WATCH: Trump Responds to Attack Against Putin’s Residence the Day After Peace Talks – “This is Not the Right Time… I was Very Angry About it”

President Trump on Monday told reporters he is “very angry” about the alleged attack against Russian President Vladimir Putin’s residence by Ukrainian forces, which reportedly launched 91 drones at the presidential residence.
The incident comes just one day after Trump held talks with the leaders of both countries, and Trump hosted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at Mar-a-Lago, where the two held a press conference signaling optimism about an end to the war. Trump had a phone conversation with Putin, which he described as “very productive,” ahead of his meeting with Zelensky.
But Russian officials now say that Zelensky attempted to kill Putin, which Trump confirmed he heard about during a phone call with Putin this morning.
“That’s no good. It’s no good,” Trump told reporters. “It’s one thing to be offensive because they’re offensive. It’s another thing to attack his house,” he continued, noting that he is “very angry about it.”
When pressed by a reporter on the accuracy of the claims, Trump said it’s “possible” that it didn’t actually happen, “but President Putin told me this morning, it did.”
    WATCH:
Trump: I don’t like it. It’s not good. I heard about it this morning. You know who told me about it? President Putin told me about it early in the morning. He said he was attacked. That’s no good. It’s no good. Don’t forget, you know, the tomahawks. I stopped the tomahawks. I didn’t want that because we’re talking about, you know, it’s a delicate period of time. This is not the right time.
It’s one thing to be offensive because they’re offensive. It’s another thing to attack his house. It’s not the right time to do any of that. And can’t do it. And I learned about it from President Putin today. I was very angry about it.
Reporter: Don’t you have US intelligence services that monitor that region very closely? Is there any evidence–
Trump: Well, it came out. It came out. Well, we’ll find out. I mean, you’re saying maybe the attack didn’t take place. That’s possible too, I guess. But President Putin told me this morning, it did.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Ukrainian President Zelensky unexpectedly launched a massive drone strike attack against Putin’s residence in the Novgorod region, Russian officials say.
According to Putin aide Yuri Ushakov, Trump said he was “shocked and outraged” by the attempted strike. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov described Ukraine’s actions as “a policy of state terrorism” and vowed retaliation.
But Ukraine denied the accusation, with Zelensky calling it “another lie from the Russian Federation.”

WATCH: Tim Walz’s Bratty Daughter Lashes Out at ‘Right-Wing Infrastructure’ for Exposing Massive Somali Fraud Scandal – Claims It’s ‘How People Get Hurt’

In a rambling video posted to social media on Monday, Hope Walz, the 24-year-old daughter of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, has accused conservatives and the “entire right-wing infrastructure” of launching a “hate and bot campaign” against her family.
The sob story from the governor’s daughter comes amid allegations of widespread fraud in Minnesota’s Somali community programs under her father’s administration, which appear to have cost taxpayers billions.
Instead of addressing the substance of the accusations, Hope portrayed herself as a victim, whining that the exposure is “how people get hurt” and complaining about life in a “post-truth world.”
“In the name of transparency, because I think that is what people appreciate about me and my content,” Hope Walz begins. “I’ll be honest in saying that having the entire right-wing infrastructure launch a hate and bot campaign against you and your family really sucks, especially because I’m a private citizen. Like I pay my rent. I work multiple jobs.”
Hope Walz continues to describe an “extreme amount, overwhelming amount of DMs, comments, emails just peddling propaganda, pushing agendas.”
“I don’t have anything to do with anything,” she claims. “It really, really hurts. Yeah, this is how people get hurt. And I have a great support system and I’m like very confident in who I am as a person in the work that I do. But living like a post-truth world is really scary.”
She claims those who “just believe what their dear leader tells them to spin reality to fit that.”
“I’m gonna, you know, continue to do my own thing. I just felt the need to say that,” she concludes.
The video was initially posted on Hope Walz’s social media and was reposted on X by journalist Eric Daugherty.
In his caption, Daugherty wrote, “Fraud Father Tim Walz’s daughter is now FURIOUSLY accusing MAGA of stoking violence by exposing Somali fraud under Tim’s watch… Tell your dad to RESIGN so taxpayers can claw back their money. Nobody is advocating violence, only ACCOUNTABILITY.”

