According to sources close to the conservative commentator Tucker Carlson, Axios on Sunday claimed that Carlson is prepared to launch an assault on Rupert Murdoch’s Fox News if the network does not let him out of his contract.
Just hours before his planned airtime, Fox sacked its top anchor last month. However, Fox has not freed Carlson from his $20 million per year contract, which prevents him from working for any company in the sector until January 2025.

Carlson has hired entertainment attorney Bryan Freedman to negotiate an end to the contract, despite the fact that he hasn’t made any public statements about his resignation or his future plans other than a two-minute Twitter video in which he promised to see his followers “soon.” The newsman is losing patience with the network, according to sources who claim to be close to him.
“His crew is getting ready for battle. He wants his independence,” a ‘close friend of Carlson’s’ told Axios, saying that although Carlson had earlier declared his desire to “get this done quietly and clean,” his team was now “moving from peacetime to Defcon 1.”
The conservative hero “knows where a lot of bodies are buried, and is ready to start drawing a map,” another intimate source said.
According to reports, Carlson’s media friends are ready to attack Fox, and organizations like the cable network Newsmax and the video platform Rumble have allegedly promised to pay him even more than Fox did. Elon Musk, the billionaire CEO of Twitter, is allegedly also intrigued, but they have not yet discussed the specifics of any deal.

It is utterly absurd, according to Freedman, that anybody would want to quiet Tucker and stop him from speaking to his audience.
In the week after Carlson’s termination, the network lost roughly half of its viewers in the 8 o’clock time slot, and ratings for the network’s other programs have also sharply dropped – notably in the 25-54 age range that advertisers find to be most attractive. Over 3 million people watched Carlson’s show each night, significantly more than the second most popular program.
The precise cause of Carlson’s dismissal remains a secret. The New York Times and other media critics cite one of the anchor’s hacked texts in which he confessed to enjoying watching video of an antifa protester getting pummelled by a group despite the fact that this is not “how white men fight,” then acknowledged the protester’s humanity.
Other communications that have emerged show that Carlson did not agree with the assertion that Democrat Joe Biden was receiving flipped votes from Dominion Voting Systems. Just days before letting the anchor go, Fox paid $787 million to resolve Dominion’s slander case.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – A Brazilian doctor is under investigation after allegedly ripping the head off the baby of 33-year-old Ranielly Coelho Santos while her husband watched during the delivery of their baby in the Hospital das Clinicas da UFMG, in the Santa Efigenia neighborhood of Belo Horizonte, the capital of Minas Gerais state.

According to reports, Mrs. Santos was admitted to the hospital on April 28. Her labor was induced prior to the unnamed obstetrician arriving in the delivery room. The obstetrician reportedly called the father closer to observe the birth, and that’s when he climbed up on the pregnant woman’s belly and pulled their baby’s head off during the delivery.
New York Post reports – The doctor put pressure on her belly, tried to remove the baby’s body quickly, and “ripped off the child’s head,” the devastated dad told police.
He told investigators that he even saw the baby blinking and moving her mouth, which he said was proof she was alive at the time.
According to the Daily Mail – The family of the dead baby say that the girl was alive when she started to emerge and that after the traumatic incident, the hospital tried to pressure them into signing documents that would cover up what had happened.
Ranielly Coelho Santos, the baby’s mother, launched a complaint with the police two days after the failed delivery of her child. Officers are now investigating the shock death of the infant.
Ms. Santos, 34, who already has a nine-year-old daughter, was taken to the hospital on April 24, 28 weeks into her pregnancy, over concerns about her high blood pressure, before doctors induced labor seven days later.
The hospital told Itatiaia that it ‘deeply regretted’ the case and said they would ‘make every effort to investigate the facts’ while awaiting the autopsy report.
The hospital has allegedly agreed to cover the costs of the baby’s funeral, but only if the family signs a waiver to release them of any wrongdoing related to the death of their baby. The family has refused to sign the waiver and is asking for an autopsy,
The doctor is currently under investigation.

Last November, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) declared an invasion on the Texas border with Mexico, invoking the U.S. and Texas constitutions.
Millions of illegal aliens have crossed the U.S. southern border with Mexico since Joe Biden assumed the presidency on January 20, 2021, and threw out President Trump’s successful policies that had secured the border.
On Sunday evening, hundreds of illegal immigrants were seen in a long line in Brownsville, Texas, after crossing the border from Mexico days before the end of Title 42.
According to FOX correspondent Bill Melugin, most of those who had recently arrived appeared to be single adults. Many others in line appeared to be carrying nothing more than a small plastic bag containing essential documents.

