Another child of a politician, Chris Sununu, has aspirations of running for President himself but he received no votes from anyone at CPAC.
Sununu is like Liz Cheney, Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush and others who were spoiled children under their fathers and never grew up.
Sununu, who was somehow voted Governor of New Hampshire, shared on Meet the (De)Press(ed) this morning:
“As far as​ ​former President Trump, I think he’s going to run – obviously he’s in the race. He’s not going to be the nominee. That’s just not going to happen​,”…
“I think there’s a lot of opportunity to bring forward what the Republican ​P​arty – not what we were, not yesterday’s leadership or yesterday’s story, or crying about what happened in November of ‘22 — but what we’re going to bring to the table and get done tomorrow, and that’s what America is looking for​,”
Well said for a child of a politician.
Asa Hutchison, the former governor of Arkansas, also spoke on his fears about President Trump per the Hill:
Former Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R-Ark.) on Sunday said former President Trump’s 2024 message appeals to an “angry mob” in response to remarks Trump made at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference, in which he pitched himself as fighting a “final battle” for “retribution.”
Hutchinson called Trump’s remarks “troubling.”

“First of all, if you want to heal our land, unite our country together, you don’t do it by appealing to the angry mob. And that’s true whether you’re talking about an angry mob from the left or the right. And so that’s problematic,” Hutchinson said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

“Whenever you’re looking at the leader of our country, you don’t want him to be engaged in a personal vendetta. And when he talks about vengeance, he’s talking about his personal vendettas, and that’s not healthy for America, it’s certainly not healthy for our party,” Hutchinson said.
Hutchison has always been a RINO never-Trumper and so his comments are no surprise.
The old GOP establishment and their offspring can’t stand President Trump.  Liz Cheney worked with the corrupt Dems to target Trump for the Jan 6 setup by the Feds after the stolen 2020 Election.
These people are evil.  They’ll steal elections.  Lie about you.  And still they can’t stop President Trump from winning a third election.  Americans can smell a rat or two.

A GoFundMe started by a young boy in Little Rock, Arkansas, has garnered over $90,000 in support of a local Waffle House waiter whose family has been struggling financially.
Kayzen Hunter, only 8 years old, is a regular customer at his local Waffle House, where he and his family go for breakfast almost every weekend, Hunter’s mom, Vittoria Hunter, told Today.
There, they met Devonte Gardner, who Hunter has become especially fond of — and vice versa.

“Every time [Hunter] comes in, I always give him a high five because that’s what he expects,” Gardner told Today. “He’s a wonderful kid. He tells me jokes every time he comes in, like, ‘Hey, Devonte, I got a joke for you,’ and the next thing you know, we’re laughing.”
“It got to the point where we always would sit in his section,” Hunter’s mom said.
“Every time we go in, he’s so smiley, he’s always like, ‘Hey, Kayzen, how are you?’” she said.
Over time, Hunter’s family has come to learn about Gardner and his family — a wife and two daughters — as well as their financial struggles.

A leftist vandalized the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley, California ahead of Ron DeSantis’ visit.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will be visiting the Ronald Reagan Library in Los Angeles to promote his new book ahead of his fundraiser in Orange County on Sunday.
A vandal sprayed “Ron DeFascist” in black spray paint the night before DeSantis’ visit.
Simi Valley Police are asking the public for help with any information on the vandalism.
KTLA reported:
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will be visiting the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley on Sunday, but he has not received the warmest welcome by at least one vandal.
According to the Simi Valley Police Department, library employees spotted graffiti on one of the library’s entrance signs around 7:30 a.m. Sunday morning, hours before DeSantis was scheduled to appear to promote his new book.
The graffiti read “Ron DeFascist” in black spray paint.
The vandalism took place at night and there were no witnesses, police said.
Library staff were able to clean up the graffiti before the Florida governor’s high-profile visit.
DeSantis will be attending a fundraiser hosted by the Orange County Republican Party in Anaheim later Sunday.

