Walt Disney has officially declared war on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
On Wednesday, the company sued DeSantis claiming he has embarked on a “targeted campaign of government retaliation” that is threatening their business.
The lawsuit came just minutes after the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) voided Disney’s development contracts, according to CBS News. Disney called the move “patently retaliatory, patently anti-business, and patently unconstitutional.”
As Gateway Pundit readers know, the feud started last year after Disney stuck their nose in official state legislative business. The woke company spoke out against the “Parental Rights in Education” bill which barred schools from teaching “gender identity” and sexual orientation to children.
After the DeSantis signed the bill into law last March, he then embarked on a push to remove Disney’s tax privilege and self-governing status. He signed legislation which accomplished this one month later.
In February, DeSantis signed legislation which gave him effective control over the Reedy Creek Improvement District (RCID), which was then reconstituted as the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District. As CBS News reported, DeSantis appointed five people to replace the elected members of the RCID.
Then, Disney pulled a fast one on DeSantis and stripped power from his state-appointed board. Disney’s former district board granted woke giant development powers days before the DeSantis board took over, making several significant last minute changes.
The agreement – quietly approved on February 8 as Florida lawmakers met in special session to hand DeSantis control of the Reedy Creek Improvement District – has Disney maintaining control over much of its vast footprint in Central Florida for 30 years and, in some cases, the board can’t take significant action without first getting approval from the company.
DeSantis responded by unveiling a new legislative push to void the secret agreement Disney reached with its former board before the CFTOD voided Disney’s contracts.
While normal conservatives would be rooting for DeSantis in his war against Disney, Nikki Haley is not one of them.
She is licking her chops at DeSantis’ potential misfortune and begging Disney to move to South Carolina.

A House Judiciary subcommittee hearing on Wednesday will feature the testimony from a whistleblower who will warn lawmakers that the U.S. has become the “middleman” in a multi-billion dollar migrant child trafficking operation at the border.
The hearing, “The Biden Border Crisis: Exploitation of Unaccompanied Alien Children,” will be held by the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security and Enforcement and will examine the surge in unaccompanied children (UACs) at the southern border.
According to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) statistics, the number of UACs who came to the border shot up from 33,239 in FY2020 to over 146,000 in FY 2021 and 152,000 in FY 2022. So far in FY 2023 there have been over 70,000 encounters of unaccompanied children.
When child migrants are encountered at the border, they are transferred into the custody of Health and Human Services (HHS) and then united with a sponsor — typically a parent or family member already in the U.S.
But the Biden administration has been rocked by a number of reports that officials have been unable to make contact with over 85,000 child migrants, and more recently that administration officials ignored signs of “explosive” growth in child labor. A number have been forced into indentured servitude to pay back smugglers and have worked in dire conditions.
The Wednesday hearing will hear from three witnesses: Tara Lee Rodas, a whistleblower and former employee at HHS; Sheena Rodriguez, founder and president of Alliance for a Safe Texas; and Jessica Vaughn, director of Policy Studies at the Center for Immigration Studies.
Rodas will warn of a problem that predates the administration, but that has increased significantly during the recent migrant crisis, according to a copy of her written testimony obtained by Fox News Digital.

Eight dead bodies were dumped in the Mexican resort of Cancun.
Authorities on Tuesday reportedly found 8 dead bodies in the Caribbean resort of Cancun.
Oscar Montes de Oca, the head prosecutor of the Mexican state of Quintana Roo said authorities are working to identify the bodies.
State authorities however pushed back and asked people not to publish false news that “damages the image of Quintana Roo.”