Kari Lake and her attorneys appeared in a Maricopa County Superior Court status conference earlier today outlining the schedule for the remanded fraudulent signature verification claim.
Judge Peter Thompson previously dismissed the lawsuit on Christmas Eve, despite the evidence of massive voter disenfranchisement targeting Republicans and obviously false trial testimony by County Elections officials.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, The Arizona Supreme Court ruled in Lake’s favor and remanded the “erroneous[ly]” dismissed signature verification fraud count back to the trial court for further review; however, Maricopa County still refuses to allow her legal team or We The People AZ Alliance to review ballot affidavit signatures from the 2022 Election. Lake’s attorneys plan to petition to “inspect the ballots verified by Maricopa, based on new evidence that came to light in 2023″ in Thompson’s reconsideration of Count III on signature verification. 
Additionally, the latest Motion by Lake’s attorneys states, “Lake is also contemplating a motion to reconsider the dismissal of Count IV (logic-and-accuracy testing) under ARCP 60(b)(3) within the same likely time frame as the proceedings remand. Indeed, she may also bring a new and separate action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and state law to press her federal and Arizona constitutional claims.”
Kari Lake attorney Kurt Olsen today made a bombshell claim while asking for the reconsideration of counts relating to machine failures on election day, stating that “Maricopa officials conducted secret testing on the tabulators on October 14th, 17th, and 18th” after the County’s Logic and Accuracy tests. Olsen further stated that “260 of those 446 tabulators failed” but were “then used in the election.”
Maricopa County’s Logic and Accuracy(L&A) tests were performed on October 11, 2022.

According to the Elections Procedures Manual, “counties may, in their discretion, conduct additional pre-election L&A tests prior to the county’s and Secretary of State’s pre-election L&A test and/or additional post- election L&A tests after the county’s post-election L&A test, including with participation from representatives of the recognized political parties. If the County conducted further testing after their L&A test without party representatives and public notice, this would likely be illegal.

During the conference Lake attorney Kurt Olson asked for more time to prepare for a case and bring in expert witnesses from out of state, but Attorneys for Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County wanted to expedite the trial bogus excuses such as saving  resources. They are terrified that Lake’s attorneys will have time to bring a solid case with expert witnesses.
Thompson tentatively scheduled a three-day trial next week beginning on May 17. The trial will occur on May 17th, 18th, and 19th.
Counsel will be required to disclose who will testify, what opinions they will state, and what basis they have prior to trial.
Judge Thompson indicated that the new evidence could be introduced, and other counts in the lawsuit may be reconsidered. Motions for Reconsideration, Responses, and Replies are expected in the coming days.
Lake attorneys are also expected to file a motion to consolidate the issue of lawful public records requests that the County has denied tomorrow.

Olsen: We have had teams of experts reviewing cyber data, which was quite extensive, to prepare this report. In addition, underpinning this report are the findings from the McGregor report, which was issued on April 10 that also required integration and evaluation into the motion for reconsideration on the tabulator claim.
There were extraordinary findings of misconduct that are directly related to the Court’s findings in its December 24, ’22 Order, dismissing that claim. The issues are of such an extensive nature; they show that Maricopa officials conducted secret testing on the tabulators on October 14th, 17th, and 18th. That’s after the logic and accuracy test was certified. 260 of those 446 tabulators failed that secret testing, and those tabulators were then used in the election.