Erika Abad, a Nevada State College professor and an alumna of DePaul University in Chicago, shares that, in a world where everything is racially motivated, even how we eat our chicken is a racial issue.
Abad suggests that “specific food and specific aromas” are radicalized and that even that different perfumes have racial connotations.  Abad states,  “All of these smells hint at otherness or assimilation in ways that complement a colorist aesthetic that lends us and prompts us to lean closer to whiteness.”
According to Abad, “how we eat our chicken” and “the level of salt in our food” is racially motivated.
Abad presented the bizarre take during a presentation to DePaul alumni as part of a series called “Perspectives on Racial Justice.”
According to the DePaul Alumni YouTube channel,  “Perspectives on Racial Justice is a series that seeks to further DePaul University’s commitment to ending racial injustice on campus and in our community. Presented by the Office of Alumni Relations in partnership with faculty and alumni experts, the series strives to bring awareness to racial inequalities, continue the dialogue on issues of race and ethnicity and support our communities of color.”

Abad said that “colorsim” can be explained through five points, dubbed the “sense(s) of colorism:” sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste.
On the topic of sight, she referenced hair style and products, arguing that using coconut-based and scented products is about assimilating to “whiteness.”
Then, answering a question posed to her during the live stream, she said that “how [people of color] eat [their] chicken” is also about “whiteness,” but did not explain the details.

Polk County, Florida,  Sheriff Grady Judd has built a reputation of straight talk and being tough on crime.
During the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, Grady told homeowners facing looters during the tragedy, “I would highly suggest that if a looter breaks into your home, comes into your home while you’re there to steal stuff, that you take your gun and you shoot him – you shoot him so he looks like grated cheese.”
On the failures of law enforcement to protect children in Uvalde, Texas, Grady said,“If you come to a school in this county, armed, we’re going to do our best through either our guardians, our school resource officers, or our school resource deputy sheriffs to eliminate the threat outside of the school before they ever get to the children. We’re trained to do that.”
Sheriff Grady is back with more tough talk when it comes to the new gang task force created in the county and in response to a reporter’s question about why a warm and fuzzy approaches to violent gang bangers is not more prevalent.
During a press conference on the recent arrest of an alleged murderer, Grady provided detailed information about the arrest of La’Darion Chandler for allegedly shooting 33-year old John McGee. McGee was shot in the back in December of 2022 and was, as reported by  FOX 13 Tampa Bay, expected to recover. McGee  died on January 9th after refusing medication doctors said was needed to heal.
A reporter asks Grady, “It strikes me that the victim has a mother that cared about him, didn’t want him in that life anymore.  We have this 19-year-old who’s young….how does the gang task force try to get young people, young kids, not to go into this life.”
Grady responds, “Listen, that’s a bunch of hooey…that soft and cuddly feeling, ‘we’re gonna hug a thug and if we give them another popsicle and an icy and a day out at the park they’re gonna be good….’ ”
“Y’all need to wake up. These dudes are taking y’all for fools. These are hardcore gangsters, gang bangers. They’ll eat your ice cream on Saturday and shoot up their rivals on Saturday night…and smile at you in the meantime.”
“So at the end of the day, it all starts with parenting at home when they’re young and keeping them away from this lifestyle. But when we’re having these ‘neighborhood events’ for these 15, 16, 17 year old hard core gang bangers…they’re smiling at you in the daytime and going up and dressing like this at night (the Sheriff shows a teen in gang banger garb.)”

Houston, TX- Two black teenagers attempted to steal a Houston homeowner’s jeep at gunpoint one January afternoon but failed after an error left them “bamboozled.”
As first reported by Fox 26 Houston, the Houston Police Department released footage of the incident on Friday in hopes of identifying the teen robbers.
The police footage opens with the first suspect sneaking up behind the homeowner and demanding his car keys at gunpoint. The homeowner turns to face the armed suspect and reluctantly says he will do so.
A second suspect then shows up and follows them into the garage.

