Democrat Senator John Fetterman (PA) on Monday returned to Capitol Hill looking disheveled and confused after a prolonged absence during which he received treatment for severe depression.
Fetterman, 53, spent two months at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center receiving treatment for clinical depression.
The dazed and confused Senator looked like a slob as he arrived to Capitol Hill.
This is the same guy who was supposedly sponsoring bills from a psych ward.
“It’s great to be back,” Fetterman told reporters at the Capitol.

Fetterman was absent for so long that Pennsylvania Republicans called on him to appear on camera to prove he is “alive and well” or resign.
Many were skeptical about Fetterman’s condition after he has been unable to speak properly following a massive stroke last May.
Earlier this month, stroke-damaged Fetterman arranged a media rollout as he was discharged from Walter Reed.
Fetterman was an emotional disaster during the interview.
“I had stopped leaving my bed. I had stopped eating. I was dropping weight. I had stopped engaging some of the, most things that I love in my life,” Fetterman told CBS’s Jane Pauley earlier this month.

“User feedback is helping us put Michigan on the cutting edge of voter roll truth and accuracy,” said Tim Vetter, co-developer and co-founder of checkmyvote.org.
Over the past several months, Michigan Fair Elections has piloted its Soles to the Rolls program among its statewide network of volunteers. “The county task forces beta-tested checkmyvote.org and provided feedback,” Patrice Johnson, chair of MFE, said. “The result is greater transparency and improved ease of access to Michigan’s voter rolls. Now, we’re pleased to roll out the program statewide.”

“Dirty voter rolls are a national security issue. Every citizen should be concerned,” said Vetter. “It’s a citizen’s right and duty to participate in a fair election process, and Soles to the Rolls is designed to encourage participation, regardless of a person’s technology skillset.”
Vetter, a manufacturing equipment engineer by trade, understands the critical value of timely and accurate information. “At work, all decisions are data-driven,” he said. “If my source data is not accurate, my company could waste millions of dollars per hour. It’s better to have no data than to have wrong data.”
When asked to describe the importance of accurate election data, Vetter replied, “We citizens have one tool for expressing our voice in this representative government of ours. We have our vote. Asking me the value of my vote is like asking me the value of my freedom.”
Vetter invited readers to go to the CMV website and take a look at the dashboard, designed to assist residents and clerks in every election jurisdiction across the state. “I encourage all Michigan citizens to become a part of MFE’s Soles to the Rolls effort. Use the newly developed digital tools for yourself and assist your local, hardworking clerk to clean Michigan’s Qualified Voter File (QVF) and keep it clean.”
“Anyone who opposes checks and balances on our elections might as well try to argue that football games should have no referees,” said Phani Mantravadi, co-founder of checkmyvote.org. “Human nature is what it is, so wherever power and money are involved, the temptation to cheat is too great for some. This is why the Founding Fathers of this nation enacted the U.S. Constitution.”
The same reasons gave rise to federal transparency laws and compelled state lawmakers to enact laws requiring equal numbers of Democrat and Republican election inspectors at the polls. “Questioning minds help keep everyone honest,” Mantravadi, an information technology engineer, said with a wry grin. He and his wife, Aldona, have three children and are residents of Livingston County.
“With the support of Michigan patriots and our elected clerks, we hope to shut down illegal absentee ballot stuffing operations.” Vetter was referring to “2000 Mules,” a documentary film that showed video security footage of ballot harvesters, called mules, stuffing quantities of ballots into absentee drop boxes nationwide and allegedly rigging the 2020 Presidential Election.
“Every stuffed ballot is required by law to be paired with a voter registration in the Qualified Voter File. This further highlights the importance of clean and accurate voter rolls.” Vetter’s characteristic smile topped his white goatee. “We have three girls by marriage, with two adopted into our family with eight grandchildren, all under the age of five. They are the reason I’m working to defend the integrity of every person’s ballot.” He and his wife, Ann, of 33 years, reside in Oakland County.
To achieve the goal of accurate voter rolls, Vetter says, “CMV [Check Mv Vote] provides the necessary tools for Michiganians, Soles to the Rolls volunteers, and election clerks to support each other in identifying and removing irregularities from our voter rolls.”
In the unlikely event that a registrant is mistakenly removed from the rolls, a Michigan resident need only re-register at their local clerk’s office as late as on Election Day.