Peter Flaherty, chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), had his microphone cut, arrested, and escorted out of the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting on Saturday in Omaha, Nebraska.
Flaherty was removed at the shareholders’ meeting and was charged with “criminal trespass” after making statements against Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett for his support for Bill Gates’ organization and his association with convicted felon Jeffrey Epstein.
The National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) is the primary proponent of a Berkshire Hathaway shareholder proposal that seeks to separate the responsibilities of the Chairman and CEO, according to NLPC’s press release.
Flaherty argued that Berkshire “would be less identified with Mr. Buffett’s personal political activities” if it had an independent chair, citing Warren Buffett’s support for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as an example.
Each resolution sponsor was allotted three minutes to make their argument. Michael Frerichs, the Treasurer of Illinois, was one of three speakers who spoke before Flaherty without being cut off.
The following is the prepared statement that NLPC Chairman Peter Flaherty wants to make at the Berkshire annual meeting.
I am Peter Flaherty, Chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center.
If we had an independent chair, the Company would be less identified with Mr. Buffett’s political activities.
He’s donated more than $100 billion to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. As Bill Gates explained when the couple was still together, “although the foundation bears our names, basically half our resources have come from Warren Buffett.”
If “woke” culture is a disease, then philanthropy is the virus.
The Gates Foundation bankrolls the teaching of Critical Race Theory around the country, including that math is inherently racist.
The Gates Foundation offers a Gender Identity Toolbox, which asserts that gender is the result of “socially and culturally constructed ideas.”
This is a lie. Gender is not a cultural construct. It is a genetic and biological fact.
We know how much Bill Gates cares about children. He met and traveled with Jeffrey Epstein MANY times AFTER Epstein was convicted of sex crimes.
The Gates Foundation had a huge influence over the COVID response fiasco. Bill Gates defended China’s COVID policies and still discounts the possibility that the virus originated from a lab, even though U.S. intelligence agencies disagree.
The Gates Foundation may be the largest single donor to the “dark money” machine known as Arabella Associates which funds causes like defunding the police that are making American cities unlivable.
Money goes, too, to groups conducting threatening and vulgar protests at their homes of Supreme Court Justices.
Mr. Buffett has quietly funneled more than $4 billion to groups supporting abortion on demand through the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation.
That’s $4 billion, with a B. Advocacy disguised as philanthropy.
Bill Gates has lamented political polarization and even worried aloud about a civil war. But it is billionaires who are funding the most shrill and extreme activists who are tearing our country apart.
Ironically, Mr. Buffett has pointed out that corporate executives can make a lot of people mad when they insert themselves into controversy.
Anheuser-Busch is finding that out. It cannot renounce its Dylan Mulvaney transgender promotion because it is handcuffed by its longtime support for activists who would turn on them in a minute.
Anheuser-Busch gets a perfect grade on the Human Rights Campaign scorecard, as do Berkshire portfolio companies like Coca-Cola, Bank of America, and Apple.
Bank of America and Apple help bankroll this group, which wants biological men to compete in women’s sports.
Worse, it is currently pressuring state legislatures to allow sex change operations on children, and to keep their parents out of the decision.
Let’s revisit Coca-Cola, which I discussed at last year’s meeting. CEO James Quincey, a British citizen, tried to kill Georgia’s voter integrity law in 2021 by making inaccurate and inflammatory statements about it.
That’s the law that President Biden called “Jim Crow 2.0,” and which prompted Major League Baseball to move the All-Star game out of Atlanta.
Mr. Buffett jumped on the bandwagon, too, by signing a statement by corporate leaders suggesting that Republicans seek to restrict ballot access based on race.
Two years later, we can now evaluate that accusation.
Last year, an election was held in Georgia. Turnout was record breaking. According to an independent poll, 99% of voters said they had “no problem” casting ballots. 92% said the new law either had no impact on their ability to vote or made it easier.
James Quincey was wrong, and Mr. Buffett, so were you.
During the first minute of his speech, he was approached and interrupted at the microphone.
Cathy Woollums, a Berkshire official who was a designated liaison with proponents for the meeting told Flaherty that he should stay “on topic.”
Flaherty stated into the microphone, “You are not going to censor what I say, ma’am. I’m very sorry. And I appeal to the Chair (occupied by Buffett) that I be allowed to continue sir.
Buffett responded, “You may continue but under the three-minute limitation. Flaherty stated, “Of course,” and resumed speaking until when his mike went dead.

“Immediately, two representatives of Clark International Security approached and stood in front of Flaherty,” according to NLPC’s press release. “He was told to leave or he would be arrested. Flaherty replied that he would leave when he finished his statement. At this point, Flaherty was not fully aware that his mic had been cut, was still under the three-minute limitation, and had already received a favorable ruling from the chair.”
Flaherty was charged with criminal trespass by Omaha police.
“One of the Clark representatives summoned a uniformed Omaha policeman who was nearby and requested that he arrest Flaherty. He grabbed Flaherty by the arm, advised him that he was under arrest, and led him from the arena. Flaherty was transported by Omaha police to the Douglas County Corrections Center where he was searched, handcuffed, and charged with criminal trespass.”

The feds are investigating whether Dallas mall mass shooter Mauricio Garcia expressed interest in white supremacy.

The Washington Post over the weekend floated the idea that the Hispanic shooter may have had ‘Neo-Nazi’ beliefs.

Now the feds are investigating Mauricio Garcia’s possible white supremacy ties.
The Associated Press reported:
Federal officials are looking into whether the gunman who killed eight people at a Dallas-area mall expressed an interest in white supremacist ideology Sunday as they work to discern a motive for the attack, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press. The official cautioned the investigation is in its early stages.
Federal agents have been reviewing social media accounts they believe were used by Mauricio Garcia, 33, and posts that expressed interest in white supremacist and neo-Nazi views, said the official, who could not discuss details of the investigation publicly and spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity.
Garcia also had a patch on his chest when he was killed by police that read “RWDS,” an acronym for the phrase “Right Wing Death Squad,” which is popular among right-wing extremists and white supremacy groups, the official said.
In addition to reviewing social media posts, federal agents have interviewed family members and associates of Garcia to ask about his ideological beliefs, the official said. Investigators are also reviewing financial records, other online posts they believe Garcia made and other electronic media, according to the official.

