Puerto Rico Enacts Groundbreaking Law Recognizing Unborn Babies as Persons from Conception

In a significant victory for the pro-life movement, Puerto Rico Governor Jenniffer González Colón has signed a new law that officially recognizes unborn babies as “natural persons” from the moment of conception.
The legislation, known as Senate Bill 504 or PS 504, amends the territory’s Civil Code to affirm the preborn baby’s personhood for civil purposes, such as inheritance rights.
Signed into law in late December, the measure establishes a legal and moral precedent by embedding the recognition of life beginning at conception within Puerto Rico’s framework.
While it does not alter the island’s existing abortion statutes or introduce new protections against abortion, pro-life advocates hail it as a symbolic step toward building a culture of life.
Carol Tobias, president of the National Right to Life, celebrated the development, telling Life News, “National Right to Life celebrates this landmark achievement for the pro-life movement. Puerto Rico’s clear and courageous recognition of preborn babies as persons reflects a deep respect for life and provides a powerful example for lawmakers throughout the United States. Legal personhood for the preborn is not only consistent with science and human dignity but is the foundation upon which a culture of life can flourish.”
Tobias further emphasized the law’s broader implications, saying, “Puerto Rico’s action stands as a compelling reaffirmation that the protection of human life at all stages is a fundamental civil right. This measure underscores the essential truth that every human being—born and unborn—deserves equal protection under the law.”
The law aligns Puerto Rico’s civil code with the biological reality that human life begins at fertilization, promoting equal protection for the unborn.
“This historic legal recognition marks one of the strongest pro‑life affirmations within U.S. jurisdictions. By explicitly acknowledging the inherent dignity and personhood of the preborn, Puerto Rico has taken a principled and scientifically grounded step to align its civil law with the biological reality that human life begins at fertilization,” Life News explained.
Pro-life groups describe it as one of the strongest affirmations of life within U.S. jurisdictions, potentially paving the way for future legislation that could include an abortion ban to safeguard preborn children.
By acknowledging the inherent dignity of the unborn, Puerto Rico sets an example that could inspire similar actions in other states and territories, reinforcing the pro-life stance that every life deserves respect and protection from conception onward.

  • “Two Mommies” and Drag Queen Episodes: How Sesame Street and PBS Have Gone Off the Rails

“Two Mommies” and Drag Queen Episodes: How Sesame Street and PBS Have Gone Off the Rails

