Donald Trump announced a new part of his plan to drain the swamp and take on the entrenched federal bureaucracy: requiring all federal employees to pass a Civil Service test to prove their understanding of the United States Constitution.
The Republican presidential candidate made the announcement as part of a campaign video addressing a platform to combat President Biden’s over-regulation.
Trump explained his Civil Service plan and referenced the FBI raid on his home in Mar-a-Lago.
“I will require every federal employee to pass a new Civil Service test demonstrating an understanding of our Constitutional limited government,” he said.
“This will include command of due process rights, equal protection, Free Speech, religious liberty, federalism, the Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable search and seizure — I know all about that at Mar-a-Lago, don’t I — and all the other constitutional limits on federal power,” Trump added.

Trump’s Civil Service Plan
Trump’s campaign announcement, aside from requiring all federal employees to take and pass a Civil Service test, seeks to develop Freedom Cities with limited government oversight as a means to boost the flailing economy.
These Freedom Cities will become a development hub for “vertical-takeoff-and-landing vehicles,” will cut off imports from China, and will encourage “baby bonuses” to address underpopulation concerns.
“We will put unelected bureaucrats back in their place, liberate the U.S. economy, and attract millions of jobs and trillions of dollars to our shores,” the leading GOP presidential candidate stated.

The latest polling shows Trump running away with the GOP nomination over his closest competitor, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who has not announced he’s running as of yet.
However, a new survey by the GOP firm Public Opinion Strategies indicates DeSantis – not Trump – leads Biden in a hypothetical matchup in two critical battleground states, Pennsylvania and Arizona.

Trump’s latest surge in the polls has earned him some key endorsements from lawmakers in DeSantis’s own state of Florida.
Reps. John Rutherford and Brian Mast announced their endorsement of Trump this week, while he’s already earned support from Reps. Greg Steube, Byron Donalds, Matt Gaetz, and Anna Paulina Luna.

Axios reporter Josh Kraushaar tweeted that the endorsements indicate that “something (is) not right with the [DeSantis] outreach.”
The latest 2024 polls have Trump holding a sizable 23+ point lead over DeSantis, while both are far outpacing other possible contenders, former Vice President Mike Pence and former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley.

Ron DeSantis unloaded on transgender activists following the Dylan Mulvaney controversy, saying that asking people to pretend a man dressed up as a woman is anything other than a man is asking them to be “complicit in a lie.”
The Florida governor made the comments during an interview with Turning Point USA’s Benny Johnson.
It is an incredible takedown of the fantasy world trans activists and pronoun-pushers – a minuscule percentage of the population – are trying to force on everybody else.
But it also amounts to a commonsense pushback, an articulate means of explaining simple reality to the extremist advocates that is sometimes sorely lacking from the right.
Johnson began the segment addressing “the greater issue of transgenderism” and noted the Dylan Mulvaney/Bud Light partnership had really set off those who oppose the agenda being pushed into their everyday lives.
Mulvaney, a Trans TikTok sensation, took part in a Bud Light promotion in a pair of videos just weeks ago. The videos received significant pushback from the public.
“What do you think about men taking the role of women and taking really women’s places in advertising, and sports, playing against them?” Johnson asked. “I mean it seems like an existential threat to women, as fathers of daughters.”
And DeSantis was immediately off and running, calling it a “total fraud.”

DeSantis Hammers Dylan Mulvaney, Trans Activists
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis quickly expanded on his view that the movement to normalize the transgender community and force it into the sports and entertainment arena is a “total fraud.”
He immediately launched into a takedown of Lia Thomas, the biological male who made a mockery of NCAA women’s swimming.
“I mean you have a swimmer that competes on the men’s team for three years at Penn, and then switches to the women’s team, and then wins the 500-yard freestyle – national championship for women?” he said.
“When you’re a mediocre male swimmer and now you win the women’s?”
DeSantis noted that he had issued a proclamation declaring the second-place finisher – an actual female collegiate swimmer named Emma Weyant – to be the “rightful winner” of the NCAA championship 500-yard freestyle event over Thomas.
Weyant is a native of Sarasota, Florida.