Significant need
By Michigan Compiled Law (MCL 168.495 (b)), a voter registration must meet 14 requirements, one of which includes having a complete address. If living in an apartment or mobile home park, registrants must include their apartment or lot number so the U.S. Postal Service is able to deliver an absentee ballot if requested.
“Statewide, the QVF contains over 48,000 voter registrations at trailer park and apartment housing addresses that are missing apartment or lot numbers.” Vetter tapped a few keys, and examples populated his computer screen. “This disqualifies these registrations. They are non-legal and need to be completed or eliminated.”
“In the past four years–since Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson enrolled the state in the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) in 2019–non-legal addresses have spiraled out of control,” Vetter noted. “The SOS Benson may claim otherwise, but the facts and data prove our QVF data quality has gotten significantly worse since that time.”
“Inaccurate and non-standard apartment or lot numbers are a serious issue,” Mantravadi added, and he cautioned those who might feel tempted toward wrongdoing. “Volunteers across the state are tracking and monitoring every address in Michigan. We’re watching for spikes and other anomalies.”
Mantravadi encouraged readers to set their video resolution to view at the best quality and watch this short video below. “You’ll see how easy it is to resolve these unlawful and non-standard address problems.” He questioned why Benson would waste taxpayer money on the state’s membership in ERIC. “She could simply provide clerks with the basic tools they need to clean the QVF.” Since she has failed to do her job, he said hardworking volunteers are filling the gap.

According to the April 2023 QVF, 592 registered voters are located at the Landmark, a high-rise apartment building at 1300 S. University Avenue in Ann Arbor, Mich. Here the 173 apartments average 3.4 registrations each. Of the 126 legal registrants at this location, 113 (90%) voted. Of the 113 votes, nine had no apartment number. Some voter registrations from this location include non-existent apartment numbers. One registrant is listed as residing in an apartment on the 19th floor of this 14-story building.
“This is the sort of discrepancy our volunteers are working with election clerks to identify and resolve,” Johnson said.
Michigan Election Law places complete responsibility with the county, city, and township clerks to verify the accuracy of the names and addresses of registered electors in the QVF. (MCL 168.509r (1))
“When we factor in the myriad ways new voter registrations and voter registration modifications are auto-generated into the QVF, we begin to grasp how data integrity, quality control, and verifications become a monumental challenge for the clerk’s office,” Vetter said.
Mission of Soles to the Rolls
By law, the local jurisdiction clerk has the authority to use any “other means the clerk considers appropriate” to accomplish the cleanup of our voter rolls (Section 168.509dd). By ensuring the integrity of the voter rolls, volunteers can confirm that active registrations and ballots belong to actual living persons at the addresses of record. This is the goal behind MFE’s Soles to the Rolls program and its new Check My Vote.org (CMV) website.
“Our goal is simple. We are helping to clean Michigan’s QVF and keep it clean,” MFE Chair Johnson emphasized. “We have a right to fair elections and a civic duty to participate in the process.”
The new CMV website includes a “Clerk’s Dashboard” to assist in cleaning the QVF by monitoring existing and new registrations and flagging anomalies. Access to the dashboard is limited to clerks, law enforcement, and approved election integrity volunteers.
“We are hoping to approve more volunteers, and we need everyone’s help,” Vetter said.