Sesame Street introduced its first recurring gay couple, Frank and Dave, two fathers raising their daughter Mia, in a 2021 “Family Day” episode celebrating diversity. The show had previously featured LGBTQ+ themes and guest appearances. Photo courtesy of Sesame Street, “Family Day | Full Street Story,” screen grab.
There was a time when PBS and Sesame Street were considered the most wholesome and educational content for children. However, over the years PBS has moved so far to the left that many conservative parents do not want their children watching anymore. Parents and lawmakers have called for defunding because they don’t want their tax dollars supporting left-wing political and social causes.
One of the original intents of Sesame Street was to present red, green, blue, and yellow monsters so that children could not relate to them on ethnic lines. Very quickly black and later Asian and Latino muppets were added, which was antithetical to the original “color blind” intent of the show. Eventually gay and trans characters were added.
The content consistently promotes identity politics over individual merit, diversity and inclusion as primary values rather than traditional American principles, and liberal social positions on sexuality, gender, and race. The activist framework teaches children to “speak up” and challenge traditional norms.
This directly conflicts with conservative values emphasizing traditional family structures, biological sex distinctions, parental rights and authority, a color-blind merit-based approach, religious freedom and conscience protection, and American founding principles.
Sesame Street posted Pride Month messages celebrating “LGBTQIA+ people,” with the “T” representing transgender. The show has featured same-sex parent families in episodes since 2017, including characters with “two daddies” or “two mommies.” Episode 5132 in 2021 introduced Dave and Frank, a married gay couple raising their daughter Mia.
The “ABC’s of Racial Literacy” initiative launched in 2021 introduced Black Muppets Wesley and Elijah Walker to teach children about “racial justice” and “systemic inequality.”
The problem with teaching young children these concepts is that the instruction presupposes differences in outcomes across ethnic groups are the result of injustice and inequality. Racial literacy is defined by Sesame Workshop as “the knowledge, skills, and awareness needed to talk thoughtfully about race and racism,” along with strategies to “counter or cope with racism” and an understanding of “the role racism plays in society.” This definition assumes racism plays a role in society and leaves no room for debate.
Of course, if debate were allowed, it would involve five-year-olds who have no other basis of knowledge on the subject, which is precisely why many critics argue that liberal agendas in PBS and Sesame Street programming amount to indoctrination rather than education.
Episode 3140, which aired in 1993, featured a racist phone call intended to portray “institutional racism.” One of the show’s human characters, Gina, received an anonymous, disturbing racist call after some evil person was triggered by seeing her and her Black friend playing in the park. The episode led to discussions with Telly, Baby Bear, and Savion about prejudice, unfairness, and how to respond to hateful messages.
While this may have happened to someone, somewhere, at some point, outrage over a Black and a white person being friends is not a normal occurrence that most people experience. The episode represents another example of how liberals take an exception, turn it into the rule, and then use it to justify training, classes, and lessons on how to guard against something that is statistically rare.
In 2021, Sesame Street introduced Ji-Young as the first Asian American Muppet, explicitly as part of a “racial justice initiative” to combat anti-Asian hate, a concept that later became codified during the Biden administration. The premise itself is something of a misnomer, as very few people actually hate Asians. Under official definitions, however, targeting someone because of their race qualifies as a hate crime. Asians are often targeted by muggers and criminals because they are perceived as easy targets.
Other PBS children’s programming has followed similar patterns. Arthur’s episode “Mr. Ratburn and the Special Someone” in 2019 featured gay marriage between a teacher and his partner Patrick. Work It Out Wombats! in 2023 featured lesbian couple Duffy and Leiko raising daughter Louisa. The Clifford the Big Red Dog reboot in 2019 included LGBTQ characters. Odd Squad featured a same-sex wedding episode. Postcards from Buster aired “Sugartime!” in 2005, showing children with lesbian mothers. PBS digital content included a “Let’s Learn” segment featuring drag queen Lil’ Miss Hot Mess reading “The Hips on the Drag Queen Go Swish, Swish, Swish.”
PBS news and documentary programming has addressed transgender issues directly. A 2015 FRONTLINE documentary, “Growing Up Trans,” explored transgender children receiving puberty blockers and hormones, featuring children as young as four to six who were transitioning. Covering these issues on a news program is fine, but the reporting was not critical, not balanced, and did not interview a single doctor or psychologist who opposes affirming a delusion.
The show’s description stated that it was “exploring the experiences of transgender children and their families as they navigate new medical options for gender transition at younger ages, covering the emotional struggles, choices, and the pioneering nature of these kids and parents.” The portrayal was openly pro–sex change for young children, even referring to the adults involved as “pioneers.”
PBS programming on abortion includes multiple FRONTLINE documentaries supporting abortion access, such as “The Abortion Divide,” which presented abortion as a healthcare choice. PBS NewsHour coverage includes regular segments supporting abortion “rights,” a framing that presupposes that women have the right to kill babies, and criticizing restrictions on abortion. Shows such as Kentucky Tonight have featured Planned Parenthood representatives advocating for abortion as “health-saving and life-affirming.”
Little to no content explicitly promotes traditional two-parent biological families as ideal, religious faith or Judeo-Christian values, American founding principles or patriotism, traditional gender roles, or marriage between a man and a woman.
Conservatives argue that taxpayer-funded programming should not promote contested moral positions that run contrary to the religious beliefs of many taxpayers. Specific concerns include the use of public funds to normalize same-sex relationships, teaching children about trans without parental consent, promoting notions of racism, violating the show’s color-blind intent, and airing Pride celebrations that conflict with traditional values and religious teachings.

