The Daily Mail reported on Wednesday that a so-called judge named Clifford Brown ordered Sgt. Daniel Perry jailed for an insane 25 years.
Perry killed a deranged Black Lives Matter-Antifa protester named Garrett Foster in self-defense during the George Floyd riots in Austin in July 2020.
Actual rapists and murderers often get more lenient sentences than this!
This is exactly the sentence morally corrupt prosecutor Guillermo Gonzalez wanted. He claimed without evidence that Perry is “a loaded gun, ready to go off at any moment”
Cristina Laila reported last month that a corrupt far-left jury convicted this American hero of murder. Perry was previously indicted for murder in 2021.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott said that he intends to pardon Perry, but this is not a guarantee. As the Mail notes,the state constitution limits Abbott to a pardon only on the recommendation by the state Board of Pardons and Paroles.
Here are the cold hard facts proving that Perry is completely innocent (h/t Laila):
In the summer of 2020, police confirmed that two people fired shots during an fight in Austin between a motorist and a Black Lives Matter-Antifa protester. The protester was shot and killed during the altercation.
Police say that the man who was killed, Garrett Foster, was armed and confronted the vehicle — but was not the other person who fired shots (meaning Perry).
The Austin Police announced during a late-night press conference in July 2020 that Foster was carrying a rifle and may have approached the vehicle prior to the shooting.
Prior to being fatally shot, Garrett Foster said on camera that the “people who hate us” are “too big of p-ssies to actually do anything about it” when asked why he was carrying a rifle.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Sanchez reportedly harassed Rogers in the Arizona Senate, made multiple visits to Rogers and her neighbors’ homes, and harassed neighbors with questions about where the Senator lives. The Gateway Pundit reported that a Judge ruled if she attempts to contact the Senator again, she “may be arrested and prosecuted.”

Senator Rogers’ neighbors reported the strange activity after being approached by reporters. Rogers also caught the reporters on her front door cameras.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, The Arizona Capitol Times released a statement regarding the injunction against one of their reporters for stalking and harassing GOP Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers after the reporter showed up at her home and questioned her neighbors.
They indicated that they would challenge the injunction, calling it “baseless and an unconstitutional prior restraint,” despite the reporter’s creepy newsgathering practice.
Imagine if this were a Gateway Pundit reporter showing up at the homes of Democratic officials who have repeatedly run away from our questions in public spaces. The biased leftwing media would have a field day celebrating the court’s decision.
Rogers has a home in Maricopa County and a home in her district in Flagstaff, Arizona. Like most legislators who live far away from the Arizona Capitol, Rogers stays at her Phoenix-area home when the legislature is in session.
The Gateway Pundit has reviewed multiple documents which list Rogers’ Flagstaff home as a primary residence, including her driver’s license, pilot’s license, voter ID, Arizona fishing license, and an American Legion membership card. It is well known that Rogers owns multiple properties in the State and travels across the State representing her constituents in a district comprising four Arizona Counties.
This is further evidenced by a public 2020 campaign finance complaint against Rogers, which was dismissed after an investigation by the Secretary of State’s office found “no evidence” that Rogers failed to list her proper residential address as a candidate for State Senate.
The hearing today begins at 1:30 pm local time in the Senator’s city of residence, Flagstaff, Arizona.

An explosive argument broke out on Fox News Tuesday between contributors Leo Terrell and Geraldo “Empty Vault” Rivera. The result was a first round knockout for Terrell, who is a major Trump supporter.
Terrell and Rivera were debating a Manhattan jury’s unjust verdict finding President Donald Trump liable of defamation and sexual battery in a civil case brought forth by E. Jean Carroll. Trump was ordered to pay $5 million.
In 2019, E. Jean Carroll alleged Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990’s. No actual evidence was ever presented to jury proving her claims, however.
Her entire lawsuit was funded by LinkedIn founder Reed Hoffmann, a billionaire Democrat donor.
As TGP’s Cristina Laila noted, Trump was found not guilty of the most serious charge: rape.
Terrell focused on this last part in his righteous defense of the former president.
This woman went around on left-wing media and said she was raped. With the lowest standard of evidence, preponderance of evidence, the jury said ‘no, that’s not true. We do not believe you.’ That’s a major, major concession and she lost on her biggest claim, the rape charge.
Trump supporters are looking at this case as another witch hunt. The totality of all the civil criminal cases against Donald Trump for one reason only, they don’t want this man to run for president.
Rivera responded by accusing Terrell of playing down the garbage verdict and taking a cheap shot against Trump. He claimed the jury’s verdict would have serious consequences for Trump. He also confused Disney World with Disneyland.
A woman in New York, or a New York jury, has found you liable for doing it. Can you imagine being that finger in your face?
Is it this — this pales in comparison to a, you know, politically charged Disneyland that the president can level at DeSantis. This is very, very serious.
To minimalize a charge of sexual battery in this day and age, I think that you’re, uh, uh, being naïve. In the same way the President wass being arrogant, you are being arrogant, Leo.

