Shock Poll Shows Biden Can’t Dismiss Primary Challenge from Robert Kennedy, Jr.

    By Dr. Derek Ellerman
Don’t look over your shoulder now, Joe. That sound you hear is the rumbling of voters running away from you as fast as they can go.
In the direction of Bobby Kennedy and… Marianne Williamson?
The latest Fox News survey for the 2024 Presidential election is bound to have Biden scrambling for a new and shiny handout to keep Democrat voters in line.
The poll shows Biden would pull just 62% of votes among Democrats.
And it shows a Kennedy fast approaching Biden’s heels.

    Don’t Dismiss Bobby Kennedy
At first glance, you may dismiss RFK Jr.’s 19%… which would make it just as easy to dismiss Marianne Williamson’s 9%.
But you shouldn’t. 9% is a huge chunk for a gadfly like Williamson, who seemed to make clear during the 2020 Democrat primaries that she didn’t know anything about anything.
The 19% RFK is pulling? Earlier this week, it was only 14%.
And that combined 28% between Williamson and RFK? That most certainly should not be easily dismissed.
After all, Biden is a man who – so the story goes – got the most votes in history, and had a totally compliant Congress his first two years. He has the entirety of the mainstream media at his back, along with what I imagine is at a bare minimum 93-94% of the federal bureaucracy.
Where these numbers go from here is anyone’s guess and as per usual, I leave my disclaimer that it’s way too early for pronouncements.
But this time right here is where momentum could be permanently won or lost.

In his speech yesterday, @RobertKennedyJr also had harsh words for the pandemic lockdown policies, which he said were “a war on American children,” citing a Brown University study that found toddlers lost 22 IQ points.#TheDefenderhttps://t.co/ELYGKigR8M

The son of the late President-That-Wasn’t, RFK Jr. has made no bones about his feelings towards the Democrat Party and how it’s run.
He took them to task for trying to change the order of the first primary states, saying, “There’s too many Americans who already think that the whole system is rigged against them. And this is confirmation of that. And I think that’s troubling.”
He was joined by former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard in hosing down the party for refusing to hold debates.
Unlike the rest of his party, which at some point in 2015 turned into 2002-era War on Terror Republicans who have never met a country they don’t want to bomb, RFK Jr. isn’t having any of it:

Let’s also not forget that, hilariously, a mere 26% of Democrats want Joe Biden to run again.
And one final point here. Totally cliche, I know, but isn’t that how they become cliches?
RFK Jr. is a Kennedy. There’s something about them. They’re winners. People gravitate towards them. They’re slick political operators.

  • The Economy Should Be an Albatross Around Biden’s Neck – But Will It Be?