CBS News reported:
Authorities in the Mexican resort of Cancun said Tuesday they are trying to identify eight bodies found dumped in the Caribbean resort.
Speaking to families of missing people, Oscar Montes de Oca, the head prosecutor of the Caribbean coast state of Quintana Roo pledged to carry out more searches and identifications.
The bodies were found in searches over the weekend in which police looked in wooded lots and even sinkhole ponds known as cenotes.
Montes de Oca said five of the bodies were found at a building site that had apparently been abandoned. The bodies had been dumped there between one week and two months ago; three have been identified as people reported missing previously.
At another site in a wooded area on the outskirts of Cancun, authorities found three sets of skeletal remains. They have not yet been identified.
The bodies were found in a poor neighborhood about 10 miles from Cancun’s beach and hotel zone, but relatively closer to the resort’s airport.
Last month a US tourist was shot in the leg at a resort in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo.
Cartel violence has spilled over into the tourist resorts along Mexico’s Caribbean coast.
In October 2021, two travel bloggers visiting Tulum were caught in the crossfire of rival gangs and died.
Last year two Canadians were found dead with their throats slashed in Mexico’s Playa del Carmen.
The couple was found dead at a hotel condominium and a security guard was injured, Quintana Roo state prosecutors said.
The US State Department recently issued a travel advisory for several Mexican states.
“Do not travel due to crime and kidnappings,” the advisory states. “Violent crime, extortion, and gang activity are widespread in Zacatecas state. U.S. citizens and LPRs have been victims of kidnapping.”

Brian Kolfage has been sentenced to four years in prison.
Steve Bannon associate Brian Kolfage has been sentenced to more than four years in prison for his role in defrauding donors to help privately build Donald Trump’s southern border wall.
Kolfage, a US Air Force veteran who lost his legs and right hand in a rocket attack in Iraq, pleaded guilty last year to misappropriating more than $350,000 from the “We Build the Wall” campaign.
The 41-year-old was sentenced to 51 months in prison at a hearing in federal court in Manhattan on Wednesday.
Prosecutors said that he spent the money on cosmetic surgery, boat payments and jewellery. In addition, he also pleaded guilty to tax charges.
It’s a lie.  Our source claims that the prosecution withheld information that would have exonerated Kolfage. 
The media reported during the 2020 DNC and only a few days before the RNC that New York agents had arrested Steve Bannon, Brian Kolfage and two others for charges related to them building a segment of the wall on the Southern border.  The news media was primed with fantastical stories of crimes in the court of public opinion.  These ‘fraudsters’ took money to pay for their efforts and expenses while independently building the wall on the Southern border!
The New York Post reported on Brian Kulfage, the triple amputee war hero from Florida:
Of course this Purple Heart recipient Brian Kolfage is accused of pocketing $20,000 a month — and a $100,000 up-front payment — from the viral GoFundMe fundraiser “We Build the Wall,” which launched in 2018 and raised $25 million.
But the media never reported the true story, they just reported what the corrupt Southern District of New York (SDNY) told them to report.
Senior Airman Brian Kolfage while on his second deployment for Operation Iraqi Freedom on September 11, 2004, was at an airbase that came under a surprise rocket attack.  In the chaos, a 107mm rocket shell exploded about three feet from Brian. He was thrown several feet in the air and landed against a wall of sandbags. Still conscious after the blast, he began calling for help.
One of Brian’s closest friends miraculously, despite the noise of the rockets, heard Brian’s screams and rushed outside to find his friend bloody, mangled, and clinging to life. He called for a medic and rushed to help Brian, who was struggling to breathe after one of his lungs had collapsed.
Brian’s website reports:

Despite suffering multiple amputations (Brian lost both of his legs and his right arm) and the looming possibility of death, Brian maintained incredible strength and courage throughout his recovery. The fact that no one with his level of amputation has ever been able to walk independently didn’t discourage him. With undiminished spirit, he still saw opportunities and worked with feverish determination through his physical therapy program, gaining strength and balance every day.
Incredibly, Brian walked out of Walter Reed only 11 months after being injured – astonishing his doctors. Till this day, he is still the most severely wounded Airman to survive any war.

In 2011, Brian married Ashley Goetz. The couple currently resides in Florida with their two children. In 2018, Brian founded We Build the Wall, a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to building private sections of the wall along the U.S. – Mexico border. Since its launch, the organization has completed its first two construction sections and aims to build a total of 100 miles of wall along the border.
This leads us to arguably the most despicable abuse of power in US history!