DeSantis to Trans Activists – Stop Forcing Your Lies on Everybody Else
DeSantis concluded that yes, biological males are using the woke trans movement as a means to take away opportunities from women in the sports and entertainment world.
He contends that while that is an important battle, there might be something more important to address at a very basic level.
“But I think there’s also just the issue of – are we going to be a society based on truth or we gonna be a society based on deceit?” DeSantis continued.
“And if you take a man and they dress up as a woman, and you tell me I have to accept that they’re a woman, then you’re asking me to be complicit in a lie, and I just refuse to do that.”

It’s such a basic articulation of how a vast majority of Americans feel.
A recent poll from the government-funded news outlet NPR shows that an overwhelming majority – 63% of Americans – oppose allowing transgender women and girls (biological males) to compete on teams that align with their gender identity.
Rasmussen Reports, meanwhile, conducted a poll indicating 54% of Americans support a boycott of Anheuser-Busch following the Dylan Mulvaney debacle, while 40% said the partnership made them less likely to purchase Bud Light.

The company’s stock market value tanked by $6 billion in the initial days of the boycott but recovered a bit after its CEO issued a statement saying they never intended to divide Americans by partnering with Mulvaney.

DeSantis argued that in order to counter the lies and deceit being perpetuated in society today, one must simply convey the truth.
“We’ve gotta tell the truth, I think that the truth will set you free, and let’s just be honest about what’s going on here,” he said.
What a concept.

During an appearance on the Dan Abrams show this week, Brian Stelter claimed he has no idea why he got fired by CNN.
That’s probably a total lie. Surely, Stelter had conversations with people at the network who told him why he was being fired.
What’s more likely is that Stelter doesn’t want to say it because then it becomes part of the public record.

Former CNN host Brian Stelter revealed he does not know the reason why he was fired from CNN as their chief media correspondent and anchor of “Reliable Sources” by the new leadership.
Speaking on NewsNation with Dan Abrams, Stelter defended his tenure, which was constantly mocked for being disingenuous about liberal bias the mainstream media has and providing cover for news outlets that were not Fox News and Democrats.
“You recently left CNN…clear they kind of push you out,” Abrams said.
“I’ve embraced the f word, Dan, fired!” Stelter said, laughing.
“Why do you think you got fired? Abrams asked.
“I don’t know…I really, truly don’t know,” Stelter said. “I know I had a popular show by CNN standards and I know that it was pretty cheap to produce. But I also know every show gets canceled eventually.”

Conservative commentator Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire is speaking at the University of Iowa and some of the students are not handling it well.
Naturally, there is a protest. This never happens when liberal or even radical leftists speak on college campuses.
The left doesn’t want to debate ideas, they want everyone they disagree with to be silenced.

Hours before known conservative commentator Matt Walsh was set to speak at the Iowa Memorial Union on Wednesday, students gathered across the street in protest. At the same time, inside IMU, many lined up outside the theater to see a screening of Walsh’s documentary, ‘What is a Woman?’.
TV-9 spoke with several students with varying reactions to the event. One first-first year student, Kelsie Stewart, said she knew about the event thanks to the information spread across social media.
“People are like, ‘No, this isn’t okay, we need to be doing something about it.’ And other people are like ‘Who cares?” recalled Stewart.
While she made no plans to protest or attend the event, she said she’s still largely against it.
“It’s just a little bit sad that we would invite someone like that on to our campus especially because Iowa is so progressive and always so open about acceptance and everything but then it’s kind of going backwards on that by having him here,” said Stewart.
Iowa Young Americans for Freedom (YAF) helped to organize the event. Leaders with the group say it’s important to have Walsh on campus to lead certain topics when it comes to the transgender community.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) released his proposal to raise the US debt ceiling by $1.5 trillion.
“Now that we’ve introduced a clear plan for a responsible debt limit increase, [Biden and Democrats] have no more excuse, and refuse to negotiate,” McCarthy said on Wednesday.
“House Republicans have a plan. The Senate does not. And the President is ignoring the debt crisis,” he added.