    By Philip Wegmann for RealClearPolitics
As President Biden embarks on his reelection campaign, a majority of American voters are dissatisfied with his stewardship of the U.S. economy. Aware of the general angst among the electorate, Biden is threading the needle by saying he’s running on the strength of his overall record, while vowing to “finish the job” that he started when he stepped into the Oval Office.
It’s a daunting task, with an overwhelming majority of registered voters expressing deep pessimism about the economy: 40.2% say the United States is currently in a recession, 17% call it a general state of stagnation, and 10.4% believe the country is in an outright depression.
RELATED: Small Businesses Fight Back Against Biden Tax Hikes
The dour assessment comes from a new joint survey by RealClear Opinion Research and Emerson College Polling Institute. The political takeaway could very well be defined by a single word: opportunity.
    Topline findings: Full polling breakdown
Independent voters are consistently aligned with the Republican Party when it comes to economic questions such as the federal deficit and free trade. According to pollster Spencer Kimball, associate professor at Emerson College, the general dissatisfaction with the economy, and independent voter sympathy for the GOP point of view, “could present an opportunity for Republicans in 2024.”
Across demographic and political divides, inflation remains top of mind with 70% of voters identifying the now persistent phenomenon and the cost of living as the single most important economic challenge facing the economy. Biden agrees. He has for some time now.
For more than a year, the president has called combatting inflation his “top domestic priority.” But as his administration and federal regulators struggle through a variety of controls to achieve a soft landing, a scenario where inflation is throttled down without stalling markets, the president has not abandoned his push to transform the system from “the so-called trickle-down economy” to one “that works for working families.”
RELATED: Biden Sending Another $1 Billion of Your Money to Other Countries – This Time to Fight Climate Change
The rubber will likely meet the road on that question this summer, or whenever Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen can calculate an “X-date,” the moment when revenues run out and the federal government can no longer pay its bills. The debate is over raising the debt ceiling, the legal amount the Department of the Treasury can borrow. House Republicans want spending cuts in exchange for a borrowing limit increase. The White House refuses to negotiate. The consequence of an unresolved stalemate? A historic default.
This fight unsurprisingly divides partisans along party lines. A majority of Democrats (50%) agree with Biden that the debt ceiling should be raised. A larger majority of Republicans, 62%, do not want an increase in federal borrowing authority.
But while there is no consensus on the wonky but critical question, a closer look at the numbers suggests an advantage for House Speaker Kevin McCarthy over federal spending. “An issue for Democrats is that independents align with Republicans on not raising the debt ceiling,” Kimball explained, adding that their hesitation could stem from “their concern about inflation.”
More independent voters, 46%, believe that the debt ceiling should not be raised than those who say that it should be (29%) – a finding that may pique the attention of lawmakers as the borrowing debate rages on Capitol Hill, especially now as a record number of Americans identify not as Republican or Democrat but as independent of either party.
Last month, Biden released his proposed annual budget, an aspirational document with little hope in Congress, and touted his plan to reduce the deficit by nearly $3 trillion over the next decade. “Don’t tell me what you value,” the president is fond of saying. “Show me your budget, and I’ll tell you what you value.” A majority of Americans, if they have even seen that document, don’t believe Biden values fiscal responsibility.
RELATED: Trump Fires First Shot at Biden in 2024 Presidential Faceoff
Fifty-one percent of voters disapprove of how Biden has handled the federal budget deficit while just 32% approve. Another 17% are unsure on the question. Kimball reported that conservatives were most uniform in their opposition, noting that “Republicans most strongly disapprove of Biden’s handling of the federal budget deficit, with 84% disapprove, 11% unsure, and just 5% approve.”
The finding that could raise the alarm inside the administration? According to the survey, 52% of independent voters disapprove of the way Biden has handled national finances. Of course, that spending story can’t be told without an account of the once-in-a-century pandemic. The same is true of Biden himself: His presidency and the pandemic are inextricably linked.
Earlier this month, the president signed legislation passed by Congress to end the national emergency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Government Accountability Office reported previously that there is about $90 billion remaining from the more than $4.6 trillion in emergency money that Congress appropriated to ease the economic effects of the pandemic, spending that both Republican and Democratic economists warned could overheat the economy.
Even as they name inflation their top concern, a majority of voters still believe that spending was necessary and a good idea. For instance, 63% report that the CARES Act which former President Trump signed into law was “a good idea.” A similar-sized majority, 59%, said the same about Biden’s American Rescue Plan. With the pandemic in the rearview mirror, 34% report that there wasn’t enough, 28% say the right amount was spent, and 38% believe too much was distributed from the government.
The pollsters gauged approval of the spending legislation with and without the names of the presidents who signed them into law.
Tell a voter that Trump was behind the CARES Act, Kimball said, and it “helps him among Republicans, hurts him with Democrats but has little impact on independent voters and their attitudes toward the legislation.” The same cannot be said for Biden and his American Rescue Plan, however. According to the pollster, “Biden’s name attached to a policy does not help the president; instead, his name on legislation hurts its support, particularly among independents.”
RELATED: AOC, Democrats Reintroduce ‘Green New Deal’
Regardless of which president signed what COVID relief package, an overwhelming majority of Americans report concern that the money was mismanaged or abused. All told, 86% said that abuse of COVID relief programs was a “serious” problem.
Looking back before the pandemic, when asked about the Trump-era tax cuts, 56% replied that the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was “a good idea” compared to 44% who said it was not. A majority of Republicans, 63%, supported the move, and so did a 56% majority of independents. Democrats, however, were split 50% to 50% on the marquee achievement of the previous administration, which Biden has blasted as a giveaway to the wealthy.
When asked about persistent inflation, the administration points to both the pandemic as well as the war in Ukraine as a result. The conservative electorate has started to sour on U.S. involvement in the conflict, but a majority of Americans share Biden’s concerns about Russian President Vladimir Putin. Some 60% believe that Putin will not stop at Kyiv and intends to invade other countries.
Thousands of miles away, the war still concerns Americans at home with 55% reporting that they believe Putin presents a “major threat” to the United States and 36% saying he is “a minor threat.” Just 9% replied that the dictator was no threat at all.
And yet the poll reflects a public mixed on the question of just how much aid the United States should supply to Ukrainian allies. When asked about the $79 billion in military aid and financial support sent to Kyiv, 32% of voters reply that the United States has given the right amount while 25% say the current support is not enough. A plurality, 42%, say the United States has sent too much already.
RELATED: 50-State Report: GOP-led Red States Are in Best Economic Condition
Two factors seem determinative of how a voter sees the war in Ukraine and U.S. involvement: age and education. According to Kimball, those with a college degree “are about 10 points more likely to say the U.S. has given the right amount of support or not enough support” than those without a college degree, 63% to 53%.
The survey was conducted between April 10 and 12, polling 1,000 registered voters.