Outrageous: Purdue and Indiana Hire Foreign Workers Despite Robust STEM Programs at Universities

According to an in-depth analysis at The College Fix, “Purdue University and Indiana University are both using H-1B visas to fill data science and software engineering roles, despite Indiana’s wealth of qualified American candidates.”
This undercutting of American workers in favor of foreign workers is a disgrace that should have patriots outraged.
This un-American move to go with foreign workers over qualified Americans drew criticism from experts on H-1B visas and Tech.
The position has a salary range of $86,091 to $129,500, and is scheduled to begin in November 2025 and run through November 2028. The remote “primary worksite” is in North Carolina.
Despite the strong STEM program at Purdue, which ranks in the top five nationally for STEM graduates, they chose a foreign worker for this role.
“State Representative Andrew Ireland drew attention to these job postings on his X account.
As The College Fix rightly points out, “This is only one role among the 13 currently posted, each offering remote and in-person STEM research and faculty positions for foreign workers. The paid positions have starting salaries of at least $63,270.96, some exceeding six figures. ”
The roles listed include data analysts and research assistants.
“Indiana University also posted a filing with an intent to hire two associate software engineers under H-1B visas, despite the availability of qualified graduates from IU. The positions each have a salary of $70,533 and are from the beginning of 2026 to the end of 2028.”
This, yet again, calls into question whether the H-1B visa program benefits America or puts foreign workers before American workers.
For too long, qualified American workers have been passed over in favor of foreign workers.
One can hope that American Universities would put their graduates and fellow Americans before foreign workers.

  • George Soros Pours Money Into Corrupt New York AG Letitia James’s Re-Election Campaign

George Soros Pours Money Into Corrupt New York AG Letitia James’s Re-Election Campaign

George Soros’ political machine has donated more than $71,000 to New York Attorney General Letitia James since 2019, according to state campaign finance records.
The donations, first reported by The New York Post, include $18,000 Soros gave James in July 2024 and $13,000 contributed by his daughter-in-law, Jennifer Soros, in May.
Records show the Soros family provided an additional $40,000 to James across earlier campaign cycles.
Roughly $31,000 of the total was directed toward her current re-election effort.
Those figures do not include political support James receives through organizations heavily financed by Soros, most notably the Working Families Party (WFP).
Since 2016, Soros’ Open Society network has transferred $23.7 million to the Working Families Party via its fundraising arm, Working Families Organization Inc.
Soros and his family members have also donated at least $865,000 directly to the party’s New York affiliate since 2018.

    — New York Post (@nypost) December 28, 2025

James’ political career is closely intertwined with the WFP. In 2003, she became the first candidate backed by the party to win elected office in New York, securing a City Council seat in Brooklyn.
Although James declined to run as the WFP candidate during her successful 2018 campaign for attorney general, she instead ran as a Democrat alongside then-Governor Andrew Cuomo.
However, she publicly accepted the party’s endorsement during her 2022 re-election campaign.
James has since become notorious for her unsuccessful lawfare campaign against Trump aimed at taking him out the 2024 presidential campaign.
That case remains active, though an appellate court last year overturned more than $500 million in previously imposed penalties.
James herself later came under investigation by the Department of Justice (DOJ) over allegations that she provided misleading information on a mortgage application for a property she owns in Virginia.
She was indicted on fraud charges in October and pleaded not guilty, but a judge dismissed the case after ruling that the U.S. attorney who brought it had been unlawfully appointed.
Subsequent efforts by the DOJ to re-indict James have been unsuccessful, with a Grand Jury twice refusing to indict her.

Alleged members of America’s most infamous migrant group caused more chaos over the weekend that could have resulted in a horrific tragedy, and got away with it.
On Saturday, an American woman from Columbus, Ohio, posted a video on TikTok showing the aftermath of a major accident. Immigrants who were reportedly from Somalia slammed directly into her while driving recklessly, causing the massive wreck.
The migrants, unsurprisingly, tried to lie their way out of trouble. They claimed the victim was actually the one at fault because she supposedly backed into them.
The police didn’t buy their story.
The woman reveals that she was placed into the back of a police cruiser for her own safety because the cops thought it was too risky for her to exchange information with them.
She then tells viewers that the culprits claimed they were from Somalia and were planning to return to their homeland. Naturally, the woman was skeptical of the claim.

