President Trump’s indictment by the corrupt Soros-backed DA in Manhattan is arguably one of the worst cases ever allowed to be prosecuted.
The Bragg case is a travesty of justice.  But Bowman thinks it is the same as illegally taking millions of dollars in bribes from foreign countries while working as a DC politician.
Bragg’s case would be laughable if it wasn’t so disgusting and corrupt.

CNN’s Pamela Brown hosted the debate as the two lawmakers discussed gun violence, income inequality, who they’re supporting in 2024, and more. Donalds explained why he endorsed former President Donald Trump and Bowman said he was “endorsing an insurrectionist.”
Donalds argued that Democrats had also voted to overturn elections and then brought up President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

“You have the President’s brother, the President’s son, they are taking wire payments, from people, across the globe. Jamaal, I’ve seen some of the documents myself. They are taking these payments. We’ve already documented a million dollars going to Hunter Biden, facilitated with other members, of the Biden family,” Donalds said.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas testified before the House committee on Wednesday where he was criticized for “intentionally” allowing the border crisis to worsen under his leadership.
“You have not secured our borders, Mr. Secretary, and I believe you’ve done so intentionally,” Rep. Mark Green (R-Tenn.), chair of the Homeland Security committee. “There is no other explanation for the systematic dismantling and transformation of our border into a lawless and dangerous open border.”
Rep, Marjorie Greene (R-GA 14th District) said, “You’re a liar. You are letting this go on [fentanyl trafficking] and the numbers prove it. You can’t lie about the facts. You are killing Americans with your policies.”
Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) said, “We could give you money to hire 1000 new border agents. Nobody wants to work for you. We’re done with your lies to America. It’s shameful what you brought upon our country.”
According to Fox News Bill Melugin, “At DHS, illegal crossings have reached all-time highs in back-to-back years with over 5 million total now. More than 1.3 million known got aways have successfully snuck into the United States without capture. Migrant deaths have set an all-time record with more than 1,400 at the southern border since 2021. Ice deportations are at an all-time low. Fentanyl deaths have reached record highs. Innocent Americans have been killed and injured, caught up in daily barrages of human smuggling pursuits. And still, Mayorkas will not call the border a crisis. And he insists the border is secure, putting him at odds with his own US Border Patrol chief.”

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ 5th District) announced Thursday that the impeachment articles are ready to go.

Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ 2nd District) forced Secretary Mayorkas to look at the articles of impeachment filed against him.

On the same day, Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) became the first senator to attempt to mirror impeachment efforts in the House by introducing a no-confidence resolution against Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas.
“I don’t think [The House] has a choice. I think it’s what Americans are demanding,” Sen. Marshall said in a release.
“My father, a lifetime chief-of-police, he’s concerned about the safety and security of his family, of me, even just sitting down with a group of Senators on Monday, eight of us in one room and the end conversation was; ‘how do we protect our staff? Our staff members walking from the Capitol to their apartments aren’t safe.’ These are the types of conversations we’re having rather than addressing the issues of inflation, the cost of gasoline, the cost of groceries.”
“5 million people crossed the border illegally under his watch, we have 400,000 convicted criminal aliens still in this country and he’s doing nothing about it. That’s the challenge here – he doesn’t want to do his job.
“This secretary is derelict in his duties. He’s gotta go,” he concluded.

Police arrested a 26-year-old woman after a person found a fetus on a sidewalk in Flint, Michigan on Tuesday evening.
The male fetus appeared to be at 20 to 23 weeks of gestation, according to a medical examiner.
The unidentified 26-year-old woman was taken into custody and remains at the Genesee County Jail.
WJRT reported:
Police arrested a 26-year-old woman after a passerby located a fetus on a sidewalk in Flint.
The Flint Police Department says someone called 911 around 10:50 p.m. Tuesday after finding the remains of a male fetus along the 1800 block of South Dort Highway. He showed no signs of life when officers arrived.
A medical examiner concluded that the fetus was at about 20 to 23 weeks of gestation. Investigators have not indicated how the pregnancy ended.
Police say their investigation on Wednesday led to a 26-year-old woman, who had been pregnant with the child. She obtained treatment at an area hospital before Flint police arrested her on undisclosed charges.

Communism is in full force in the Biden Administration.
The Washington Times reported yesterday on the Biden gang’s efforts to force borrowers with good credit scores to cover a portion of poor credit borrowers’ loans.
Homebuyers with good credit scores will soon encounter a costly surprise: a new federal rule forcing them to pay higher mortgage rates and fees to subsidize people with riskier credit ratings who are also in the market to buy houses.
The fee changes will go into effect May 1 as part of the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s push for affordable housing, and they will affect mortgages originating at private banks across the country. The federally backed home mortgage companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will enact the loan-level price adjustments, or LLPAs.
Mortgage industry specialists say homebuyers with credit scores of 680 or higher will pay, for example, about $40 per month more on a home loan of $400,000. Homebuyers who make down payments of 15% to 20% will get socked with the largest fees.
Newsmax reported on this as well and says that this couldn’t come at a worse time.
Mortgage lenders and real estate lenders are opposed to the new fees and say they will confuse and frustrate homebuyers, who will view them as penalties for building good credit.
They also say the additional costs could not come at a worse time, after a year in which the Federal Reserve has raised interest rates at the fastest pace since the 1980s, lifting mortgages above 6%.
At the same time Biden is increasing rates to curb the 40-year-high inflation, the price of housing is dropping at its fastest rate since 2012.