The first suspect orders the homeowner to hand over the backpack inside the car, probably thinking there was money inside. The second suspect snatches the backpack and takes off but this creates a critical problem:
The keys to the jeep are inside the backpack, which prevents the first suspect from starting the car and absconding with the vehicle.
The homeowner follows the man with the backpack while screaming “what are you guys doing?” The first suspect then gets out of the car and runs off as well.
The homeowner claims he heard gunshots coming from the suspect running behind him. Police say the gunshots caused the second suspect to drop the backpack and enabled the homeowner to retrieve his belongings.
The would-be robbers then jump into a blue car, reportedly a Chevy Camaro, empty-handed and take off.

A Texas man is speaking out about his experience following an attempted carjacking where two suspects, one of them armed, followed him home into his garage and tried to steal his car at gunpoint but ended up “bamboozled” and empty-handed.
“They came up on me with a loaded 9mm gun with an extended clip, at least 40 bullets or so,” a Houston homeowner, who wished to remain anonymous, told FOX 26 Houston about the January incident where two males ran up on him after he pulled into his garage. He said he believes they followed him to his home from a nearby gas station.
One of the suspects, who is believed to be a teenager, demanded at gunpoint that the man turn over the keys to his jeep which were in a backpack on the passenger seat unbeknownst to the suspects.
Apparently unaware the keys were inside the backpack, the second suspect grabbed the backpack and took off which prevented the other suspect from starting the car. The homeowner then began chasing the suspect with the backpack at which point he heard gunshots coming from the first suspect who was behind him.
“Usually when they say give me your keys, somebody gives it to them right away, and they’re gone. It didn’t happen that way, so they were bamboozled,” the Houston homeowner explained. “They didn’t know what to do. Luckily, it was a bunch of errors, or I probably wouldn’t be talking to you today.”
The complainant started to run after the suspect that had his backpack and heard gunshots coming from the first suspect, who was running behind him,” the Houston Police Department posted on YouTube along with video of the incident. “The suspect that had the backpack also heard the gunshots, causing him to drop the backpack. The complainant was then able to recover his backpack (with all his property) as both suspects caught up with each other at the 3500 block of W. Holcombe.”
The first suspect is described by police as a Black male with a black hoodie and dark pants while the second suspect is described as a Black male, with a black or gray hoodie, black pants and yellow shoes.
Both suspects are said to have sped off in a blue Chevy Camaro.

On Sunday, the GOP-led Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic released a memo, “New Evidence Resulting from the Select Subcommittee’s Investigation into the Origins of COVID-19 – ‘The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2′”  citing evidence suggesting Anthony Fauci was behind the drafting of  ‘Proximal Origins’ in an effort to squash the lab leak theory.
In April of 2020, The Gateway Pundit reported on the origins of COVID and leak from the Wuhan lab.
Doctors testified at a hearing on February 28th, 2023,  that they told Fauci the virus was leaked from the lab.

The memo reveals: 

On February 1, 2020, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Dr. Francis Collins, and at least eleven other scientists convened a conference call to discuss COVID-19. It was on this conference call that Drs. Fauci and Collins were first warned that COVID-19 may have leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China and, further, may have been intentionally genetically manipulated.
Only three days later, on February 4, 2020, four participants of the conference call authored a paper entitled “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2” (Proximal Origin) and sent a draft to Drs. Fauci and Collins. Priorto final publication in Nature Medicine, the paper was sent to Dr. Fauci for editing and approval.
On April 16, 2020, slightly more than two months after the original conference call, Dr. Collins emailed Dr. Fauci expressing dismay that Proximal Origin—which they saw prior to publication and were given the opportunity to edit—did not squash the lab leak hypothesis and asks if the NIH can do more to “put down” the lab leak hypothesis. The next day—after Dr. Collins explicitly asked for more public pressure—Dr. Fauci cited Proximal Origin from the White House podium when asked if COVID-19 leaked from a lab.
New evidence released by the Select Subcommittee today suggests that Dr. Fauci “prompted” the drafting of a publication that would “disprove” the lab leak theory, the authors of this paper skewed available evidence to achieve that goal, and Dr. Jeremy Farrar went uncredited despite significant involvement.

