Concerned parents are seeking the immediate dismissal of the classroom teacher, the school principal, and anybody else involved in the case after a 6-year-old child was allegedly sexually assaulted in a class by another kid while onlookers filmed and celebrated.

The incident occurred at South Elementary in Plainview Independent School District late last month.
However, the victim’s family was not made aware of the situation until very recently—and it was the child, not the school, who broke the tragic news to them.
According to Texas Scorecard, the teacher was allegedly in the classroom but was wearing earphones and not paying attention.
The Plainview Herald reported that as many as 30 angered parents and community members had gathered outside the administrative office of the Plainview Independent School District (ISD) to protest the situation at Plainview South Elementary School last week.
“A 6-year-old was exposed to things that even adults would have a hard time overcoming,” a concerned parent told the Herald. “This is trauma at its worst, and it is a trickle-down effect because it affects everyone around them.”
One of the protesters, the victim’s great-aunt (whose identity is being kept for privacy reasons), claimed the school is acting as if nothing has happened.
“Everything was not told to us. My sister was not informed. But there has been a videotaping of sexual assault, [and] my niece is included in that video along with other students. Supposedly it happened in the classroom and the teacher should have been watching. I don’t know where she was at. I don’t know what happened,” the great-aunt said.
“I’m going to share a little bit about what my niece told us because they’re trying to sweep this under the rug, act like if it’s not a big deal, but it is. And she deserves justice.”
“We want the teacher fired. We want the principal fired. We want the administration fired… She went home and we were noticing the differences in her. She wasn’t sleeping well. She had bags in her eyes. She wasn’t eating,” the great-aunt added.

Parents who were protesting Monday reportedly learned about the alleged April 19 incident after the school district called the parent of the first-grade girl. After receiving the call from the district, the child reportedly told her family that another student had pressured her to perform a sex act.
Heather Gonzales, an older cousin of the 6-year-old girl, told KCBD that the girl’s family noticed a sudden change in her behavior amid indications of distress and complaints of a stomach ache.
The girl reportedly revealed that a boy had exposed himself to her in the school lunch line and that she had also been pulled under a desk and pressured to perform a sex act while another student recorded with a district-issued iPad.
Gonzales claimed the school district has not provided adequate answers.
The statement assured that Sanchez, assistant superintendent Yesinia Pardo and South Elementary principal Jennifer Hughey “have visited with the parents/guardians of families involved in a recent incident at South Elementary that is under Child Protective Services and law enforcement investigation.”
The statement also noted that the alleged incident “occurred away from the full vision of the teacher” while she was working with other students.
When the teacher collected the students’ iPads the next day, she noticed one of them had been locked with a password and took the device to the campus administrator. “Inappropriate content was discovered” on the iPad after a tech from the technology department unlocked it, according to the district.
The teacher involved has since been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation, the district said.
A school board meeting is planned for Thursday, May 18.

Texas State Police have officially identified the man responsible for slaughtering at eight innocent people in Allen Texas according Fox News.
The outlet obtained police records showing the suspect is 33-year-old Mauricio Martinez Garcia of Dallas, Texas.
It is unknown at this point whether or not Garcia is a legal resident of the United States at this point.
Garcia reportedly lives with his parents.
According to Fox News, FBI agents joined police Sunday morning and were reportedly speaking with family inside the home.
A translator was reportedly requested by the family.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that at least nine people have died including the shooter Saturday following a mass shooting at the Allen Premium Outlet mall in Allen, Texas.
The mall went on lockdown, and law enforcement was immediately on the scene.
The Allen Police Department has arrived on the site, as reported by the Collin County Sheriff’s Office to Fox News Digital.

Smirnoff has denied having any kind of ongoing business ties with LaQueene.
A spokesperson for the vodka brand emailed Fox News Digital claiming that LaQueene “is not currently a Smirnoff partner, and does not currently have any contract with Smirnoff.”

Jordan Neely is the homeless man who recently died on the New York City subway system while being restrained by other passengers.
The media and far-left Democrats have been working overtime to portray Neely as an innocent victim of murder.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is investigating after a subway passenger died, apparently at the hands of a 24-year-old Marine veteran who used a chokehold to subdue him. 30-year-old Jordan Neely died from “compression of neck (chokehold)”
Bragg determined the manner of death to be a homicide.
However, Jordan Neely has been arrested numerous times and has a reputation for causing disturbances; he once pleaded guilty to attempted kidnapping when he was caught dragging a 7-year-old girl down an Inwood street.
The New York Daily News reported:
Neely was arrested 42 times across the last decade, with his most recent bust in November 2021 for slugging a 67-year-old female stranger in the face as she exited a subway station in the East Village, cops said.
The senior citizen suffered a broken nose and fractured orbital bone when she was knocked to the sidewalk, along with swelling and “substantial” head pain after hitting the ground.
Neely eventually pleaded to felony assault and received 15 months in an alternative-to-incarceration program that, if completed, would have allowed him to plead to misdemeanor assault and get a conditional discharge.
But a warrant was issued for his arrest on Feb. 23, when he skipped a court compliance court date where a judge was to be updated on whether he was meeting all the requirements of the program.
On June 27, 2019, Neely was arrested for punching a 64-year-old man in the face during a fight in a Greenwich Village subway station, cops said.
And he was busted in August 2015 for attempted kidnapping after he was seen dragging a 7-year-old girl down an Inwood street. He pled guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and was sentenced to four months in jail.