Functionality of the CMV website
Every voter in Michigan now has the ability to audit their address and/or voting history using the CMV website. Any individual can now audit any address in Michigan. CMV’s QVF audit data is updated every month using statewide data from the Secretary of State. Data geeks will want to check CMV’s “Data Analysis” menu. Here they will find Excel workbooks updated every month with helpful videos describing the data analysis.

After becoming an active volunteer in the Soles to the Roles program, those who become digital canvassers benefit from free access to monthly public QVF data downloads for all counties in Michigan. Following public outrage and global protests by GTV investors after it was revealed that no identifiable victims exit in DOJ’s bogus fraud case against Guo Wengui, the CCP and Guo’s critics are firing back – or at least trying to.
Guo (also known as Miles Guo and Miles Kwok), was arrested on March 15, 2023, and has been held without bail ever since. As Southern District of New York prosecutors argue to keep Guo imprisoned, they claimed that “between April 20, 2020 and June 2, 2020, Kwok [Guo] and his co-conspirators sold approximately $452 million worth of stock to over 5,500 investors” in his media company GTV. Yet, of these 5,500+ investors,  the SDNY named zero of them specifically as victims, and provides no evidence they see themselves as such.
Weeks later, the Wall Street Journal’s Sha Hua, who worked in China and lives in Singapore, claims to have finally found some of them – yet her list raises even more questions.
Her article walks through the narratives from a number of claimed investors with a similar story arc – that they were fans of Guo and his mission, wanted to invest in him, and then didn’t get the returns they were promised, or were unable to withdraw their money. Before diving in to the individuals specifically, it’s essential to note that the article’s main flaw is that the only reason investors don’t have access to their money is because the government has seized it.
Hua of all people should know this, because back in August 2020, merely two months after GTV finished its first fundraising, she herself reported in the WSJ that the SEC and FBI were investigating and seizing investor funds from GTV. As a result of this early attack by the government, GTV never even had the chance to grow.
As was pointed out in a prior article, the government is the only one harming GTV investors, as all of the investor’s money is accounted for; the SDNY’s prosecutors allege that Guo perpetrated a $1.14 billion fraud – yet court filings show that $633.6 million in cash was seized from Guo, and that was in addition to $539 million already seized by the SEC. In other words, the SDNY alleges a fraud of $1.14 billion – and more than that amount, $1.17 billion in cash, was seized. How could Guo have funded his lifestyle with investor dollars when all the money (and then some) is there? (The reason New York prosecutors want his money is simple – so they can use it to fund their own office and further their corrupt witch hunts).
That aside, there are some supposed investors cited in the Wall Street Journal that raise even more red flags.
One individual quoted is a man named Li Zhenghua from Russia. The mere fact that this individual is presently living in Russia destroys all credibility of his claims. As noted in recent reports, Russia has just announced a “no-limit friendship” with the CCP. Even U.S. citizens are warned to depart Russia immediately or face extortions, and abductions for no apparent cause.  Russia is an autocratic state in no position to tolerate criticism of Xi and the CCP. But that’s exactly what a past investment in GTV, a media platform dedicated to exposing the CCP, tells the world: that you oppose the CCP’s tyrannical rule and want to see its downfall.
That a person presently living in Russia can go on the front page of the WSJ to tell the world that he “hates” the CCP without facing any consequences is telling on its own: he is not scared of the CCP because he is not against the CCP. Furthering the obscurity of his claims, Li is described in the WSJ article as someone who lost faith in Guo after apparently seeing him eat Wagyu beef.
Maybe next time the Wall Street Journal of the CCP can write about a “victim” from mainland China, upping its propagandizing standard. Remember, propaganda is antithetical to truth. The more powerful the truth, the more ridiculous the propaganda.
Documents reviewed by the author showed that Zou Ruifang, another so-called investor, invested $50,000 on August 24, 2020, and was refunded exactly $50,000 on August 5, 2021 via a wire transfer. And another person named Liu Jun, supposedly located in Tokyo, could not yet be identified as an investor. According to sources familiar with the matter, no record of Liu’s participating in GTV’s offerings could be located at the time of this writing.
Again, more “investor infiltrators”: a classic communist tactic.
The last one of the individuals listed, Xinze Chu, is described by the WSJ as a “Los Angeles-based truck driver.” They don’t mention he’s accused of fraud in a $73,500 lawsuit in California. According to a legal complaint filed in March 2023, Chu is accused of breach of contract, fraudulent inducement, negligent misrepresentation, and equitable indemnity. Specifically, the filing alleges that Chu misrepresented his affiliation with the Chinese whistleblower movement as cover to enter into a contract with a buyer to sell/transfer 3,500 tokens of the cryptocurrency H-Coin, for the price of $21 each. The lawsuit alleges that Chu never delivered the $73,500 worth of tokens to the buyer, despite taking $73,500 from the buyer (likely because he doesn’t own them). Attempts to contact Chu by the buyer have also been unsuccessful.
What are the odds that all “victims” willing to come forward have circumstances surrounding them like is documented here? Even after the Wall Street Journal devoted an entire article to trying to identify victims of Guo’s alleged fraud – the grand question still remains: where are the victims?
While prosecutors were happy to grant bail to the likes of Bernie Madoff and Sam Bankman-Fried, Guo remains behind bars without a single victim identified.
Don’t be fooled, this is still America, it’s just not our America, it’s the CCP’s America.