McCarthy’s plan will destroy most of Joe Biden’s agenda.
The Speaker’s plan will eliminate Biden’s unconstitutional student loan bailout plan and slash the funds set aside for the army of IRS agents.
If McCarthy’s proposal passes the House, it will be likely be dead on arrival in the senate.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., on Wednesday released his plan to raise the debt ceiling by $1.5 trillion for about a year while attempting to repeal major components of President Joe Biden’s agenda.
McCarthy said the bill, called the Limit, Save, Grow Act of 2023, would save American taxpayers more than $4.5 trillion by limiting discretionary spending, retrieving unspent pandemic-related funds, eliminating Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan and cutting funds earmarked for the Internal Revenue Service.
The cuts would be in exchange for a one-year debt ceiling increase. McCarthy called on Biden and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., to “sit down, negotiate and address this crisis” but he did not mention whether the bill has enough support to pass. Biden has refused to negotiate over the debt limit. Extraordinary measures to avoid the first-ever U.S. sovereign debt default are on track to run out this summer.

The suspects in a fatal Home Depot shoplifting-turned-shooting have been arrested by law enforcement.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – On Tuesday, a 26-year-old Home Depot worker named Blake Mohs was shot dead while attempting to stop a shoplifter in the lawless state of California, just east of San Francisco.
The suspects, 32-year-old Benicia Knapps and 31-year-old David Guillory, attempted to steal a phone charger from a Home Depot in Pleasanton, California. Knapps is a licensed security guard with a criminal history.
The couple appears to be dating, according to their Facebook profiles.
Mohs was working in the loss prevention center when he attempted to stop the in-store theft.
After noticing the attempted theft, Mohs confronted Knapps, who was “determined to exit without paying,” according to Pleasanton police Lt. Erik Silacci.
Knapps pulled out a handgun and fired at the Home Depot employee.
The suspect then fled with her two-year-old child, who was waiting in the car during the theft attempt.
Mohs was found bleeding inside the Home Depot and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The brave Home Depot employee was a Boy Scout leader and was engaged to fiancée Kasey Silligman. They were set to be married on August 12 at the campsite where the couple met while volunteering with the Scouts.

The Pleasanton Police Department released a statement detailing their response to the shooting:
Pleasanton Police Department is actively investigating a shooting that occurred at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, inside a Home Depot store located at 6000 Johnson Drive.
Our dispatch center received calls about a man who was bleeding inside the store. Officers rendered aid to the victim, and he was immediately transported to a nearby hospital. Witnesses reported the victim attempted to stop a theft in progress, wherein a struggle ensued, and the man was shot. The suspects were seen immediately driving away from the scene after the shooting.
Allied agencies were notified of the description of the wanted vehicle. At approximately 2:30 p.m., deputies with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office located the vehicle and successfully detained the suspects near the 7000 block of Ney Avenue in Oakland.

Law enforcement has since arrested both Knapps and Guillory on suspicion of murder, robbery, child endangerment, and conspiracy.
Guillory has been booked at Santa Rita jail and will be joined by Knapps after she receives treatment at a hospital.

Home Depot issued a statement about the tragic loss of life at its Pleasanton location, saying, “We’re heartbroken over this senseless tragedy. Blake was our associate and friend, and our hearts go out to his family and everyone who knew and loved him.”

THE RESTRICT ACT WILL ALLOW THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO STEAL ELECTIONS AND SHUT AMERICANS UP ABOUT ELECTION INTEGRITY

Last week we published two articles detailing the Orwellian election surveillance tool called “Albert Sensors” which were put in place by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through a private partner called the Center for Internet Security (CIS). The tool provides the capability to observe real-time election data.
CIS is funded in part by a major leftist non-governmental organization, Democracy Fund, and has also started guiding policy on “non-voting” technology.  The use of this term is highly ironic, as the nebulous landscape of “non-voting” technology not only interfaces with all voting technology but provides the capability to control an entire election, from inflating voter rolls, AND modifying vote totals, to illegally overwriting local election returns.
Almost immediately, reports came in that these articles and a discussion about them with Joe Hoft on the Conservative Daily podcast were being censored by Twitter.

In this new era of supposed free speech on Twitter, why would publicly available facts about a government surveillance program be censored? Does the DHS still have its hooks in Twitter?
We know now that 9/11 was used as a pretext to justify the Patriot Act’s dismantling of the Fourth Amendment.  The Patriot Act was introduced as a measure to spy on foreign terrorists but was shortly twisted into a domestic spying program.
Now enter the improbable story of a 21-year-old national guardsman, Jack Teixeira, leaking top secret documents to justify the RESTRICT Act. Legacy media has discussed the RESTRICT Act as a measure merely to ban TicTok – a Chinese social media app – even though TicTok is not even mentioned in the bill.  The RESTRICT Act is actually a sinister attack on the First Amendment.
This Act is introduced by corrupt Democrat Senator Mark Warner of Russia Collusion fame. Warner was in on the scandal from the start and was behind the request for the Mueller Special Counsel.  It was all a lie.