As we reported in 2020, fifteen (15) members from the New York United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) showed up on Brian Kolfage’s doorstep to arrest him on August 20, 2020. It took 15 USPIS officers to arrest a triple amputee war hero in a wheelchair at home with his wife and two children!
On August 20th at least five cars, all with New York state plates, showed up outside war hero Brian Kolfage’s house. Out came 15 USPIS agents, armed and ready. The agents no doubt thought through their actions on the long drive from New York to Florida. They came prepared with guns, gloves and masks so COVID wouldn’t slow them down.  (We have no information on whether these agents quarantined themselves upon their return to New York.)
Three cars slowly came down Kolfage’s street and parked in front of his house. Then suddenly from the other direction, another van pulled into Kolfage’s drive and sped towards his house.

Next another car raced down Kolfage’s drive and agents got out. Then a half dozen or so agents exited their cars from the street and marched down his driveway towards his house.

When the agents went into the house, they searched all over, including in the children’s rooms.  They asked Kolfage about his guns, how many and their characteristics.  They allowed Kolfage to only take his medications with him and then took Kolfage outside while his two children huddled in their room with fear.  What happened next was plain evil.
Once outside the 15 agents dragged triple amputee war hero Brian Kolfage with one good arm and no legs into their arrest vehicle!  This was extremely humbling and unsafe for Kolfage!

Not one of the 15 USPIS agents even considered providing a vehicle that was wheelchair accessible for their arrest of triple amputee war hero Kolfage.  They drove all the way from New York and apparently never even considered the fact that Kolfage had lost three limbs in Iraq and was the most severely injured US airman to survive any war.
All the cars at Kolfage’s place driven by the USPIS agents had New York plates and the USPIS agents mentioned they drove all the way from New York. The USPIS agents never contacted the US Federal Marshals in Florida until Kolfage had been dragged into the car.
Kolfage was taken to Pensacola where they placed him in a non-accessible holding area while waiting to see the judge.  The cell they placed him in was not ADA compliant nor was the restroom which was not safe for Brian’s wheelchair or his safety. 
A Florida US Marshal was overheard telling the the New York USPIS agents at the court house:
“Nothing like the state of New York to come down here to Florida and make a political show.”
The Florida Marshals were very upset and told Kolfage:
“I don’t agree with the handling of this one bit, it’s 100% political!”
A retired Postal Inspector out of New York who was also a former US Marshal shared with us anonymously that when he arrested disabled individuals, he would schedule it and let the court know of the situation.
Acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Audrey Strauss came out a short time later and called all the men involved in building the Southern border wall ‘fraudsters’. These ‘fraudsters’ had claimed all donations for building the wall would be spent on the wall and they had the audacity of paying themselves for their expenses and work.
Of course, no victims of the ‘fraudsters’ abuse were identified or cited in the indictment. (It’s doubtful if anyone who gave to the border wall project gave a damn about Kolfage and others covering their work and expenses.)
Kolfage stated at the time:
I’ve taken direct hits from mortars fighting for my country overseas, now I’m taking mortars from a politically corrupted and weaponized judicial system who has made it their #1 goal to target all Trump associates. With reckless regard for the constitution they have set out on a mission to destroy people’s lives by intimidation through a weaponized mainstream media platform that regurgitates and tries defendants in the court of public opinion before facts are even known. This is not the type of freedom I raised my right hand to defend, this is totalitarianism to take political prisoners.
They are coming after us for one reason, we embarrassed them, we proved that Americans wanted border security. ‘We the people’ then built the wall and cut off major human smuggling routes. We showed Americans that we can accomplish the “impossible” with a little good old fashioned hard work. Everything we accomplished went against the tainted beliefs of these socialists from NY who are after us. They want the permanent political class to stay in power. And in order to achieve that they need globalism and open borders to keep the power on their side.
When the facts come out over the next few months they are going to have to drop this case; it’s that’s simple, this case is 100% TAINTED by political motivations. That’s why they timed it to the eve of the Republican National Convention, just as Steve Bannon was beginning to advise the Trump Campaign again.
Today the corrupt SDNY which doesn’t give a damn about justice celebrated sentencing Brian Kolfage to 4 years in prison.

