100 Percent Fed Up reports – Hollywood actor Sean Penn doesn’t think Americans should be able to own guns to protect themselves. He does, however, think Americans should open up their checkbooks and send Ukraine a blank check so they can buy weapons to protect themselves. Sounds a bit hypocritical—don’t you think?

At a charity auction for Haiti relief in 2014, Sean Penn announced that he had given up his 67-gun collection and was now an anti-gun activist.
“I’m a self-proclaimed Alpha male who owns 67 firearms,” Penn told the crowd of adoring Hollywood actors and Democrat journalists, including Andersen Cooper.
“But I’ve had my mind changed about guns by a strong woman, a beautiful South African woman.”
(Penn was referring to his girlfriend at the time, actress and anti-gun activist Charlize Theron)
“I don’t need these cowardly instruments of violence and destruction; none of us do!” Penn proclaimed as he announced that the “highest bidder” would receive a sculpture that was made out of his collection of guns.
Last month, the former anti-war activist, Sean Penn, appeared on the disgraced former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo’s show, where he attempted to explain why it’s okay for Ukraine and NATO nations to fight in a war against Russia and called for US vets to risk their lives and go to Ukraine to fight with them.

Penn also appeared with Sean Hannity on his prime-time Fox News show ten months ago, where he suggested nuclear weapons should be used against Russia.
The agnostic actor concluded his interview with Hannity by making yet another curious statement, “If there is a God, there will be vengeance, beyond all possible comprehension,” for the evil committed against Ukrainian citizens. It’s interesting to see someone who allegedly doesn’t believe in God, to warn Russians that, in the end, God will have the last word, and His fury will be great for those who’ve killed and maimed innocent Ukrainians.

The Hollywood actor appeared with Wolf Blitzer on CNN, where he praised Joe Biden for his trip to Ukraine. Penn seems to have missed the fake war sirens that blared while Joe walked gingerly to his designated (painted) spot on the cement floor for his carefully staged press conference with Ukraine President Zelenskyy or his confusion while attempting to read his prepared statements to the press.  Penn didn’t say how Biden’s trip helped the Ukrainians, just that it “helped.”
The formerly anti-war activist who’s visited and embraced some of the most brutal leaders, including Venezuela’s dictator Hugo Chavez and Mexican drug cartel kingpin El Chapo, told the CNN host that America needs to send “more long-range precision weapons” and “fighter jets” to Ukraine. Penn warned that the US is being “overly cautious” in its fear of nuclear weapons.

Democrats hold the thinnest of majorities in the Wolverine State. Democrats control the State House 56 votes to 54, and in the Michigan Senate by 20 votes to 18 Republicans.
Yet that slim majority doesn’t stop Democrats from immediately banning guns and enacting the full left-wing agenda, the full blast of horribles.
One of their key priorities is banning guns, so to that end they have advanced two key pieces of legislation to confiscate guns. The left-wing gun ban package is found in House Bills 4138-4148, sponsored by Reps. Jamie Churches, Sharon MacDonnell, Karen Whitsett, Natalie Price, Brenda Carter, Kristian Grant, Felicia Brabec, Ranjeev Puri, Kelly Breen, Julie Brixie, and Stephanie Young, who are all far-left extremists except Rep. Whitsett.
These gun bills are brought out in response to the February 14th shooting at Michigan State where three students were killed by a crazed gunman who was let off the hook by a Soros District Attorney who has publicly stated she didn’t want to prosecute him prior to the shootings because he was black. The gunman, Anthony McRae, had previously had a felony with a potential five year prison sentence pled down to a misdemeanor with probation because of the far-left prosecutor’s racism, and if not for the prosecutor’s far-left extremism the Michigan State students would be alive today.
The three MSU victims who died because far-left racist prosecutors refuse to use current laws as written.