Jordan Neely’s Criminal Record: Man Killed on Subway Had 42 Prior Arrests
A New York City police spokesperson told Newsweek that Neely’s record has 42 prior arrests, dating between 2013 and 2021. They include four for alleged assault, while others involved accusations of transit fraud and criminal trespass. At the time of his death, Neely had one active warrant for an alleged assault in connection with a 2021 incident.
Many of Neely’s arrests were for alleged violations of local law, the spokesperson said, and involved lower-level offenses such as having an open container of alcohol in public.
The Gateway Pundit also reported that journalist Andy Ngo, dug up a post on the internet forum Reddit, from nine years ago, which appears to be from a person who knew of Neely and warned people to avoid him.
The post reads in part:
Used to be all cool, dancing to MJ in the subway train, but as of late he’s become a maniac.
Sometime in late Spring/early Summer I saw him in the train, his radio fucked up and he was angry as fuck, cursing and badmouthing commuters screaming “What the fuck are you looking at? Don’t fucking look at me!
Ever since that day he’s just been a scary dude to me.

According to Ngo, more New Yorkers are speaking out about their experiences with the dangerous man.

One person says Neely tried to push them into the train tracks at the Broadway-Lafayette station. Marine veteran Daniel Penny, 25, the Good Samaritan who stepped up to restrain Neely after he threatened passengers while shouting about how he’s “ready to die,” never would have been put in such a position if NYC officials didn’t repeatedly set Neely free and allow him to go around beating people, threatening people, kidnapping children and abusing drugs.
Now NYC officials want to throw the book at Penny and have transformed Neely into a saint! At this rate, it won’t be long until libtards demand Neely get posthumously pardoned for his many crimes, just as they did with the drug-addicted robber and felon George Floyd!
Though Penny was initially released as it was clear he did nothing wrong, CBS News is now reporting that the case is “likely to go to a grand jury next week,” citing law enforcement sources.
In a statement released on Friday evening, Penny’s attorneys said, “Mr. Neely had a documented history of violence and erratic behavior, the apparent result of ongoing and untreated mental illness.”
“When Mr. Neely began aggressively threatening Daniel Penny and other passengers, Daniel, with the help of others, acted to protect themselves, until help arrived. Daniel never intended to harm Mr. Neely and could not have foreseen his untimely death.”

A professor of sociology at the University of Albany in New York was recently arrested when she tried to disrupt a pro-life display on campus.
She resisted arrest, and the left wing students at the scene screamed and swore at the police as she was handcuffed.

“She’s a [expletive] professor”! Those four words screamed by pro-choice protesters could well sum up the issue for the State University of New York at Albany after the arrest of sociology professor Renee Overdyke. At a recent pro-life demonstration, Overdyke unplugged an electric display to prevent students from expressing their opposition to abortion. She then resisted arrest. The question, which we have previously discussed, is where the university should draw the line in the conduct of faculty in preventing free speech.
The pro-life display at the university attracted a loud counter-demonstration, which is of course fine and good. Universities are supposed to be a place for debate and both sides were exercising their free speech rights.
As students chanted “my body, my choice” and other messages, Created Equal continued their own demonstration against abortion with the help of a large electronic display. The display showed aborted fetuses to bring home what they called the “reality of abortion” and “what abortion does to preborn babies.”
That is when Professor Overdyke, 57, allegedly unplugged Created Equal’s electronic display.
Overdyke took this action despite the university distributing a pamphlet to students at the event repeating the rules for free speech behavior, including a prohibition on actions to prevent or obstruct someone else’s free speech. This message was all the more important because a conservative speaker had been shouted down two weeks earlier.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams recently slammed Biden’s border policy, indirectly, by claiming that the migrant crisis is ‘destroying’ the city.
Adams is finally experiencing what people who live near the border have known for years.
Adams says New York is at a breaking point due to the number of migrants who keep arriving in the city and needing services.
It was recently reported that it’s costing New York City up to $5 million dollars a day to house and feed illegal immigrants.
New York City is one of the cities in New York that considers to be a sanctuary jurisdiction for illegal aliens.
However, neighboring counties of New York City are worried about a new plan by Eric Adams to relocate illegal aliens out of the city.
New York City has announced that it will begin offering to transport unaccompanied adult male illegal immigrants to two hotels in Rockland and Orange counties, despite strong opposition from local authorities in those areas.
Republican Rockland County officials demanded that Eric Adams not bring his busload of illegal aliens to their community.
“Local officials including Rockland County Executive Ed Day and Rockland County Department of Social Services (DSS) Commissioner Joan Silvestri are calling on New York City to not bus migrants to Rockland which is already seeing a strain to schools, food pantries, housing, and social services due to an increasing number of undocumented individuals resettling in Rockland,” according to the news release.
“This is absurd, and we will not stand for it. There is nothing humanitarian about a Sanctuary City sending busloads of people to a County that does not have the infrastructure to care for them. It’s the same as throwing them in the middle of the ocean with nowhere to swim,” said County Executive Ed Day.
“In his Road Forward Plan Mayor Eric Adams calls on the Federal Government to establish a strategy for each migrant’s arrival well before entry into the country that ensures this humanitarian crisis is dealt with in a coordinated manner. There is nothing coordinated about the situation but rather its duplicitous of Mayor Adams to surprise a locality that busloads of migrants are heading to their town,” said County Executive Day.
“This screams out for solutions on the Federal level pertaining to our broken immigration system because any Federal lawmakers in support of this and Mayor Adams are not doing these folks any favors, quite the opposite; you’re not helping people, you’re hurting people,” County Executive Day concluded.