HHS Whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas Testifies, Warns U.S. is ‘Middleman’ in Human Trafficking Operation

The U.S.’s involvement in a “sophisticated network” of young migrants being trafficked into forced labor and other types of slavery has been exposed by a whistleblower who saw it firsthand. She described this network as being sophisticated.
Witnesses in the Congressional hearing, titled “The Biden Border Crisis: Exploitation of Unaccompanied Alien Children,” included Health and Human Services (HHS) whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas. The hearing was sponsored by the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement.
Rodas, who was assigned to work with HHS at an emergency intake site in Pomona, California, spoke to legislators on Wednesday about her experiences there.
“I had hoped to assist in finding children loving homes. Instead, I learned that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that starts with recruiting in their home country, is smuggled to the U.S. border, and concludes when the [Office of Refugee Resettlement] delivers a child to a sponsor—some of whom are traffickers, criminals, or members of TCOs. We are seeing a surge in labor trafficking because some sponsors perceive children as goods and commodities to be utilized for financial gain,” Rodas added.
The number of unaccompanied alien children (UACs) who cross the border has increased, going from 33,239 in fiscal year 2020 to more than 146,000 in fiscal year 2021 and 152,000 in fiscal year 2022, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) figures. More than 70,000 UAC interactions have taken place so far in fiscal year 2023.

    Human Trafficking
When child migrants are discovered at the border, they are given over to HHS care and subsequently reunited with a sponsor, who is often a parent or other relative who is already a resident of the United States.
The New York Times has published many articles highlighting the surge in child exploitation, when youngsters are coerced into working as slaves, sometimes to recoup the expenses of their smuggling. It has raised questions about whether the United States is engaged in child trafficking by sending kids to sponsors. According to The Times, authorities allegedly disregarded warning indications of a “explosive” increase in the number of children working.
“Whether intentional or not, it could be argued that the U.S. government has become the middleman in a large-scale, multibillion-dollar child trafficking operation that is run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children,” Rodas said.
As kids couldn’t ask for assistance in either English or Spanish and sponsors used various addresses to get sponsorships of children, Rodas stated how she watched youngsters becoming prisoner to their “sponsors” and became dependent on them. Considering that the problem has been ongoing for over ten years, Rodas said that she does not view it as a political issue but rather as a humanitarian one.
“It was a terrible revelation to realize that we were not giving children the American dream, but rather were putting them in modern-day slavery with wicked overlords,” Rodas said, adding that her life “will never be the same” as a result of what she saw.
Republicans claim that the Biden administration’s policies, which they claim have promoted illegal immigration and encouraged parents to give their kids to traffickers, are to blame for the current catastrophe. Democrats have pointed up that the problem existed before the Biden administration and have cited initiatives to improve sponsor monitoring, new task teams, improved information sharing, and proposals for more spending.
“I hope you’ll take action to end this crisis, to safeguard the lives of these vulnerable children,” Rodas urged the senators.
She urged HHS to exercise more control and openness, especially via the Office of Inspector General. She also demanded an end to “retaliation” against whistleblowers, the elimination of a “culture of speed over safety,” and a requirement that sponsors submit reports to the Office of Refugee Resettlement.
“As it is written: A wise man hears counsel, but a fool persists in his foolishness. To provide for these kids, HHS must exercise wisdom,” according to Rodas.