One brand of at-home COVID-19 test is being recalled amid a warning from the Food and Drug Administration that the test could lead to a bacterial infection.
SD Biosensor, Inc. Pilot COVID-19 At-Home Tests, distributed by Roche Diagnostics should be thrown out, according to a new release on the FDA’s website, which lists 44 affected lot numbers.
The FDA reported that about 500,000 tests were distributed to CVS Health. Another 16,000 tests were distributed to Amazon. The FDA said it is not clear how many units were sold.
None of the tests that have been recalled were distributed by the federal government through COVID.gov/tests – Free at-home COVID-19 tests or any other testing program, the FDA said.

The FDA warning said that anyone who bought a kit that has the affected lot numbers listed on the FDA website should throw the entire kit in the trash. The FDA warns against exposure to a liquid solution in the kit and said that if contact takes place between the liquid and either skin or eyes, the point of contact should be flushed with water.
The liquid in the affected lots has been contaminated with organisms such as Enterococcus, Enterobacter, Klebsiella and Serratia species of bacteria.
Although the liquid is in a tube in the kits, contact is possible while using the kit.
The FDA wanted that infection from the bacteria “may cause illness in people with weakened immune systems or those with direct exposure to the contaminated liquid solution through standard handling, accidental spills, or misuse of the product.”
That’s not all, the FDA said. Test results may also be inaccurate.
The FDA warned that both false negative tests, in which the person has COVID-19 but it is not detected, and false positives, in which an individual does not have COVID-19 but is shown on the test to be infected, are possible.
The FDA also advised doctors who have used the test within the past two weeks to have the individual re-tested.
“SD Biosensor Inc., the manufacturer of the Pilot COVID-19 At-Home Test, informed Roche that this issue was identified during routine quality assurance testing. Potentially harmful bacteria were found in the liquid buffer solution,” Roche said in a statement, according to CBS.
Evie Baik, a representative of SD Biosensor, said in a statement that the infection stems from an issue with raw materials from a supplier.
“To date, no such illness has been reported and to date no impact on performance has been confirmed,” Baik said.
This is not the first recall of the year for at-home COVID-19 tests. In February, more than 56,000 COVID-19 antigen rapid tests were recalled, according to Fox Business.
The Skippack Medical Lab SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Kits produced by Universal Meditech Inc., “potentially could result in inaccurate test results due to lack of performance evaluation by the FDA,” the recall notice said.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the Manhattan Church of St. Paul the Apostle currently hosts a shocking exhibit called “God is Trans: A Queer Spiritual Journey.
The archbishop of New York has now launched an investigation into the display at a “very liberal” Manhattan church for its ‘God is Trans’ exhibit.
The three paintings by artist Adah Unachukwu depicting the spiritual journey of an LGBTQ+ person caused a stir when it was displayed at the ultra-woke Church of St. Paul the Apostle in Manhattan on Sunday.
The “God is Trans: A Queer Spiritual Journey” exhibit which was displayed next to the altar at the Church of Saint Paul the Apostle has angered some members of the church since it contradicts the Catholic Church’s position on transgender people.
“God is Trans maps the queer spiritual journey by three significant points: Sacrifice, Identity, and Communion,” according to the exhibit detail.
“The painting Sacrifice and its complementary act in the film speak to the need to shed an old life and personhood in order to be able to focus on your spiritual need. There is no devil; just past selves. Identity is the most impactful part of the exhibition. What does holiness look like? What does your god look like? Are these two portrayals that can be merged? Finally, Communion rounds out the spiritual journey, by placing God and the mortal on the same plane to speak to one another. This part of the installation is about a spiritual home and the ways we can achieve this home in our everyday lives.”
A member of the church who wishes to remain anonymous expressed concern to the New York Post that the church has gone too far in the pursuit of its liberal “agenda.”
“The church should not be promoting this,” the unnamed person told the outlet. “I understand there are transgender people. I pray for all people but enough is enough. It seems like they are trying to force the agenda on others.”
The person claimed that priests refused to answer questions regarding the exhibit.
“Also, when a friend asked a priest about this they didn’t answer. You can’t put this out on the altar and then hide. That’s what gets the church in trouble.”
The Archdiocese of New York was not aware of the display until it was brought to its attention by the media, a spokesperson told Newsweek, adding they are now looking into it.
“We had no knowledge of it beforehand,” the spokesperson said. “If media reports are accurate, then we would have concerns. We are investigating and looking to speak with the pastor of the parish to get more information.”

The display by artist Adah Unachukwu is described as a queer spiritual journey in three steps: Sacrifice, Identity and Communion.
According to the exhibit, Sacrifice represents the need to “shed an old life.” Identity is described as “the most impactful part” of the display, asking the question, ‘What does holiness look like?’
Communion places “God and the mortal on the same plane.”
While some took offense, others saw it as representative of the traditionally liberal Big Apple parish.
The Vatican believes that gender is assigned at birth and opposes gender reassignment, but concedes that the view of the transgender community can vary from parish to parish.
Unachukwu could not be reached on Sunday.