LEFT-WING DEMOCRATS CREATE CRIME AND CAUSE CHAOS, THEN FUND HARD-LEFT POLICY ‘SOLUTIONS’ THAT ONLY CREATE MORE CRIME AND MAKE MORE CRIMINALS
One is a “Universal Background Check” which is really a way to outlaw all private selling and buying of guns. This is found in HB 4138. Civil Rights gun groups say that this bill will unnecessarily criminalize people who gift or sell their guns to friends or relatives.
Another is a “Red Flag Law” which says that it prevents those with mental health problems from buying guns, while in practice it means that every time someone tells a doctor they’re depressed, they’re at risk of having their gun rights unconstitutionally taken away. This is found in HB 4145.
Neither of these laws even claim to have been useful in stopping Anthony McRae from shooting and killing three Michigan State students last month, and critically injuring five more. Great Lakes Gun Rights Executive Director Brenden Boudreau had this to say about these pending gun bills, and the Republican response, “We’re hearing reports the Republicans like Mark Huizenga and Michael Webber are listening to infamously anti-gun Republican Fred Upton and are considering voting for the Democrats radical gun control package. This would almost certainly be a career ending decision.”
Most of the claims about ‘gun violence’ by the left are ultimately referencing suicides by gun, rather than what any reasonable person understands as true violent crime committed while using a firearm.

Left-wing zealot Governor Whitmer has former Republican Rep. Dave Trott and former Republican Rep. Fred Upton calling and pressuring key Republicans to support gun confiscation. Trott and Upton were loud NeverTrumpers, Upton being one of the few to vote to impeach President Trump. Upton was forced to cowardly resign last year after 36 years in Washington after facing President Trump’s patriots in the primaries. Trott was defeated in part because of criticisms of his role as the “Foreclosure King” evicting thousands of homeowners for debts. Upton was personally wealthy as an heir to the Whirlpool fortune, along with being lavishly funded by the left-wing RINO DeVos family, his friends.

Specifically, Reps. Trott and Upton have allegedly convinced weak Michigan State Senator Mike Webber to flip on guns, going from a pro-gun position to an anti-gun position. Allegedly they are next working on Michigan State Senator Mark Huizenga to be the next person to flip on the second amendment, betraying conservative voters once again.

Republican State Senator Mike Huizenga, under pressure at the moment to betray conservative voters on guns.
Hearings are currently ongoing in the Michigan legislature filled with fake testimonies from people who support left-wing gun grabs by starting their statements by saying, “As a lawful licensed gun owner…” and similar statements suggesting that they are inauthentic.

America First Patriot Representative Neil Friske had this to say to your GATEWAY PUNDIT about these gun-grabbing bills and these various tactics to browbeat Republicans: “Real Republicans don’t compromise on the Second Amendment. I will never vote for gun control measures, no matter what ‘bipartisan’ deals are cut. Shall not infringed means shall not be infringed.”
The pathetic moderate Republicans in Lansing for years resisted even hearing on moderately pro-gun bills for years because they didn’t want to risk offending Democrats, according to Boudreau. Specifically, Boudreau notes that for four years anti-gun Rep. Graham Filler was the Chair of the Judiciary Committee and refused to have a hearing on important pro-gun legislation during that period, including bills that would have reduced the paperwork around gun ownership and would have allowed common-sense gun law reforms. Filler is on the current Republican leadership team as the Finance Chair for the House Republican Campaign Committee, the entity responsible for electing new candidates and re-electing Republicans in tight races.

Ed Dowd joined Steve Bannon on The War Room in late 2022 to discuss the excess mortality rates we are witnessing following two years of the COVID vaccine mandates.
Ed Dowd, an equity investment executive, went on The War Room back in March 2022 with an explosive report on the excess number of deaths recorded in the US since the introduction of the mandatory experimental vaccines.
Back in March Dowd said that U.S. millennials, aged 25-44, experienced a record-setting 84% increase in excess mortality during the final four months of 2021.
According to Ed Dowd, the latest numbers from August revealed an excess mortality rate of 36% for millennials.
Ed Dowd later told The War Room of significant increases in the US disability rate that is directly related to the COVID-19 vaccine.
Ed Dowd told the War Room audience, “So, just to give you some idea of the number I said on your show a couple of weeks ago and to Senator Ron Johnson, there was about 1.2 million we calculated in September. It’s now about 1.7 million starting about February 2021 thru November of 2022. 1.7 employed people have become disabled and that’s a big number.
That is a HUGE number of individuals who have been disabled due to the mandatory vaccines!
Last week Tucker Carlson invited Ed Dowd on to discuss his research on Tucker Carlson originals.
Ed Dowd told the FOX News audience about his research on the unexplained increases in death rates and disability numbers.  Ed Dowd told Tucker, “The only thing that changed was a mass vaccination campaign and mandates.”
On Tuesday Ed Dowd released the Society of Actuary’s (SOA) excess deaths numbers for the 4th quarter of 2022.
In December the SOA found a 43% increase in excess deaths than what was expected for those under 45.
This is a stunning number and it is significantly higher than in October when the number was 13% for those under 45 years of age.

