Rudy Giuliani and his ‘former employee’ Noelle Dunphy

A woman who alleges to be a former employee of Rudy Giuliani is suing the former NYC Mayor for sexual harassment and wage theft.
Noelle Dunphy, 43, alleged in her lawsuit that Rudy Giuliani, 78, hired her in January 2019 to help him with ‘business development’ and offered her a $1 million a year salary.
Dunphy claimed in the 70-page complaint that Rudy Giuliani never paid her the salary he promised her.
It appears Dunphy may just be a disgruntled former lover looking for a payday.
Dunphy and Giuliani apparently had a romantic relationship while Giuliani was going through a divorce and now the woman is suing for $10 million in damages!
“He was constantly pressuring her, making sexual comments, sexual remarks, to her, about her, about himself. When they were supposed to be working he would, as our client alleges, he would then grope her and try to initiate sexual contact,” Dunphy’s attorney Justin Kelton said.
A rep for Giuliani said the Dunphy is just trying to extort the former NYC Mayor.
“Giuliani’s representative, who asked not to be named so they could speak candidly, said he dated Dunphy for a while, but denied she was employed by him or his entities.” New York Daily News reported.
According to Giuliani’s rep, Dunphy and Giuliani dated for a while…now she wants $10 million.
Dunphy alleges Giuliani took Viagra constantly and would ask her for sexual favors in the office or hotel rooms.
“He made clear that satisfying his sexual demands — which came virtually anytime, anywhere — was an absolute requirement of her employment and of his legal representation. Giuliani began requiring Ms. Dunphy to work at his home and out of hotel rooms, so that she would be at his beck and call. He drank morning, noon, and night, and was frequently intoxicated, and therefore his behavior was always unpredictable,” reads the suit, alleging he “took Viagra constantly.” – New York Daily News reported.
Noelle Dunphy also alleges she has audio recordings of Giuliani saying sexist and racist comments.
Giuliani also allegedly told Dunphy to lie to the FBI and was supposedly peddling pardons for $2 million each and “splitting it with Trump.”

A former employee of Rudy Giuliani accused him of sexual assault in a mammoth Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit Monday, including allegations he demanded she perform oral sex while he was on the phone with Donald Trump and lie to the FBI.
Noelle Dunphy, a business consultant who worked for Giuliani from January 2019 through 2021 when he was then-President Trump’s lawyer, announced her intention to sue him in January. In response, Giuliani filed a demand to see a complaint.
Dunphy’s 70-page suit cites multiple audio recordings and accuses Giuliani, 78, in graphic detail of subjecting her to sexual assault and harassment throughout her employment, forcing her to engage in “violent sex” and attend work video conferences naked and work in short shorts he bought printed with an American flag.
“He often demanded oral sex while he took phone calls on speaker phone from high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump. Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that he enjoyed engaging in this conduct while on the telephone because it made him ‘feel like Bill Clinton,’” reads Dunphy’s suit.

Musician Kid Rock was among the largest donors to Marine veteran Daniel Penny as he prepares to fight for his freedom in court in regard to a deadly encounter he had on a New York City subway two weeks ago.
Penny was one of three men who subdued 30-year-old Jordan Neely on May 1 after the man had made threats and otherwise acted erratically.
Video shared online after the incident went viral and showed Penny put Neely in what proved to be a fatal chokehold.
Before Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Penny with second-degree manslaughter last week, a campaign was launched to help him cover any potential legal expenses.
Penny surrendered to police on Friday morning and was released later that day.
A GiveSendGo campaign set up for him had hauled in more than $2.1 million as of Monday afternoon. Kid Rock was among those who donated big.
The musician, whose legal name is Robert Ritchie, chipped in $5,000 and commented, “Mr. Penny is a hero. Alvin Bragg is a POS. Kid Rock.”
Fox News confirmed the donation was in fact made by the rocker.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken read a letter from Biden instead.

President Biden canceled his speech honoring fallen police officers for National Police Week, instead allegedly traveling to his granddaughter’s graduation.
Biden was slated to deliver a keynote address at the National Fraternal Order of Police’s (FOP) National Peace Officers Memorial Service on Monday as the week honoring our nation’s law enforcement officers kicked off.
The president, however, pulled out of the event seemingly at the last minute — his name had already been printed on the event program — and Attorney General Merrick Garland was sent in Biden’s stead.

Blinken read a letter from the president in his absence at the event.
Biden then called a lid in the middle of the day and refused to answer any questions after he returned to the White House.

Special Counsel John Durham finally released his report after investigating the origins of Spygate for nearly 3 years.
Durham concluded the FBI never should have launched the Trump-Russia investigation dubbed ‘Crossfire Hurricane.’
The Crossfire Hurricane investigation was based on lies conjured up by Hillary Clinton and her paid for fake Russia dossier.
Former FBI counterintel chief Peter Strzok knew it was all a lie.
Durham blasted Hillary Clinton for her “plan to stir up a scandal against US Presidential candidate Donald Trump by tying him to Putin and the Russians’ hacking of the Democratic National Committee.”
CNN couldn’t even spin this for the Deep State.
“The report is here and it has dropped…it is regardless devastating for the FBI and to a degree it does exonerate Donald Trump,” Tapper said.

If Donald Trump is re-elected, we will finally know what really happened regarding JFK’s assassination.
As reported by the Epoch Times, Trump vowed in a Monday interview with the Messenger that every single remaining file on the JFK assassination will be released to the public.
“I released a lot, as you know. And I will release everything else,” Trump told The Messenger referring to the Kennedy records.
This represents an about face from the former president, who previously told Judge Andrew Napolitano “if you saw it (JFK files), you wouldn’t want to release it either.
During his first term as President, Trump released some of the JFK documents but not all of them. The reason his administration gave at the time was “certain information should continue to be redacted because of identifiable national security, law enforcement, and foreign affairs concerns.”
About 4300 JFK file records reportedly remain redacted and blacked out.
When President Trump was asked by The Messenger whether the public should be worried anything in the unreleased files, Trump demurred.
Well, I don’t want to comment on that. But I will tell you that I have released a lot. I will release the remaining portion very early in my term.
As Gateway Pundit readers know, the issue of JFK’s assassination has reemerged into the public conscience thank to his nephew and Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Once the JFK documents are released in full and unredacted, all of the speculation will officially end. Only Trump has promised to give all this closure to Americans.

One of the lawsuits sees the territory of the American Virgin islands suing JPMorgan and Deutsche bank, accusing them of enabling and profiting from the activities of Epstein, even after he was convicted in Florida in 2008.

CNBC reports:
“The U.S. Virgin Islands issued a subpoena to Tesla boss Elon Musk seeking documents as part of that government’s lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase over sex trafficking by the bank’s longtime customer Jeffrey Epstein, a court filing revealed Monday.
That filing said the Virgin Islands has tried since late April to serve Musk with the subpoena, which was issued because Epstein ‘may have referred or attempted to refer’ Musk as a client to JPMorgan.”
Unlike many of the people involved in the lawsuits so far – such as former JPMorgan top executive and Barclay’s CEO Jes Staley, Twitter, Tesla and Space X owner Elon Musk has never been publicly associated with Epstein, so this comes as a surprise.
There was a previous moment of discomfort for Musk a few months back when a picture of him with Epstein co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell in the background resurfaced.
The billionaire explained that the now-convicted sex-offender Maxwell was photo-bombing him, trying to appear on a picture with him.
The Twitter CEO has yet to respond to the news.