The evidence available to the Select Subcommittee suggests that Dr. Anthony Fauci “prompted” Dr. Kristian Andersen, Professor, Scripps Research (Scripps), to write Proximal Origin and that the goal was to “disprove” any lab leak theory.
On August 18, 2021, Scripps responded to then-Committee on Oversight and Reform Ranking Member, James Comer, and then-Committee on the Judiciary Ranking Member, Jim Jordan’s, July 29, 2021, letter to Dr. Andersen. In this letter, Scripps asserts that Dr. Andersen “objectively” investigated the origins and that Dr. Anthony Fauci did not attempt to influence his work. Both statements do not appear to be supported by the available evidence.
In Scripps’ August 18 letter, on behalf of Dr. Andersen, it stated:

“In January 2020, Dr. Andersen began investigating the origins of SARS-CoV-2. At every point, Dr. Andersen has objectively weighed all of the evidence available to him…Dr. Andersen’s view evolved consistent with the evidence at his disposal…Scientists must make conclusions supported by the available evidence, even when it conflicts with earlier assessments.”

According to previously released e-mails, this assertion is also demonstrably false. On February 8, 2020, Dr. Andersen stated:

“Our main work over the last couple of weeks has been focused on trying to disprove any type of lab theory…”

This e-mail directly contradicts Scripps’ earlier statement that Dr. Andersen “objectively” weighed all the evidence regarding the origins of COVID-19. Instead, it appears that Dr. Andersen was given direction and sought to formulate a paper, regardless of available evidence, that would disprove a lab leak.

In Scripps’ August 18 letter, on behalf of Dr. Andersen, it stated:

“As for the conference call of February 1, Dr. Fauci did not, in Dr. Andersen’s view, attempt to influence Dr. Andersen or any other member of the ad hoc working group of international subject matter experts with respect to any aspect of the discussion.”

According to new evidence obtained by the Select Subcommittee, this assertion is demonstrably false. On February 12, 2020, Dr. Andersen wrote to Nature to request the publication of what would become Proximal Origin. In this e-mail, Dr. Andersen wrote:

“There has been a lot of speculation, fear mongering, and conspiracies put forward in this space and we thought that bringing some clarity to this discussion might be of interest to Nature [sic]. Prompted by Jeremy Farrah [sic], Tony Fauci, and Francis Collins, Eddie Holmes, Andrew Rambaut, Bob Garry, Ian Lipkin, and myself have been working through much of the (primarily) genetic data to provide agnostic and scientifically informed hypothesis around the origins of the virus.”

This e-mail directly contradicts Scripps’ earlier statement that Dr. Fauci did not influence Dr. Andersen.

Residents in San Bernardino, California are snowed-in and running out of supplies after the latest winter storm dumped several feet of snow in the region.
Some residents are running out of supplies and roads are still closed.
Meanwhile Governor Gavin Newsom is AWOL.
ABC 7 reporter David Gonzales said it is a ‘life and death situation’ in Crestline.
“People are probably dying up here,” he said.
Desperate residents are writing SOS messages in the snow.

Where is the leadership?
A private helicopter tried to land at a supermarket parking lot to deliver supplies and aid but was turned away.
“The parking lot was heavily populated with citizens receiving food rations. Private aircraft are forbidden from landing in declared disaster areas, and Sheriff’s Aviation denied permission to land pending coordination with our Emergency Operations Center to deconflict air and ground operations,” the San Bernardino County Sheriff said.

KABC reported:
Some residents of snowed-in communities in the San Bernardino Mountains expressed despair and frustration as their supplies dwindled and roads remained closed in the area following a severe winter storm.
In Lake Arrowhead, dozens of citizens have been teaming up to collect food and other donations, using helicopters and snowmobiles to deliver them.
“We’ve had notifications of newborns that have no food available, kids that are starving,” said Natalia Hinkleman, a coordinator of the civilian response. “It’s heartbreaking to see how we civilians have taken (it upon ourselves) to do the job.”
Meanwhile, county firefighters have been contending with harsh conditions as they respond to several house fires in the area. Officials believe the recent fires were caused by natural gas leaks that led to explosions.