The police, of course, don’t believe them…I am in the back of the police cruiser right now, and they told me they didn’t want to speak directly to the people because they were just being boisterous and loud.
It would not be safe to exchange information with them.
They do not have insurance because they are from Somalia and are planning to go back to Somalia. I’m not sure any of that is even true.
The TikTok user later revealed that the Columbus police let the Somalis go without a ticket. Talk about privilege.

Columbus has the second-largest Somali community in the U.S., with around 60,000 people. Only Minneapolis has more Somalis.
Much like their Minneapolis brethren, they are benefiting from an incredible double standard. No sane person should believe the police would have been so forgiving if the races were reversed in the crash.

Arkansas Couple Sentenced After Attempting to Sell Infant Son for $1,000 and a Six-Pack of Beer, Deranged Mother Avoids Prison Time

An Arkansas couple has been sentenced for trying to sell their two-month-old baby boy to a stranger at a campground in exchange for a six-pack of beer and $1,000.
Darien Urban, 22, and Shalene Ehlers, 21, both from Rogers, Arkansas, pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the September 2024 incident at the Beaver Lake Hide-A-Way Campground in Benton County.
According to court documents, the couple approached a man named Cody Martin at the campsite and offered to relinquish their infant to him for the payment.
The couple even drafted and signed a handwritten contract stating:
“I, Darien Urban and Shalene Ehlers, are signing our rights over to Cody Martin of our baby for $1,000 on 9/21/24,” with a disclaimer adding, “After signing this there will be no changing y’all two’s minds to never contact again.”
Luckily, a witness at the campground overheard the conversation, used the manager’s office phone to alert authorities, and provided the signed document to law enforcement, leading to the couple’s arrest by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.
Urban and Ehlers faced initial charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and attempting to accept consideration for relinquishment of a minor.
On December 22, they entered plea deals in Benton County Circuit Court before Judge Brad Karren.
Urban pleaded guilty to one count of attempted accepting compensation for adoption and was sentenced to three years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections, with an additional three-year sentence suspended.
The endangerment charge against him was dropped.
Ehlers pleaded guilty to both counts but was sentenced to six years of state-supervised probation, with her sentences suspended.
The failed mother will not face a single day in prison.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams Surprises Reporters as He Tells Constituents to ‘Stay Home’ Because Winter Storm Created a ‘Good Baby-Making Day’ (VIDEO)

As a powerful winter storm dumped over four inches of snow on New York City, outgoing Mayor Eric Adams audibly stunned a reporter with his surprising advice for constituents hunkered down during the blizzard.
Appearing on ABC 7’s Eyewitness News This Saturday Morning, Adams grinned as he addressed the storm’s impact, which brought 4.3 inches of fresh powder to Central Park, the heaviest snowfall in the city since 2022.
The mayor, whose term ends on January 1 with democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani set to take over, praised the city’s response while delivering an eyebrow-raising forecast.
“Stay home — this is a good baby-making day,” Adams asserted, prompting surprise from anchors Toni Yates and Pedro Rivera.
Yates let out an “Ahhh!” while Rivera laughed and joked about an impending “baby boom” in May or June, though simple math points to late July or early August.

Not stopping there, Adams doubled down on his suggestions.
“Enjoy the weather,” he said. “My son would say, just do ‘Netflix and chill.’ That’s all, and just enjoy the day.”
Adams even tied it to population growth, adding, “We wanna improve the population!”
The storm has wreaked havoc across the East Coast, slamming Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and western Massachusetts with heavy snow, and leading to over 1,500 flight cancellations nationwide.
In NYC, warnings about black ice and slippery roads kept residents on high alert.
Adams highlighted the efforts of the city’s 2,700 sanitation workers, who braved 12-hour shifts to clear the streets.
“They’ve been out there… doing a great job,” he said, while cautioning New Yorkers: “Whenever you fall, you never forget it.”
