological operations individuals came to our tower immediately and confirmed the suspect met the suicide bomber description.
He eventually arrived, and we showed him our evidence, the photos we had of the two men. We reassured him of the ease of fire on the suicide bomber. Pointedly, we asked him for engagement authority and permission. We asked him if we could shoot. Our battalion commander said, and I quote, “I don’t know,” end quote. Myself and my team leader asked very harshly, “Well, who does?  Because this is your responsibility, sir.”
He again replied he did not know, but would find out. We received no update and never got our answer. Eventually, the individual disappeared. To this day, we believe he was a suicide bomber. We made everyone on the ground aware operations had briefly halted, but then started again. Plain and simple, we were ignored. Our expertise was disregarded. No one was held accountable for our safety.
About 1730, Staff Sergeant Darren Hoover, friend and mentor, came to get me (holding back tears) from the tower to go help find an Afghan interpreter in the crowd. We found the interpreter and his brother, born with American passports. They told us five told us they had five family members still in the canal.  I stayed there waiting for the family members standing against a two-foot canal wall ten minutes past.  Then a flash and a massive wave of pressure. I’m thrown 12ft onto the ground, but instantly knew what had happened. I opened my eyes to Marines dead or unconscious lying around me.
A crowd of hundreds immediately vanished in front of me, and my body was catastrophically wounded with 100, 150 ball bearings now in it.  Almost immediately, we started taking fire from the neighborhood, and I saw how injured I was with my right arm completely shredded and unusable. I saw my lower abdomen soaking blood.   Icrawled backwards roughly 7ft because I thought I was still in harm’s way.  My body was overwhelmed from the trauma of the blast. My abdomen had been ripped open every inch of my exposed body, except for my face to ball bearings and shrapnel.  I tried to get up but could not.
Laying there for a few minutes, I started to lose consciousness when I heard Chas, my team leader, screaming my name as he ran to me.  His voice calling to me kept me awake. When he got to me, he dragged me to safety and immediately started triaging me, tying tourniques on my limbs and doing anything he could to stop the bleeding and start plugging wounds. With the help of the other Marines, I was awake through most of it, screaming, moaning and cursing.
Please I ask you to please ask me about getting shot at the tower and Abbey Gate and how no one wanted my report post-blast.  Even NCIS.  The FBI failed to interview me.
I was asked to elaborate on my ordeal post blast, and asked me about this one little girl in her family that I reunited.
Our military members and veterans deserve our best because that is what we give to America. The withdrawal – the withdrawal was a catastrophe, in my opinion, and there was an inexcusable lack of accountability and negligence. The eleven Marines, one sailor and one soldier that were murdered that day have not been answered for.

The newly released videos destroyed the sham January 6 Committee’s narrative.
Capitol Police were seen giving Jacob Chansley, AKA, the “QAnon Shaman,” a tour and walked him onto the Senate floor.

Chansley quickly pleaded guilty to charges without significant discovery and was sentenced to 41 months in prison.
Many are now saying the Justice Department withheld Brady material by not disclosing the January 6 footage.
However, it appears Justice Department prosecutors can put their hands up and claim they didn’t withhold exculpatory evidence because the footage was in possession of the legislative branch.
The January 6 Committee was in possession of the footage which means the DOJ can make the claim it was not required to produce it, says Jonathan Turley.
How convenient.

However, the QAnon Shaman was led through the Capitol by officers. Defense counsel could have noted that his “obstruction” in going to an unoccupied Senate floor was facilitated by officers. While the police were clearly trying to deescalate the situation after the Capitol was breached, this is evidence of how Chansley came to the Senate. Indeed, his interaction with officers could have impacted how he viewed the gravity of his conduct. It certainly would have been material to the court in sentencing the conduct.
In his rambling sentencing statement to the court, Chansley apologized for “a lot of bad juju that I never meant to create.”
I have great respect for Judge Lamberth, who has always shown an admirable resistance to public pressure in high profile cases. I cannot imagine that Lamberth would not have found this footage material and frankly alarming.
At first blush, this would appear a clear “Brady violation” when a prosecutor fails to provide a defendant with any evidence that is favorable or exculpatory to his case. Like most things in Chansley’s life, it is a bit more complex than it would seem.
First, Chansley quickly pleaded guilty to the charge. This may have been due in part to the draconian treatment that he received by the Justice Department, which insisted on keeping him in solitary confinement with no apparent justification. The result is that he moved rapidly to sentencing without significant discovery in his case.
Second, the footage was in the possession of the legislative branch so the Justice Department could claim that it was not required to produce it. Indeed, the prosecution may have been entirely unaware of the footage.
Third, Chansley waived an appeal of the plea agreement and is now weeks away from release. The case is practically closed.
It is not clear, however, if Judge Lamberth will find the failure to disclose this evidence troubling and worthy of inquiry. None of this means that Chansley should not have been given jail time. Indeed, it is appropriate to sentence rioters to greater than average time due to the assault on our constitutional process.

A Chinese seafood restaurant in New York City was ransacked by masked youths on Saturday. Viral video shows a mob of “mostly Asian and some Hispanic” youths wearing COVID masks and hoodies being confronted by an irate worker at the Fish Village restaurant in Queens who repeatedly cried out “What the f***?!” as the restaurant is turned upside down.

Republican New York City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino who represents the part of Queens where Fish Village is located commented, “Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I am in touch with the 109th and will be reaching the owners of this restaurant also. I will not stand for this kind of chaos in my district.”

Paladino followed up with a visit to the restaurant, “Visited with the owners of Fish Village in College Point this afternoon to better understand the shameful attack on their business. Detectives from the 109th precinct are working the case and may have leads shortly. Incidents like this cannot be allowed to continue, and that’s why I worked to deploy 50 new officers to this community less than two weeks ago, and I’m fighting to deploy even more law enforcement resources here in the very near future. There must be consequences for this kind of lawlessness, and I hope once the responsible persons are caught, they face aggressive prosecution by our DA.”

WABC-TV reported about $20,000 worth of damage was done (excerpt):
…The manager at Fish Village in College Point said the teenagers all ran inside the restaurant, said nothing, and started trashing the place.
“He said he don’t know what happened, why they gonna do him like that. It feels scary,” said manager Tony Hu through a translator.
…Hu described the teens as mostly Asian and some Hispanic. He said about 30 customers were inside at the time
…Officials say the group didn’t use any weapons or take any property with them.
The restaurant is estimating the damage will cost $20,000.
No arrests have been made.
Meanwhile, Mayor Eric Adams is now calling on merchants to not allow mask-wearing people into their stores.