Chatbots are all the rage in the west. ChatGPT, Bing Chat, Jasper and many others have taken our societies by storm, and many people have become obsessed with this popular application of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Chinese Tech Giants, not to be outdone, are also developing many models of Chatbot both for the Chinese market as well as for export.
But the development of these applications has found a difficulty that is specific to the Chinese society: censure.
The Chinese government has issued regulations requiring chatbots that use artificial intelligence to stick to the ruling Communist Party line.
Programmers and companies developing bots that do not follow this directive will be held responsible for any ‘subversive’ output.
It’s expected in the industry that this move ‘will likely be the death of further innovation in the sector.’
Radio Free Asia reports:
“‘The content generated by generative artificial intelligence should reflect the core values ​​of socialism,’ the country’s Cyberspace Administration said in draft rules issued for public feedback and comment on April 11.
‘[It] must not contain subversion of state power, overthrow of the socialist system, incitement to split the country, undermine national unity [or] promote terrorism [and] extremism,’ it said, using phrases typically used to target public dissent and criticism of the government.”
The authorities want to see this implemented by year’s end, as Tech Firms are rushing to develop their own chatbots.
Meanwhile, regulators have warned companies not to make available the artificial intelligence ChatGPT to the public.
In 2017, a chatbot called ‘Baby Q’ was discontinued, “after it referred to the government as a ‘corrupt regime’, claimed it had no love for the Communist Party and said it dreamed of emigrating to the United States, amid reports that its programmers had been hauled in for questioning by police.”
Organizations and individuals using AI products to provide services will be held responsible for their output.
Computer scientist Zhang Xiaogang:
“A dictatorial regime will always try to control everything, but this is a ridiculous approach,” Zhang said. “Restricting such things is tantamount to restricting AI itself, which will cause China’s AI to fall behind the rest of the world.”

Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff was heckled during the House Judiciary Committee field hearing in New York City.
The hearing, called “Victims of Violent Crime in Manhattan,” focused on rising crime in New York City.
A man stood up and heckled Schiff as the Democrat lawmaker attacked Trump.
“The GOP Leadership and Congress doing what it has done best the last 6 years and that is to act as the criminal defense counsel for Donald J. Trump…” Schiff said.
A heckler stood up and shouted, “You’re a scumbag!” before being escorted out by Capitol police.

Democrats on the committee refused to address NYC’s skyrocketing crime rate and instead whined about Republicans playing games.
They also falsely accused GOPers of working on behalf of President Donald Trump.