Megyn Kelly has certainly come a long way from her Never-Trump days on Fox News. Failed liberal news-anchor Keith Olbermann got a brutal reminder of this reality on Tuesday.
Since striking out on her own, few people in the media have done more to eviscerate woke culture and defend free speech in America. Just last week, she took apart the radical trans movement sweeping across America.
Here’s a reminder:

It should come as no surprise that Kelly has emerged as one of Tucker’s most stalwart defenders after Fox News unceremoniously fired him. When Kelly saw a clip of the jealous, mean-spirited “ladies” on the View gloating over Tucker’s firing, she put them on full blast.

Olbermann saw Kelly’s incredible tweet and decided to defend the envious, clucking hens’ lack of honor. He responded to Kelly by spewing a bunch of baseless nonsense.

This turned out to be a fatal error on his part because Kelly’s retort was the verbal equivalent of cold blooded murder. First, Kelly dragged Olbermann for previously insulting Tucker and lying in his tweet about why she left FOX and NBC.
Kelly then utterly destroyed Olbermann for living a sad, lonely existence.

Even Keith Olbermann was saying similar things comparing Tucker to a Nazi. He also for good measure decided to tweet about me because I said Tucker was going to be better off without FOX.
And something to the effect of “you got fired from FOX” and from NBC what would you know about it?
So first of all you misstate the circumstances of my departure from NBC, sir, that’s all I’m allowed to say about it.
And as for FOX, there were widely reported facts that I was offered $100 million to stay there, but the record is very clear that I left voluntarily because I wanted to raise my family. Something you don’t know anything about because no one would marry you and you have no children.
You have a cold, lonely life in which you’ve become a very, very, bitter man something I wouldn’t know anything about because my life is joyful and I managed to raise my own children.
Someday I hope you have that pleasure, but I don’t have high hopes it’s going to happen.
The only proper way to respond to a bitter bully like Olbermann is to punch back ten times harder. Kelly’s stinging tour de force is exactly what Olbermann needed and deserved.