“Congress has granted us certain powers. Once we have a sponsor for that kid who is a good fit, our authority over that youngster ends. Although we make an effort to follow up, neither the sponsor nor the kid are legally required to do so,” the man stated.
Susan Rice, who resigned from her position as domestic policy advisor last week, replied to the Times’ allegation that her staff had been presented proof of the expanding epidemic of migrant child labor.
“We were never informed of any kind of systematic problem with child labor or migrant child labor,” the woman said.

  • Mark Levin Accuses Nikki Haley of ‘Selling Out to a Woke Corporation’ After She Courts Disney

Fox News host Mark Levin accused Nikki Haley of “selling out” to the culture wars after she tried to coax Disney to move to South Carolina in the midst of its battle with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
DeSantis has been butting heads with Disney due to their “woke” politicking and response to the state’s Parental Rights in Education law.
Disney filed a lawsuit against the governor on Wednesday alleging “government retaliation” after Florida’s Republican legislature indicated they would act to stop the company’s effort to circumvent state oversight.
Haley, in an incredible misread of the Republican voter base, apparently sided with Disney in the skirmish, even courting their business for South Carolina, despite their woke ideology.
“South Carolina was a very anti-woke state. It still is,” Haley said in a Fox News interview.
“If Disney would like to move their hundreds of thousands of jobs to South Carolina and bring the billions of dollars with them, I’ll let them know I’ll be happy to meet them in South Carolina and introduce them to the governor and legislature that would welcome it.”

Haley’s comments are incredibly odd. She’s currently running for President of the United States. Despite the fact that she was formerly the governor of South Carolina, she is no longer in that role.
So why is she taking sides in a state-level issue?
Factor in the reality that Disney in Orlando is essentially a city unto itself – How do you relocate an entire city? It’s not going to happen.
So why alienate Republican voters by siding with a woke corporation over something that isn’t going to happen?
Seems like Haley isn’t ready for prime time.

  • Let’s Check In On Fox News Ratings After Tucker Carlson Was Fired – And Hoo Boy…

Remember that scene in Rocky III when Clubber Lang is asked for his prediction about his upcoming fight with Rocky Balboa?
Lang, played by Mr. T, turns to the camera and simply says: “Pain.”
That’s what Fox News is feeling today.
The ratings are out for Tuesday night’s primetime news programs, and following Tucker Carlson’s firing, they don’t look very good for his former network.
“Fox News Tonight,” the temporary fill-in program featuring a fill-in guest, Brian Kilmeade, captured 1.7 million viewers.
The number represents a nearly 50% drop in viewership. Carlson averaged 3.2 million viewers during the first quarter of this year.
Worse, Fox lost the most coveted demo to the also-ran networks.

Two Tuesdays ago, Tucker had 3.2 million viewers.
Kilmeade last night had 1.7 million.

Worse, Fox News got owned during that hour in the coveted 25-54 year old demographic.
CNN’s Anderson Cooper came in first in that demographic with 163,000 viewers, followed by MSNBC’s Chris Hayes at 162,000 viewers, and Kilmeade came in at 149,000 in the category.
Carlson dominated that demographic, at one point garnering more Democrat viewers with that group than any other show on television – including left-wing networks.
And the ratings apocalypse seems to have extended to other programs on Fox News, indicating just how powerful Tucker Carlson was as a media personality.

Fox News suffered a catastrophic drop in viewers after ousting Tucker Carlson.

Fox News certainly had to have known that dumping Tucker Carlson was going to result in a sea of viewers abandoning the network and a ratings disaster.
It would seem any argument about viewership or ad revenue wouldn’t hold water. So what caused Fox to part ways with their gold standard in news and commentary?
Journalist Glenn Greenwald noted that the network made a similar move with host Glenn Beck, who was also dominating ratings when he was let go, and speculated about what happened in both cases.