Warner’s RESTRICT Act vastly increases the federal government’s ability to spy on Americans’ online activity and punish them severely for sharing information that opposes the official narrative.  But what hasn’t been noticed until now – the RESTRICT Act will provide the federal government with enormous control over American elections.

“The Secretary… is authorized to and shall take action to identify, deter, disrupt, prevent, prohibit, investigate, or otherwise mitigate, including by negotiating, entering into, or imposing, and enforcing any mitigation measure to address any risk arising from any covered transaction by any person, or with respect to any property, subject to the jurisdiction of the United States that the Secretary determines…
(C) interfering in, or altering the result or reported result of a Federal election, as determined in coordination with the Attorney General, the Director of National Intelligence, the Secretary of Treasury, and the Federal Election Commission, or
(D) coercive or criminal activities by a foreign adversary that are designed to undermine democratic processes and institutions or steer policy and regulatory decisions in favor of the strategic objectives of a foreign adversary to the detriment of the national security of the United States, as determined in coordination with the Attorney General, the Director of National Intelligence, the Secretary of Treasury, and the Federal Election Commission.”
In other words – the federal government can decide that spying on local election networks is necessary to mitigate any supposed threat from any “foreign” entity and local jurisdictions will not be able to prevent them. In fact, opting out of the Albert Sensor surveillance program will become a federal crime. 
Just as the Patriot Act was propped up to monitor the activities of “foreign” terrorism threats, but instead is used against American citizens domestically, the RESTRICT Act will be used against all that question the legitimacy of elections, by making such advocacy a crime.
The bill states that activities by a foreign adversary to steer election policy and regulatory decisions will become a crime if they “undermine democratic processes.”  But the “foreign” distinction is a fiction because corrupt intelligence officials routinely accuse American citizens of collusion with foreign actors.  Look no further than the years-long Russia collusion hoax, impeachment hoax #1, and impeachment hoax #2.  All perpetrated by the legacy media and our three-letter agencies in a desperate attempt to derail Donald Trump’s presidency.
Also, Hillary Clinton famously called Tulsi Gabbard, a sitting Representative from Hawaii, a “Russian asset” and claimed Gabbard was being groomed by that foreign adversary for a third-party run against her.
While the country largely laughed off Clinton’s totally baseless accusations against Gabbard, we know that people with less power and visibility than Senator Gabbard are being actively persecuted by our government – ostensibly for simply being conservative and criticizing the government and the radical left-wing agenda and legally protesting what they believed to be a stolen 2020 Election.
The RESTRICT Act provides legal cover to punish those they deem have “undermine[d] democratic processes.”  That phrase is eerily like one used by Joe Biden in his September 1, 2022, speech where he stated “MAGA Republicans” are “a clear and present danger to American democracy.”
The weaponized FBI and DOJ are making an absolute mockery of the criminal justice system and the rule of law in their barbaric treatment of the J6 prisoners. The FBI violently arrested a peaceful, pro-life activist in front of his young children, before he was acquitted of all charges by a jury.   The FBI has determined that slang words like “red pill” and “based” which are used by millions of Americans are now indications of extremism.
The RESTRICT Act is a Trojan horse for Orwellian Albert Sensors to become a permanent fixture in the surveillance and manipulation of elections – all to the benefit of Marxist democrats and captured RINO Republicans.
In 2017, a group of leftist experts, former Obama officials, and the Atlantic Council used an unsubstantiated claim of “Russian interference” in the 2016 election to purchase old election equipment on E-Bay to document hackers breaking into the equipment for hours at DEF CON – a hacking conference. Following that demonstration, they held a forum in which their panel of experts trashed the machines, made fun of how old and vulnerable they were, and undermined the credibility of the manufacturers themselves. But since they were leftists, none of the people involved in that extensive effort were accused of undermining democracy or were sued for defamation by the election machine manufacturers.
Similarly, the Harvard Kennedy School Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs openly discussed collaboration efforts with communist China on cyber security issues at the same time they were working on developments in election security and combatting so-called “disinformation attacks on our elections”  The Belfer Center has received no criticism for mixing their chummy relationship with communist China with guidance of American election policy, or for their role in the suppression of the huge grassroots election integrity movement.
The two-tiered system of justice that has arisen in America will become unstoppably entrenched if the RESTRICT Act passes since even criticism of that two-tiered system of justice will be twisted by our government into a crime undermining “democracy” and “national security.”
The RESTRICT Act and Albert Sensor program must be shut down or the United States will become an unrecognizable place.