We call this acceleration on Wall Street and it’s a big problem.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (NY) on Wednesday demanded Rupert Murdoch silence Tucker Carlson and other Fox News hosts.
“Order Tucker Carlson and other hosts on Fox News to stop spreading the Big Lie.” Schumer said.
Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries sent Rupert Murdoch a letter demanding he censor Fox News hosts.
“As noted in your deposition released yesterday, Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, and other Fox News personalities knowingly, repeatedly, and dangerously endorsed and promoted the Big Lie that Donald Trump won the 2020 presidential election. Though you have acknowledged your regret in allowing this grave propaganda to take place, your network hosts continue to promote, spew, and perpetuate elections conspiracy theories to this day,” the Democrat wrote in a letter to Rupert Murdoch referring to the Dominion lawsuit.
The Democrats complained about Speaker McCarthy’s decision to give Tucker Carlson access to the January 6 tapes.
Schumer and Jeffries demanded Tucker Carlson and others participate in a Mao struggle session and publicly apologize for saying words they don’t approve of.
“We demand that you direct Tucker Carlson and other hosts on your network to stop spreading false election narratives and admit on air that they were wrong to engage in such negligent behavior,” the Democrats wrote.
“We ask that you make sure Fox News ceases disseminating the Big Lie and other election conspiracy theories on your network,” they wrote.

Since November 2022, almost 700 schoolgirls in Iran have been poisoned by toxic gas.  While there have been no fatalities, some believe the attacks are a deliberate attempt to force schools to shut down to deprive young women of an education.
Others contend that the attacks may be in retaliation for the mass protests that swept Iran after the brutal murder of 22-year-old Iranian woman Mahsa Amini from injuries sustained at the hands of regime thugs. Mahsa was arrested for the “improper” wearing of a hijab.
In December 2022, The Gateway Pundit reported on the more than a thousand Iranian students who were allegedly poisoned ahead of a massive anti-regime national protest.
In October, video captured young women  removing their hijabs and making an obscene gesture at portraits of their clerical leaders in their classrooms.

The Iranian government claims to be investigating the attacks, but their record on human rights and protecting women is abysmal, and public concern, fear and frustration continue to grow.

The first poisoning took place on 30 November, when 18 students from the Nour Technical School in the religious city of Qom were taken to hospital.

Since then, more than 10 girls’ schools have been targeted in the surrounding province.

At least 194 girls are reported to have been poisoned in the past week at four schools in the city of Borujerd, in the western province of Lorestan.

And on Tuesday another 37 students were poisoned at the Khayyam Girls’ School in Pardis, near the capital Tehran.

The poisoned girls have reported the smell of tangerine or rotten fish before falling ill.

Earlier this month, at least 100 people protested outside the governor’s office in Qom.

“You are obliged to ensure my children’s safety! I have two daughters,” one father shouted in a video widely shared on social media. “Two daughters… and all I can do is not let them go to school.”

“This is a war!” declared a woman. “They are doing this in a girls’ high school in Qom to force us to sit at home. They want girls to stay at home.”

Some parents have said their children were ill for weeks after the poisoning.

Another video from a hospital shows a teenage girl lying dazed on a bed, with her mother beside her.

“Dear mothers, I’m a mother and my child is in a hospital bed and her limbs are weak,” says the distraught mother. “I pinch her but she doesn’t feel anything. Please don’t send your children to school.”

A newly unsealed search warrant for Bryan Kohberger’s parents’ home in Pennsylvania revealed a number of items seized by law enforcement during a December 30 raid.
Bryan Kohberger, 28, is accused of fatally stabbing 20-year-old Ethan Chapin of Conway, Washington; 21-year-old Madison Mogen of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; 20-year-old Xana Kernodle of Avondale, Arizona; and 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves of Rathdrum, Idaho on November 13.

The FBI seized a number of items including four medical style gloves and a pair of black Under Armour socks.

One item however has the legal eagles talking – a pair of size 13 black and white Nike sneakers.
A men’s size 13 shoe is uncommon.
It was previously revealed in the probable cause affidavit that police found a “latent shoe print” in blood at the crime scene.
Legal experts at NewsNation weighed in on the unsealed search warrant and the size 13 shoes.