Bill O’Reilly, in a 2017 interview with Beck, also indicated he was fired by Fox News due to pressure from the left, even as he dominated ratings with his program “The O’Reilly Factor.”
“It has to do with destroying voices that the far left and the organized left-wing cabal doesn’t like,” he claimed.
    And now, Tucker Carlson.
Political commentator Mike Cernovich opined that Carlson’s release came because he did not toe the pro-Ukraine war line.
“Even though Tucker is the biggest person at Fox, they don’t care. They don’t care what the ratings are,” Cernovich said. “They care that Fox News is part of the Regime.”

American Nuclear Subs Now Bound for South Korea Amid Taiwan Tension

According to authorities speaking to media on Tuesday, the US will send submarines to South Korea equipped with nuclear ballistic missiles. The deployment is probably intended to reassure the South Korean population, who just learned that the US routinely spied on their government, as well as to dissuade North Korea from conducting more missile launches.
The formal announcement of the proposal will be made on Wednesday at the White House by U.S. President Joe Biden and his South Korean counterpart, Yoon Suk-yeol, according to the officials’ statements to many US media outlets.

    The Washington Declaration
The ‘Washington Declaration,’ which both leaders are set to sign, calls for more information sharing and cooperative military drills as the US rotates nuclear-armed aircraft and submarines to South Korea.
One of the unnamed officials added, “We aim to take efforts to make our deterrent more obvious by the frequent deployment of strategic assets, including a US nuclear ballistic submarine visit to South Korea, which has not occurred since the early 1980s. The action was contrasted to “what we did with European allies during the height of the Cold War in similar periods of potential external threat,” alluding to the North’s missile program.
Since the start of 2022, Pyongyang has tested more than 100 missiles, including a nuclear-capable undersea attack drone and its first intercontinental ballistic missile using solid fuel. Since last year, officials in Washington and Seoul have asserted that the North is preparing for its sixth nuclear bomb underground test.
North Korea often reacts to U.S. deployments close to its territory with rhetorical threats, its own exercises, or fresh missile tests.

In addition to preventing North Korean aggression, the deployment of nuclear-capable submarines to the south is probably meant to mend strained ties between Washington and Seoul, which were shattered by the recent disclosure of Pentagon documents revealing US espionage on senior South Korean officials to ascertain their stance on arming Ukraine.
According to the person, the U.S. wants to remind Seoul that its “commitment” to the nation is “unquestionable” by implementing these new measures.

  • Tucker Carlson Breaks Silence in Fiery Video: ‘Still Some Places Americans Can Say True Things’

Tucker Carlson Breaks Silence in Fiery Video: ‘Still Some Places Americans Can Say True Things’

Tucker Carlson broke his silence in public for the first time since he was fired by Fox News.
Carlson released a blistering video commentary Wednesday evening, slamming “liars” trying to silence people by “force,” and hinting there are still “some” places Americans can go to speak the truth.
Will one of those places be where Tucker ends up in his next career move?
The video, posted to Twitter, starts off with Carlson acknowledging the “kind and decent people” that have reached out to him since Fox News fired him on Monday.
He conveyed that the short time off gave him a moment to observe the “unbelievably stupid” debates taking place on television today.
“At the same time, and this is the amazing thing, the undeniably big topics – the ones which will define our future – get virtually no discussion at all,” lamented Carlson.
“War. Civil liberties. Emerging science. Demographic change. Corporate power. Natural resources.”
“When was the last time you heard a legitimate debate about any of those issues?” he asked.
Why, on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” of course, and nowhere else.

Tucker Carlson Video Slams ‘Liars’ After Being Fired
While Tucker Carlson doesn’t directly address being fired by Fox News, he does make some cryptic references to “political parties” shutting down conversation while “liars” are out there trying to silence opposing viewpoints by “force.”
“Political parties, and their donors, have reached consensus on what benefits them – and they actively collude to shut down any conversation about it,” he alleged.
“Suddenly the United States looks very much like a one-party state,” added Carlson. “That’s a depressing realization.”

Boom Tucker going to the heart of it.. it’s a UniParty. People have woken up to this so the jig is up.
The censorship & heavy handedness is a sign of their weakness not strength. The more they slam their iron fist of tyranny… more people wake up & realize the truth.
    — Melissa Tate (@TheRightMelissa) April 27, 2023

But, there is a glimmer of hope Carlson contends.
“It’s not permanent. Our current orthodoxies won’t last. They’re braindead,” he said. “No one actually believes them.”
“The people in charge know this, and it’s why they are hysterical and aggressive – they’re afraid. They’ve given up persuasion: they are resorting to force.”