This announcement follows a call to a Town Supervisor early Friday from New York City Mayor Eric Adams indicating that undocumented individuals are being sent to Rockland County with few other details aside from they’ll be housed in a local hotel. Upon further inquiry, the County has learned the City of New York plans to house about 340 adult males in Armoni Inn and Suites in Orangeburg for four months with plans to secure them work permits to integrate into the community.
Work permits typically take up to six months on average for asylum seekers to obtain and the County believes it is unlikely this will be achieved in four months with no response by city officials as to recourse if they are unsuccessful. The County of Rockland is also critical of the location chosen as it has no resources within walking distance.
While city officials also allege they will provide some short-term funding and services to these individuals, no realistic plans have been communicated as to who will house, feed, and support these individuals in the long-term.
In early March the County held a press conference with local food pantries and DSS publicizing the impacts of an increasing number of undocumented individuals resettling in Rockland which include:

Food pantries running out of food.
+1,000 kids enrolled in a local district.
35% increase in children under foster care.

“Social Services funding is not applicable to undocumented individuals so we have no financial support to help those without a legal status and even if we did this County has a well-known housing crisis that includes both a lack of housing and lack of affordable housing that this will only compound further,” said DSS Commissioner Joan Silvestri. “Our current system is not built to support asylum seekers and work permits do not guarantee work or integration.”
With Title 42, a public health order adopted during the Trump administration because of the pandemic, set to expire May 11th the County is concerned these influxes are only the tip of the iceberg and urge Federal lawmakers to fix the immigration system.

By comparison, Fox averaged 3 million viewers for “Tucker Carlson Tonight” — more than twice as many viewers.

On Friday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said that the state would be looking into whether or not the Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin had “unlawfully performed on minor children” gender transitioning treatment procedures.

“It is now alarmingly common for fringe activists to use their positions in medicine and health care to force experimental, life-altering procedures onto children,” said Attorney General Paxton in a news release.
“Across the country, there are doctors and health care professionals who appear willing to sacrifice the long-term health of American children, all in service to the increasingly dangerous fad of ‘transgender’ extremism. It is deeply disturbing, and there is no place for it in Texas. Along these lines, there have been a number of recent reports about potentially illegal activity at Dell Children’s Medical Center, and this investigation aims to uncover the truth.”
Dell Children’s Medical Center has been served with a Request to Examine (“RTE”) by Attorney General Paxton, who is seeking information regarding the reported misconduct. The goal of the RTE is to find out if any state laws were broken or if parents and patients were misinformed.
The decision to investigate comes after Project Veritas expose.
Project Veritas published an undercover video showing doctors in Texas and New York giving out puberty blockers to kids as young as eight.
“Veritas released a series focused on the practices of gender transition clinics in the US…Medical professionals appear to say that they are giving kids as young as 8-years-old life-altering puberty blockers, and cross-sex hormones for children as young as 14-years-old,” the Veritas tweeted.

Dell Children’s denied allegations and responded to Paxton’s investigation saying “they don’t engage in these abusive practices.”
“Our organization prohibits surgery and prescribing hormone therapy, including puberty blockers, for the treatment of gender dysphoria in children and adolescents. If any employee or contracted provider acts in a manner that is inconsistent with our organizational position regarding gender dysphoria care of minors, we take appropriate action,” Dell Children said in a statement.
“Please note, while we do not permit these interventions for pediatric and adolescent patients experiencing gender dysphoria, as a matter of practice, we do provide a safe and welcoming place for children to receive other forms of treatment and care, including treatment of illness and injuries, behavioral health services, annual check ups and physicals,” it added.
Paxton responded, “Dell Children’s responded to my investigation and said they don’t engage in these abusive practices. Their cooperation is welcomed. I look forward to reviewing all requested documents. This is a win for Texas kids, but I won’t back down. As Reagan said, “Trust, but Verify.””