Lula’s administration is in a state of perpetual trouble. While the Brazilian president travelled around the world – ‘parroting Russian and Chinese talking points’, according to the Biden administration – his government saw a supermajority in the House of Congress form against him, and today lost his most trusted military adviser, chief of his Institutional Security Bureau (GSI).
Gonçalves Dias resignation is the first step as the truth about the January 8th riots comes to light, and the participation of administration officials in enabling it.

“The top national security adviser to Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva resigned on Wednesday, the presidential palace said, amid a scandal related to the aide’s presence during the storming of government buildings in the capital.
The resignation of Marcos Gonçalves Dias, already accepted by the president, follows a report from CNN Brasil that included [CCTV] footage of him walking around the presidential palace while a mob ransacked government buildings in Brasilia on January 8.”

Ever since his highly contested presidential election last year, Lula has relied heavily on the retired army general Gonçalves Dias, making him the head of Brazil’s Institutional Security Bureau (GSI), advising the president on defense and security matters, and handling presidential security.
Lula and Dias have a long and trusting relationship, but his explanations found no echo with Lula Ministers, who have called the 8 January uprising ‘a botched coup attempt designed to reinstall Bolsonaro as president’.
The Guardian Reports:
“On Wednesday afternoon, less than four months after the leftist veteran took power, Dias was forced from his job after a television network broadcast leaked CCTV images in which he could be seen roaming the corridors of Brasília’s Planalto Palace as radical supporters of the former president Jair Bolsonaro rampaged through that building, the supreme court and congress.
[…] As well as images of Gen Dias, the leaked footage included scenes that showed GSI agents greeting the pro-Bolsonaro extremists and serving them water as they carried out their attack.”
After the images were broadcast, Lula summoned several top ministers, including Dias, to a meeting at which his fate was sealed.
Now it’s expected that Congress will press on with the investigations on the January 8th riots, something that Lula wants to avoid at any cost.

America First Legal (AFL) filed federal civil rights complaints against Anheuser-Busch over their systemic and discriminatory hiring, promotion, and job-training employment practices.
AFL accused the company of failing to define what it means by the term “women.” As the corporation responsible for Bud Light, and as an eager and willing partner with and funder of “transgender activist” and biological male Dylan Mulvaney, it is safe to assume that the company’s definition of a woman is not limited to biological females.

America First Legal announced the lawsuit on Monday.
America First Legal (AFL), as part of its initiative under the Center for Legal Equality, filed a federal civil rights complaint against Anheuser-Busch requesting that the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) open a civil rights investigation of Anheuser-Busch’s systemic and discriminatory hiring, promotion, and job-training employment practices.
Under the cloak of “equity,” woke companies like Anheuser-Busch proudly discriminate based on race, color, national origin, and sex in their employment practices.
For example, Anheuser-Busch created a Leadership Accelerator Program that provides “formal mentorship, executive interaction, and leadership development curriculum for those who identify with historically underrepresented groups as they join our organization in a full-time capacity.” Only specific individuals of specified races, colors, and national origins – notably excluding White and Asian Americans – are invited to apply:
In Anheuser-Busch’s 2022 Annual Report, the company highlights its “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” initiative as a “global priority for AB InBev’s Senior Leadership Team.” The company created a Global DEI “Council”, chaired by its CEO, “dedicated to collaborating on impactful decisions and championing DEI at the highest levels of the organization.” This “DEI” initiative, however, appears to be nothing more than a vehicle to implement race, national origin, and sex quotas in hiring and promotion.
Notably, the company fails to define what it means by the term “women.” As the corporation responsible for Bud Light, and as an eager and willing partner with and funder of “transgender activist” and biological male Dylan Mulvaney, it is safe to assume that the company’s definition of a woman is not limited to biological females.