Great message @TuckerCarlson — there are some reporters who gave up everything to say true things many years ago. Looking forward to see where you land. https://t.co/Gc5bxr75mD
    — LIZ CROKIN (@LizCrokin) April 27, 2023

Tucker then suggested honest people would prevail in the end and foreshadowed what the future might hold.
“When honest people say what’s true, calmly and without embarrassment, they become powerful,” he said. “At the same time, the liars who have been trying to silence them shrink, and they become weaker.”
“That’s the iron law of the universe: true things prevail.”
“Where can you still find Americans saying true things?” Carlson asked. “There aren’t many places left, but there are some.”

Tucker’s not going away! Fox soon will.

    What’s Next For Tucker?
While his future is still up in the air, Tucker Carlson’s short video seems to have been a direct shot at Fox News.
The video was released on Twitter at 8:01, almost exactly the same start time as his former “Tucker Carlson Tonight” show.
It seems like a direct shot at those filling in for him at the network. And the video monologue, timing at just over two minutes, earned a whopping 35.8 million views on Twitter as of early this morning.
By contrast, the 8 p.m. slot with a fill-in host on Fox News earned just 1.7 million viewers.

Two Tuesdays ago, Tucker had 3.2 million viewers.
Kilmeade last night had 1.7 million.
Fox also trailed CNN and MSNBC in the 25-54 demo, which Tucker always dominated.https://t.co/aDwkxcdaDT
    — Greg Price (@greg_price11) April 26, 2023

Maybe that’s the place where Americans can still say “true things.” Maybe we’ll get video commentary every night on Elon Musk’s Twitter.
We certainly know that truth can’t be spoken on any of the major news networks. Fox used to allow it to a degree, but I’m not so sure that’s still the case.

  • Mostly Empty Office Tower for Sale in San Francisco is a Preview of a Coming Crisis in Commercial Real Estate

Mostly Empty Office Tower for Sale in San Francisco is a Preview of a Coming Crisis in Commercial Real Estate

Remember before the pandemic, when millions of Americans would commute to work and do their jobs in office buildings?
Some people still do that, but not nearly as many that did before COVID. Lots of people discovered that they could do their jobs remotely and liked the convenience of working from home.
Now there are office buildings in cities across the country that are sitting, mostly empty. What is going to happen to these properties? Who is going to buy and maintain them, and for what purpose?
There is an office tower in San Francisco that is currently up for sale and it offers a preview of what is coming to financial districts everywhere.
    The Wall Street Journal reports:
Fire Sale: $300 Million San Francisco Office Tower, Mostly Empty. Open to Offers.
Before the pandemic, San Francisco’s California Street was home to some of the world’s most valuable commercial real estate. The corridor runs through the heart of the city’s financial district and is lined with offices for banks and other companies that help fuel the global tech economy.
One building, a 22-story glass and stone tower at 350 California Street, was worth around $300 million in 2019, according to office broker estimates.
That building now is for sale, with bids due soon. They are expected to come in at about $60 million, commercial real-estate brokers say. That’s an 80% decline in value in just four years.
This is how dire things have become in San Francisco, an extreme form of a challenge nationwide. Nearly every large U.S. city is struggling, to some degree, with reduced office-worker turnout since the pandemic spurred remote work. No market was hit harder than San Francisco, for reasons including its high costs, reliance on a tech industry quick to embrace hybrid work, and quality-of-life issues such as crime and homelessness.
Many of the city’s most prominent corporate tenants, from Salesforce Inc. to Facebook parent Meta Platforms Inc., are flooding the office market with space for sublet rather than waiting for their leases to expire. The lack of office workers is rippling throughout the financial district, leading restaurants, retailers and other small businesses to lay off employees or close.
Nearly 30% of San Francisco’s office space is vacant, which is more than seven times the rate before the pandemic hit, and the biggest increase of any major U.S. city, according to commercial real estate services firm CBRE Group Inc.
This problem is not unique to San Francisco.
Every city in the country has empty office buildings and no one is lining up to buy or lease them.
This could become a really big problem in the near future.