Terrell fired back with an epic tour de force.
You attack Trump, you attack 75 million Trump supporters. That’s why all these other candidates are walking a fine line.
Here’s the key point: Mar-a-Lago raid, historic. Two impeachments, historic. Criminal charges, historic. A civil case. And guess what? His numbers keep going up.
What does that tell you, Geraldo? What does that tell the other candidates?”
The numbers bear out Terrell’s claims. The latest ABC News/Washington Post poll shows Trump jumping out to a six point lead over Joe Biden.
Terrell went on to hail the “magic” of Trump.
Trump is popular with the everyday people. Maybe not inside the Beltway, Martha, I’ll give you that, but the everyday people — no candidate on this planet can rally 40 or 50 thousand people on a weekend when he calls for a rally. That’s the magic of Donald Trump.
By the end of Terrell’s complete evisceration, Rivera was forced to acknowledge Trump’s magic but but weakly insisted without evidence that the verdict was going to be “a bridge too far” for the American voters.
One remaining question: why are national Republicans not defending Trump with the same fire as Terrell?

Rep. George Santos wouldn’t resign from Congress so the feds arrested him.
GOP Rep. George Santos surrendered at the courthouse in Central Islip, New York on Wednesday.
The federal grand jury returned a 13-count indictment.
Santos was charged with “seven counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, one count of theft of public funds, and two counts of making materially false statements to the House of Representatives.” WABC reported.
Santos is facing up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
George Santos pleaded not guilty to all the charges and was released on $500,000 bond after his arraignment.

According to the indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, Santos was overcharged by zealous government prosecutors.
Santos was hit with five counts for wire fraud for engaging in a political contribution solicitation scheme.
The lawmaker was charged for each email or text message sent to potential political supporters (screenshot below):

Counts 6-8 were for unlawful money transactions over $10,000.

Counts 10 and 11 were for wire fraud related to unemployment benefits.
The feds allege Santos collected $24,741 in Covid relief benefits while he was gainfully employed making $120,000 salary.
Santos was hit with two counts – one for each $564 payment through interstate wires.
$564 payment!!

Counts 12 and 13 are related to Santos’ alleged false statements to the House of Representatives.
Santos also allegedly made false statements to the House of Representatives about his finances. He allegedly overstated his income while lying about an investment.
“This indictment seeks to hold Santos accountable for various alleged fraudulent schemes and brazen misrepresentations,” stated United States Attorney Breon Peace. “Taken together, the allegations in the indictment charge Santos with relying on repeated dishonesty and deception to ascend to the halls of Congress and enrich himself. He used political contributions to line his pockets, unlawfully applied for unemployment benefits that should have gone to New Yorkers who had lost their jobs due to the pandemic, and lied to the House of Representatives. My Office and our law enforcement partners will continue to aggressively root out corruption and self-dealing from our community’s public institutions and hold public officials accountable to the constituents who elected them.”

In December of 2022, The Gateway Pundit reported that Politico’s Natasha Bertrand lied in the title of her still-published Politico Biden campaign cover story: “Hunter Biden Story is Russian Disinfo, Dozens of Former Intel Officials Say.”
The basis of Gateway Pundit’s article at the time was derived from DNI John Ratcliffe’s statements refuting the Russian ties and corroborated by the FBI at the time, as per a tweet from (at the time) Deputy DNI Cliff Sims.

This morning, however, the Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released their interim report on the “Spies Who Lie” letter.  In it, we find that Politico was the third news outlet that former Deputy Chief of Staff to John Brennan, Nick Shapiro, reached out to to run the Blinken-inspired rebuttal to the NY Post story on Hunter Biden’s laptop at the request of Michael Morrell.

In that report, we learned that Michael Morrell, the “organizer” of the “Spies Who Lie” letter, didn’t believe DNI Ratcliffe, who had access to classified information as the top spy chief in the United States at the time.  Morrell made this assessment based on him having “much more experience” and “internet searches” on the topic.

However, despite Morrell’s denial of Ratcliffe’s assessment (the FBI claimed they had “nothing to add at this time” to Ratcliffe’s statement), Morrell emailed Shapiro, who then sent it to Bertrand, with explicit instructions that “Off The Record: We are not making a call on whether the materials are true or not, just that we believe Moscow played a role in getting the information out.” 
Once the disinformation Politico piece was published, not only was there no known effort to correct Bertrand on the article, the “Spies who Lie” actually celebrated their accomplishment, specifically citing the “nice job” Politico did on the article!

The Politico disinformation article was spread by Jen Psaki and other supporters of the Biden campaign.  None were censored for spreading false information.
 

While the Federal Government and other non-profits continue an effort to silence “Mis- and disinformation” from conservative sites such as The Gateway Pundit, blatant disregard of statements and claims directly from the source is ignored by a Politico writer in a seeming effort to garner views and promote a political agenda.
It is likely that an article titled “Hunter Biden Story is Russian Disinfo” had an impact on the American populace in regards to the 2020 Election.  Polls have claimed that as much as 17% of Biden voters wouldn’t have voted for him had the Hunter laptop been confirmed and not suppressed.  Rep. Elise Stefanik claims that number is as high as 53%.