With President Biden announcing his reelection campaign today, the 2024 presidential election has officially started.  Biden’s announcement may explain why the Hunter Biden laptop story suddenly broke into mainstream media news.
We have to put the Biden announcement together with the news yesterday that Susan Rice is leaving the Biden White House in May.  Rick Grenell, the former acting director of national intelligence under President Trump, has called Rice the “shadow president.”  Suppose Rice was Obama’s operative placed in the Biden White House to allow Obama to pull the strings of Biden’s surrogate president. In that case, her departure might suggest Obama plans to extend his puppet mastery by getting his wife elected to replace his former vice president.   Should Susan Rice agree to be the campaign manager for Michelle Obama’s presidential race, Barack could remain the puppet master pulling the strings. California Governor Gavin Newsom certainly wants to run, and there is speculation a Newsom/Rice ticket (or possibly a Rice/Newsom ticket) would have appeal to the Democratic Party’s far-left base.
The 2024 presidential race in the Democratic Party heated up last week when Robert Kennedy, Jr. announced his candidacy.  Kennedy’s entrance into the race promises to make the Democratic primary season an internecine battle, with Kennedy rejecting the neo-Marxist values of the totalitarian “woke” leadership that today controls the DNC.
The central question confronting Democratic Party is now apparent.  How will these various contenders to the throne move Biden aside?  No political party can easily bar a first-term president from running again.  Biden’s age, unpopularity with the electorate, and apparent senility are detriments to his reelection chances.  So too will be a rough period of stagflation (high inflation and negative economic growth) will be a detriment for Biden.  The Hunter Biden laptop story might just fade into history if Biden should decide running for a second term is maybe not such a good idea.  Or does Biden calculate the only way to keep Hunter Biden free of federal criminal indictments is to run for reelection and retain power?
But one political calculation is now certain.  The story of “The Big Guy” is not going away.
The Biden crime family story has already become mainstream media news.  And with the U.S. continuing to commit billions of dollars in military assistance to Ukraine, the Hunter Biden ties in that country are almost sure to become a campaign issue.
On Sunday, April 23, 2023, the Wall Street Journal’s editorial board published an opinion piece unexpectedly published a story entitled “Joe Biden and the 50 Spies of 2020.”  The editorial featured the testimony of Mike Morell, the former deputy CIA director under Barack Obama, who organized a statement from 51 former U.S. intelligence operatives declaring Hunter’s laptop had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” The editorial also discussed a phone call Anthony Blinken, then a senior advisor to the Biden campaign and now secretary of state, placed to Morell on October 17, 2020, three days after the New York Post published damaging emails from Hunter’s laptop.  The WSJ editorial pointed out that Biden used the “Gang of 51’s statement” during the final presidential debate, arguing the Hunter laptop story was “a bunch of garbage.”
The final paragraph of the WSJ editorial shows no sympathy for Biden or his son in the incident.  The WSJ editorial concluded as follows:
Intelligence officials, former as well as current, have a particular duty not to spread disinformation because they have access to classified information that the public can’t check.  The press overwhelmingly went along with the false Biden campaign claims because it wanted Mr. Biden to win.  These 51 officials have done more to damage the credibility of the CIA and FBI than anything Donald Trump has said.  Ditto for the complicit media.
On April 21, 2023, the Washington Post predictably defended Biden in an article that quoted Mark Zaid, a lawyer “who says he represents” more than a half-dozen of the signers of the Morell letter.  “What [the] GOP is doing is far greater politicization than what they allege of Dems,” the newspaper quoted Zaid.  “Origins of the letter do not detract from fact contents remain 100% accurate.  Focus on facts.”  The point is that the Washington Post felt compelled to defend Biden in print again as the 2024 presidential campaign has begun building in intensity.
The Watergate burglary occurred on June 17, 1972, but Richard Nixon won a landslide reelection in November.  Senator Sam Ervin opened the Watergate hearings on March 28, 1973, but Richard Nixon did not resign until August 8, 1974.  In 2008, former White House attorney Geoff Shepard wrote a book entitled The Secret Plot to Make Ted Kennedy President (New York: Sentinel, 2008).  Shephard argued Kennedy Democrats exploited Watergate to put Ted Kennedy in the White House in 1976.
With Donald Trump leading all GOP candidates for the 2023 nomination, we will surely hear much about Hunter Biden and his laptop.  House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer has begun subpoenaing bank records on Biden family member finances, with Comer telling reporters at least a dozen relatives of President Biden are likely to be exposed from benefiting from foreign business deals tied to Biden.  TGP reports the Biden family took tens of millions from entities directly connected to the CCP, China’s military, and Ukraine.
TGP has led the Biden crime family story from the start.  When the public fully understands the Biden family financial scandal, it will make child’s play out of the Watergate bags of cash that operatives for the Committee to Reelect the President (affectionally known as CREEP) carried around in 1972. Biden realized as vice president that “America for Sale” was a theme he could sell for billions to Ukrainian oligarchs and the CCP leadership, among others.