The circumstantial evidence in this case is strong.
According to the court documents, Kohberger’s DNA was found on a tan leather knife sheath left behind on Maddie Mogen’s bed on the 3rd floor at the King Road Residence.
“The sheath was later processed and had ‘Ka-Bar’ ‘USMC’ and the United States Marine Corps eagle globe and anchor insignia stamped on the outside of it,” Idaho police officer Brett Payne wrote in the 19-page affidavit. “The Idaho state lab later located a single source of male DNA (suspect Profile) left on the button snap of the knife sheath.”
According to People, Kohberger had “more than one picture” of one of the female victims stored on his phone.
Kohberger also reportedly messaged one of the female victims on Instagram two weeks before the murders.
Police also executed a search warrant at Kohberger’s Pullman, WA apartment which was located approximately 10 miles from the crime scene.
The search warrant was unsealed last month.
Police found one nitrite type glove, 13 possible hair strands (one possible animal hair strand), 1 collection of dark red spot (possible blood), 2 cuttings from uncased pillow of reddish/brown stain (possible blood) among other pieces of evidence.
No weapons were recovered.
Kohberger could face a firing squad if convicted since a GOP state lawmaker introduced a new bill that would bring back the method of legal execution.

The Walt Disney Company has officially lost its cozy relationship with Florida.
Gov. Ron DeSantis held a news conference Monday in Lake Buena Vista to sign House Bill 9B that will put an end to many of Disney’s governance privileges with the Reedy Creek Improvement District.
Critics charge that Disney will retain much of its tax privileges and that DeSantis has appointed political contributors to the new board.
“The corporate kingdom finally comes to an end, there’s a new sheriff in town and accountability will be the order of the day.” DeSantis said.
“Since the 1960’s they’ve [Disney] enjoyed privileges unlike any other company or individual in the state of Florida.” DeSantis said, adding that Disney essentially had its own government, including exemptions from laws.
DeSantis noted that Disney had also been given huge benefits, had not paid their fair share of taxes and had amassed a municipal debt of over $700 million.

One DeSantis critic in the Legislature says that a better idea than stripping Disney of its privileges with Reedy Creek was to close corporate tax loopholes that she says the company exploits. 
State Rep. Anna Eskamani, D-Orlando, said in a statement that Disney retains the same tax breaks as before and that the new board would be filled with DeSantis-appointed “hostile conservative cronies.”
“It’s absolutely wild to see a self-proclaimed capitalist like DeSantis celebrate the government takeover of a private board which is exactly what the governor just did today,” Eskamani said. “Disney still maintains the same tax breaks — but their First Amendment rights have been suppressed, and it sends a message to any private individual or company that if you don’t purport to what the governor wants, then you’ll be punished.”

DeSantis mentioned the objection Disney had in 2022 to the Parental Choice in Education Act, which banned educators from teaching children about gender identity and other issues from kindergarten through third grade.
“Disney came out against something that was really just about protecting young kids, and making sure that students are able to go to school learning to read, write, add and subtract and not having a teacher tell them they can change their gender.” DeSantis said.
DeSantis noted that the protest from Disney about the legislation was only a “mild annoyance” but added that Disney’s actions had shown that there was a movement within the corporation itself to inject sexualized material into children’s programming.
“We want our kids to be kids, we want them to enjoy entertainment, school, without having an agenda imposed upon them.” DeSantis said, adding, “If you’re going that way as a corporation, those are not values we want to promote in the State of Florida.”

DeSantis pointed out that the situation with Disney was indefensible from a policy perspective, noting that it is not fair one theme park gets preferential treatment over another.
“We believe that was not good policy, we believe, being joined at the hip with this one California-based company was not something that was justifiable or sustainable,” DeSantis said, adding, “So, we said we were gonna do something about it.”
Disney will be treated like any other theme park in Florida, according to DeSantis, and that includes Florida laws that the area has been exempt from up until this point.
The $700 million municipal debt incurred during the corporation’s period of self governance will be paid by Disney and not by the taxpayers who live in Orange and Osceola counties.
Disney will also be responsible for paying its share for infrastructure, something that DeSantis said they weren’t paying for years. 
“I’m glad that we could stand up against some of the madness,” DeSantis said, adding that he was also happy that the Legislature is working on more permanent protections for every Floridian.