The post gained tens of thousands of views in less than an hour.
This isn’t the first time Hope Walz has inserted herself into her father’s political controversies on social media.
Known for her outspoken liberal views, similar to her father’s, she has a history of making videos pushing far-left talking points and attacking Trump supporters.
In February, Hope went on a rant against Trump’s executive order banning transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports.
Earlier this month, Hope unleashed a profanity-laced rant on TikTok after Trump referred to her father as “retarded” during a rally.

“Calling my dad what he did has unleashed a (multi-expletive) storm,” she said. “I have people DMing me saying absolutely horrendous things.”
In another video earlier this month, Hope claimed it was “not safe” for her to be online. She accused Trump supporters of being “cult members.”

Hope also targeted Donald Trump Jr., urging him to seek help for “daddy issues” after he defended his father’s remarks about Governor Walz.
In a Christmas message just days ago, Hope ripped into the Trump administration and ICE, wishing a “Merry Christmas” to “neighbors that ICE has been terrorizing” in Minnesota’s Somali community.

  • Former Fox News Contributor Dennis Michael Lynch GOES NUCLEAR: Says If Somali Deportations and Indictments on Tim Walz Don’t Happen, ‘MAGA and the Rule of Law Are Total BS’

Former Fox News Contributor Dennis Michael Lynch GOES NUCLEAR: Says If Somali Deportations and Indictments on Tim Walz Don’t Happen, ‘MAGA and the Rule of Law Are Total BS’

    Dennis Michael Lynch
In a blistering video, former Fox News contributor and Newsmax TV host Dennis Michael Lynch didn’t hold back, issuing a stark ultimatum to the Trump administration.
Lynch’s outrage stems from the massive Somali-led fraud scandals in Minnesota, which have exposed billions in stolen taxpayer dollars under Democrat Gov. Tim Walz’s watch.
“This is going to be the shortest video I’ve ever done in my life, based on what we’ve all seen in Minnesota,” Lynch begins in a clip posted on X.
“If tens of thousands of Somalians are not deported back to their third-world country, and if government officials like Tim Walz and other people in Minnesota are not sent to jail — or at least indicted — let me just say this: this administration, the concept of ‘Make America Great Again,’ and, for that matter, the rule of law are all completely full of BS. Nothing say. Full stop. Case closed.”

Dear FBI Dir Kash Patel & POTUS, With all due respect, per Nick Shirley’s video, if Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz & other officials aren’t indicted on fraud, and if droves of Somalis aren’t sent back to Somalia, then the ‘rule of law’ is dead and the MAGA promise is built on buIIshit. pic.twitter.com/k5yfrxtgDY
    — Dennis Michael Lynch (@TrustDML) December 28, 2025

Lynch’s explosive remarks come amidst one of the most talked-about scandals of the year: a mega-viral investigative exposé alleging massive fraud in Minnesota tied to Somali-run aid programs and childcare operations. Independent journalist Nick Shirley’s footage — viewed more than 100 million times — documents allegedly shuttered day care facilities that nonetheless received millions in taxpayer funds.
“Tim Walz and the fraudsters aren’t escaping this one,” Shirley wrote. “In one day, my crew and I uncovered over $110,000,000 in fraud. This is just the tip of the iceberg. We the people simply work too hard and pay too much in taxes to allow this to happen. They must be held accountable.”
Shortly after the video broke, FBI Director Kash Patel announced an intensified federal investigation into fraud schemes exploiting aid programs in Minnesota — saying the cases already charged might be just the “tip of a very large iceberg.”
He further hinted at referrals to immigration officials for “possible denaturalization and deportation proceedings where eligible.”
Given the damning facts exposed in the video, one would think Walz and his cronies would proceed with caution or perhaps keep silent altogether.
However, they responded with a lie so big that even Sleepy Joe Biden’s handlers would likely avoid.
“The governor has worked for years to crack down on fraud and ask the state legislature for more authority to take aggressive action,” a spokesperson for Walz told Fox News.
“He has strengthened oversight – including launching investigations into these specific facilities, one of which was already closed,” the spokesperson added. “(He) hired an outside firm to audit payments to high-risk programs, shut down the Housing Stabilization Services program entirely, announced a new statewide program integrity director, and supported criminal prosecutions.”
Walz’s team wants the public to believe that not only does the governor have no involvement in the scandal, but he has also been a leading advocate against this corruption.