We The People AZ Alliance filed a new Special Action Complaint yesterday seeking a writ of mandamus ordering the Maricopa County Elections Department to produce public records relating to the inspection of all 2022 General Election Ballot Affidavit Envelopes, including mail-in, early voting, and late early ballot envelopes.
The lawsuit is signed off by We The People AZ co-founder and Maricopa County Republican Committee First-Vice Chair Shelby Busch.
This comes after We The People AZ sent a public records request to view these documents on April 5. According to the filing, “On April 10, 2023, the Public Records Custodian responded to Plaintiff WE THE PEOPLE’s request by stating, ‘pursuant to A.R.S. 16-168(F) and in the best interest of the state exception to the Public Records Act, the Recorder’s Office is denying your request.’”
The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Maricopa County also refused to provide Kari Lake’s legal team with these public records and gave the same response. This was despite the Arizona Supreme Court’s recent order sending the erroneously dismissed signature verification fraud count in Kari Lake’s lawsuit to overturn the rigged gubernatorial election back to the trial court for further review.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers also requested to view these public records in her capacity as Chairwoman of the Arizona Senate Elections Committee, which the County denied.
One can only infer that Maricopa County refuses to comply with these legal requests because they are hiding signature verification fraud.
More from the new lawsuit:
“It should be undisputed that the documents and information sought by Plaintiff are public records. Defendants have failed to produce or make such records available for inspection promptly, thereby disregarding their statutory obligations under Arizona’s Public Records Act.”
“Plaintiff seeks to inspect the affidavit under a statutory exemption, which broadly include ‘the voter, by an authorized government official in the scope of the official’s duties, for any purpose by an entity designated by the secretary of state as a voter registration agency pursuant to the national voter registration act of 1993 . . ., for signature verification on petitions and candidate filings, for election purposes and for news gathering purposes by a person engaged in newspaper, radio, television or reportorial work, or connected with or employed by a newspaper, radio or television station or pursuant to a court order.’”
“Defendants also denied Plaintiff access based on an undisclosed ‘best interest of the state’ exception. Here, the best interests of the state cannot be defined as preventing a Plaintiff from discovering the use of fraudulent signatures in the vote by mail process.
“Unlike the absolute prohibition on release of ballots and ballot images by A.R.S. § 16-625, A.R.S. § 16- 168(F) offers a wide range of exemptions, including highly partisan groups currently allowed access to the voter registration database by the Secretary of State, including Arizona Center for Disability Law, Arizona Student Association, Chicanos Por La Causa, Equality Arizona Foundation, Inspire2Vote – Project High Hopes, Mi Familia Vota, One Arizona, Phoenix Indian Center, Rock the Vote, and The Civics Center.”
“The affidavit envelopes are also not entitled to any privacy protections simply because they contain a signature. The individual signing the affidavit knowingly and intentionally signs the outside of the envelope before depositing that envelope into the stream of commerce. During its travels to Maricopa County, the affidavit envelope is handled by an unknown number of the public, including postal workers, private citizens, and employees of Runbeck, a private corporation retained to process and perform signature verification on affidavit envelopes.”
“Defendants’ failure to promptly produce the requested documents and information constitutes an effective denial of access to public records and prevents Plaintiffs from monitoring election activity in Maricopa County, the most populace county in Arizona.“

Joe Biden on Wednesday held a joint press conference with South Korean President Yoon in the Rose Garden.
Biden took questions from a list of pre-approved reporters.
One reporter asked Joe Biden if he is concerned about his old age after announcing his 2024 reelection campaign this week.
“With regard to age, I can’t even say I guess how old I am — I can’t even say the number. It doesn’t register with me,” Biden said.
He continued, “But he only thing I can say is that one of the things that people are going to find out, is they’re going to see a race and they’re gonna judge whether or not I have it or don’t have it.”
“I feel good! I feel excited about the prospects,” he said.

According to a new NBC poll, 70% of voters do not want Joe Biden to run for reelection because he is too old.
Age is a big concern.
Biden will be 82 at his next inauguration if he is installed again.
The majority of Democrat voters don’t even want Joe Biden to run again.
53% of 2020 Biden voters say he shouldn’t run again, according to the NBC poll.
64% of Democrats who voted for Sanders or Warren in the 2020 primaries think he shouldn’t run in 2024.
And a whopping 76% of voters under the age of 35 think Joe Biden should not run for president in 2024.