House prices suffered their biggest annual drop since 2012 as rising mortgage rates deterred would-be buyers from moving.
The median US property is now worth $400,528, down 3.3 percent from a year ago, according to data from real estate brokerage Redfin.
Boom towns like Boise, Idaho, and Austin, Texas – which saw values shoot up during the pandemic – underwent the steepest losses.

At the same time that rates are at their highest rates since 2008 and housing prices are falling the most in a decade, the Biden gang decides to take money from disciplined homeowners to give to the undisciplined.

The day before Thanksgiving, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, along with Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, deposed Anthony Fauci (head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases [NIAID]) at the National Institutes for Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported in May that the Missouri and Louisiana Attorneys General filed a lawsuit (Missouri v. Biden) against the Biden Administration, including Joe Biden himself, Anthony Fauci, the Department of Homeland Security and nearly a dozen federal agencies and Secretaries.
The suit alleges a massive coordinated effort by the Deep State, the permanent administrative state, to work with Big Tech to censor and manipulate Americans – from average citizens to news outlets – on issues including the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell, 2020 Election Integrity, COVID-19 origin and extent skepticism, COVID-19 vaccine skepticism, among other issues.
As Gateway Pundit has previously written, the Attorneys General, along with Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft and several other individuals sued the Biden Administration – including Anthony Fauci – for censoring speech surrounding COVID-19, among a large number of other topics.
Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft and attorney John Burns were present at the deposition and witnessed the octogenarian squirm, stall, and lie for seven hours.
While the deposition uncovered no smoking guns, the sheer volume of things Fauci “couldn’t recall” or “couldn’t remember,” along with his obvious attempts at providing misleading and deceptive responses, collectively damned his testimony.
No reasonable observer could find his testimony to be credible.  Simply put: he lied even when the truth would have made a better story.
Here are some observations and highlights from the Fauci deposition that we reported on earlier:
** Fauci claimed that he had no knowledge that his communications team did not coordinate with social media companies to stop “misinformation and disinformation” until he was forced to admit that he actually did know of certain instances of coordination.
** Fauci continued to push the now-debunked assertion that COVID-19 was a naturally occurring virus.
** Fauci said disinformation and misinformation (information he disagrees with) puts lives at risk.
** Fauci refused to define “gain of function” research saying it was too broad of a term to define.
** Fauci’s other method of lying was simply to pretend that he didn’t understand something, and then hope the lawyer asking the question wouldn’t be able to catch him in the lie. For example, he very obviously lied at one point when he claimed he didn’t know what Meta (parent company of Facebook) was, until he was forced to admit that he did, in fact, know what Meta was.
** Another Fauci tactic: when forced to admit he had made a communication or reviewed a key record at a key time, or knew or worked with a key individual, he would try and downplay each negative fact by (1) downplaying the significance of the communication, (2) suggest that while he reviewed the key record, he didn’t really read it carefully, or (3) with false humility suggest that he was not an expert in X field and so did not fully understand the scientific study at issue, or (4) claim that, while he did “know” said individual, he doesn’t really know them that well because he meets so many doctors and scientists as part of his job.
** Other Fauci deceit tactics:  throwing subordinates under the bus.  Fauci is a famous survivor among bureaucrats.  One way he has survived this long is by only taking credit for wins and pawning off losses on hapless subordinates. This trend continued in his deposition, in which he brazenly argued that, while he is the head of the NIAID and its $6 billion dollar budget, he repeatedly didn’t have any knowledge about what his immediate direct reports were doing right under his nose.  Fauci supports accountability, so long as he has a subordinate to sacrifice.
** Fauci argued that Hydroxychloroquine was “dangerous” and had “toxic” side effects.  This is absurd, because HCQ is one of the safest medicines known to man, but also because the COVID “vaccine” has killed tens of thousands of people and injured hundreds of thousands more.  Similarly, Fauci’s bogus medical cure, Remdesivir, has almost no positive effect in treating COVID, yet it’s also horribly toxic.
** Fauci claimed HCQ was ineffective in treating COVID, but couldn’t cite a single study to support his claim.  Fauci also rejected the list of 371 studies on HCQ and its effectiveness in treating the disease when he was presented with the list.