Is the commercial real estate implosion beginning in San Francisco?
Work from home and high crime sending office building potentially down 80% in value.https://t.co/2269ncFd8C

  • DOJ Fights to Stop Guo Wengui from Testifying in Pras Michel Trial

DOJ Fights to Stop Guo Wengui from Testifying in Pras Michel Trial

(Note: This is a sponsored post from NewNoah. The opinions expressed are those of the author and not necessarily those of Gateway Pundit)

    by Kelly John Walker
What Does Guo Wengui (Miles Guo) Know?
Chinese Whistleblower, Mr. Miles Guo knows too much. He can name names of those within the U.S. Justice Department who have colluded with the corrupt Chinese Communist Party (CCP). In fact, Guo has key information Congress must have in its fight to rid the DOJ of CCP infiltration and corruption.
It is because of what he knows that Guo is presently sitting in a federal gulag, denied bail and denied due process. Simply put, Miles Guo is a threat to the criminally treasonous among us—a threat to be neutralized at all costs.
Currently, Guo is being prevented by the crooked DOJ from testifying in the March 27
Trial of Pras Michel, a former member of musical group The Fugees, who is charged by the DOJ for illegally influencing the White House and the DOJ to send Miles Guo back to China. Michel was paid more than $100 million by the CCP as a “bounty hunter” to destroy their #1 enemy, Guo. (The CCP wants Guo so desperately, that Xi Xinping made a request in person for President Donald J. Trump to expedite him.)
Not coincidentally, shortly after Mr. Guo began exposing the criminal activities of the CCP, as well as naming those colluding with them within the DOJ in 2017, Michel introduced George Higginbathom, then a senior official at the DOJ, to millionaire Malaysian playboy Jho Low and members of the CCP. In July of that year, Michel arranged for Higginbathom to meet with the Chinese Ambassador Cui Tiankai in Washington to discuss their illegal plan to send Miles Guo back to communist China. Michel also traveled with Higginbathom, former RNC Finance Chairman Elliot Broidy, and Broidy’s Associate Nickie Davis to Shen Zhen, China in 2017 to meet with Vice Minister of Public Security Sun Lijun.
Knowing full well that Pras Michel is scheduled to go on trial March 27, the DOJ arrested Guo on March 15th, 2023, effectively quashing testimony that would reveal the true identities of those inside DOJ who are working for the CCP. (The arrest also happened just days after a group of Chinese Whistleblowers concluded two trips lobbying members of Congress to investigate.)
Even after Miles Guo’s arrest, when Michel’s lawyer asked the court to allow Miles Guo to testify, the CCP-infiltrated DOJ refused to let Miles Guo testify. Why would they deny Michel what he believes could be exculpatory evidence and what are they so scared of? Michel even made a request to delay his trial when he learned of Guo’s arrest—that’s how important Guo’s testimony is!
With past convictions of DOJ players already on record for their attempts to carry out the CCP’s evil plan to extradite Guo, how is the DOJ itself controlling trials that could further implicate them? This is a massive coverup and conflict of interest.
At the heart of the distorted drama is the scheming, ruthlessly unscrupulous Chinese Communist Party (CCP). In their relentless quest to silence, discredit, and extradite Miles Guo, they have orchestrated elaborate schemes involving multiple high-profile international players. U.S. government officials, foreign agencies, prominent law firms—even celebrities—have been drawn into this whirling dervish of espionage, intrigue, extortion, and influence peddling.
But the malevolent collectivist dragon isn’t really after Miles Guo. He is merely standing in their way by exposing their “unrestricted warfare” tactics to the world. Their ultimate target is America, and their goal is to destroy and replace it as the world’s superpower.
The finale that the CCP envisions for this elaborate shadow play involves the destruction of the United States of America and the forced contamination of the world by communism. The intended end of this real-life movie is the worldwide obliteration of freedom and the absolute control of lives across the globe by the CCP machine.
Make no mistake—this is the CCP waging a war of deception on the United States of America, in a form many here are only beginning to understand. It is time to present the playbook of this distorted, farcical play to the eyes of the waiting world and pull back the curtain on decades of deceit.
We must demand Miles Guo be allowed to testify in Pras Michel’s trial to reveal the true depth of the CCP’s infiltration inside DOJ.
    Free Miles Guo!