80-year-old Joe Biden is expected to announce his 2024 reelection campaign next week.
Joe Biden has dementia and he will be 86 years old at the end of his second term if he is reelected (if he’s even alive).
The Washington Post reported:
President Biden and his team are preparing to announce his reelection campaign next week, with aides finalizing plans to release a video for the president to officially launch his campaign, according to three people briefed on the plans.
Biden and his aides have targeted Tuesday for the release of the video to coincide with the four-year anniversary of his 2020 campaign launch. The people briefed on the plans, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private deliberations, cautioned that the official announcement could be delayed.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s Justice Department and local Soros DAs are busy harassing, arresting and suing his political opponent.
Earlier this month a Manhattan grand jury indicted Trump on 34 felony counts after a Soros-backed DA targeted Trump to derail his 2024 campaign.
A Georgia prosecutor is reportedly considering charging Trump with RICO and conspiracy for his effort to challenge the 2020 election.
Special Counsel Jack Smith is also gearing up to charge Trump with ‘obstruction.’

Kari Lake challenged liberal commentators Joe Scarborough and his wife, Mika Brzezinski, to have her on MSNBC’s Morning Joe yesterday after a run-in at an airport in Florida where Mika attempted to secretly record her while attacking her as “delusional” and a “liar.
Clearly, Morning Mika is no James O’Keefe. The hilarious photo below shows Mika attempting to record Kari Lake while conversing with Mika’s husband, Joe.
She then attacked Kari like a true leftist.

Kari Lake told The Gateway Pundit, “at the end of the conversation, I asked her if she was recording, and she admitted she was.” According to Kari, Joe Scarborough became perturbed when he discovered that his unhinged wife recorded the conversation.
Lake said she did not consent to being recorded, but Florida’s two-party recording laws do not apply in public spaces like the airport.
Mika can legally release the audio tape but likely will not because of her alleged meltdown and attacks against Lake. Lake, a trained professional in taking on the fake news media, certainly did not fumble or budge to hacks like Scarborough and Mika.

One of the most vocal people who claimed he wasn’t going to pay for Twitter Blue was NBA star Lebron James.
While many other players of the NBA lost their legacy verification checks, James still has his verification which means he must have paid for Twitter Blue.

President Trump also lost his verified status which doesn’t come as a surprise considering he has not been active on his Twitter account since 2021 and has instead been using his new social media platform Truth Social.

When Elon Musk bought the platform, in late October, he quickly looked to paint the verification scheme as a “legacy” feature, and said that he intended to take it away. Instead, users would be able to pay for that blue tick, he said, as part of the ‘Twitter Blue’ offering that he hopes will help solve the the company’s precarious financial situation.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has signed a bill ending the unanimous jury requirement for death penalty cases.
The legislation was prompted by outrage over three jurors opting to spare the life of Parkland school shooter Nikolas Cruz.
Cruz killed 17 people in the February 14, 2018, massacre. One of the jurors felt strongly that he should not be sentenced to death due to being mentally ill. Two other jurors believed that the mitigating evidence outweighed the aggravating evidence.
Under the new law, just eight of the twelve jurors must support sentencing someone to death.
A death sentence can still only be imposed if all jurors agree that there is at least one aggravating factor beyond a reasonable doubt proving guilt.
“Today, I signed legislation ensuring the victims of the most heinous crimes get justice,” DeSantis tweeted after signing the bill. “Once a defendant in a capital case is found guilty by a unanimous jury, one juror should not be able to veto a capital sentence.”

If fewer than eight jurors recommend a death sentence, the court must impose a recommended sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole, according to the bill text.
DeSantis is widely believed to be running a shadow campaign for the presidency, without formally announcing his challenge to former President Donald Trump for the Republican nomination.

Unhinged Florida State Rep. Anna Eskamani has claimed that girls will “cut off their own breasts” if they cannot access sex change surgeries.
Florida lawmakers are considering a bill banning sex change drugs, hormones, and surgical procedures for minors.
Rep. Eskamani made the wild claim while speaking on the floor.
“Surgery is very, very rare for those under the age of 18,” Eskamani said. “When it does happen, these are children who are going to cut off their own breasts if we don’t help them. They are wrapping bands around their chest so tight that they can’t breath.”

The politician claimed that stopping the mutilation of children is simply a “moral panic.”
“And so please, try to put yourself into the shoes of those impacted. Ignore the moral panic that has been manufactured many times by right-wing media and integrated into political campaigns.”
Rep. Eskamani claimed that not allowing children to be mutilated or sterilized will cause them to kill themselves.
“If they are unable to access care, then they have suicidal ideations,” argued Democratic Rep. Anna Eskamani of Orlando. “Their self-esteem is low, and we should respect parents to make decisions for their families, with their kid.”
The bill in question will also ban universities, local governments, and state workers with Florida’s Medicaid managed care program from using public funds for transgender treatments.
“I support the rights of fully informed adults who identify as transgender to pursue sex reassignment procedures,” said Republican State Sen. Alexis Calatayud of Miami. “Similarly, I believe it is the responsibility of this body to protect children from life-altering and irreversible choices of which they cannot consent.”