Brame, though, was not putting up with the Democrats’ nonsense. She started off by giving heart-wrenching testimony regarding her son’s brutal murder and torched Bragg for letting two of her son’s killers walk free.
When Alvin Bragg came into office, he was handed a strong, trial-ready case. As soon as he took office, the case immediately began to unravel. He completely dismissed gang assault and murder indictments against two of the defendants clearly on video participating in the brutal, savage slaughter of my son!
If that’s not a threat to public safety, I don’t know what is!

The Democrats, however, remained unmoved. Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) mocked the whole hearing as a “charade.” He also attempted to mansplain Brame on what he saw as the real reasons behind the hearing.
Brame responded by burying Goldman alive.

A Delaware judge on Sunday delayed the Fox News-Dominion defamation trial.
Dominion Voting Systems is suing Fox News for $1.6 billion.
The trial was set to begin Monday morning, however, it is now set to start on Tuesday.
“The Court has decided to continue the start of the trial, including jury selection, until Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.,” Judge Eric Davis said Sunday in a statement. “I will make such an announcement tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 7E.”
Judge Eric Davis of the Delaware Supreme Court (and a registered Democrat) last week sanctioned Fox News for withholding evidence in the Dominion Voting Systems defamation case.
Fox News reportedly apologized to the judge for failing to disclose Rupert Murdoch’s role at the network.
Earlier this month the judge in the FOX News and Dominion case determined that all the statements that FOX News made about Dominion were false.

Biden was quoted saying “No gun should be able to be sold unless your biometric measure could pull that trigger.”
On Biden’s campaign site it’s written he will “Put America on the path to ensuring that 100% of firearms sold in America are smart guns.”

Now Biden’s push for smart guns is even starting to be pushed by conservative leaning news outlet Fox News.
Fox News recently released an article praising the Biofire smart gun, which is a new smart gun coming to the market in 2024.
The Biofire smart gun is a new gun that can be activated by biometrics.
Per Fox News:
The Biofire smart gun is expected to hit the market in 2024.  Some believe that when it does, it could significantly help curb the gun crisis we’re facing in this country. One of the main advantages of Biofire’s smart guns is that they can dramatically reduce accidental shootings at home.  Last year, the New England Journal of Medicine report revealed that firearm-related accidents, homicides and suicides are the primary cause of death for children and teenagers in the U.S.
In addition, smart guns can also help reduce gun theft. Traditional guns can be stolen and easily sold on the black market, contributing to crime and gun violence. However, smart guns that require biometric or electronic authentication are much harder to steal and use illegally by criminals.

The major problems with smart guns is they are easily hacked.
A hacker who goes by the name Plore, previously hacked into the German manufactured  Armatix IP1 smart gun by placing $15 magnets near the barrel of the gun.

Smart guns are also not very safe in a life and death situation.
Think about how many times you were unable to open your phone due to a biometric error, now imagine if that occurred in an emergency situation.
Republicans lawmakers should have their guard up because smart gun legislation is clearly on the Biden admin’s mind and the conservative media is not pushing back on the idea but rather touting the technology.

In an amusing, and at the same time troubling, viral video, a man brings his dog into a veterinary clinic for “gender transition.”
He shares that the dog, festooned in a pink tutu, is male but wants to put the tutu on every time he sees it. He must identify as a female then, right?
“We want to do a gender transition to make him female….but we don’t want to neuter him,” the owner says.
When the staff balks, he asks, “You guys don’t offer sex changes here?”
“No we do not,’ the staff replies. “Go somewhere with a specialist…..we are not a behavioral clinic. We are a general clinic.”
The owner responds, “I wouldn’t call that behavioral. You’re saying gender identity is behaviouralism?”
The staff asks the man to leave and as he departs he says, “I’m reporting this to the LGBTQ+ minus 2 Association of America.”

While an amusing prank, it highlights the absurdity of transitioning a being that is unable to fully give consent.  Yet radicals are comfortable providing body maiming surgery and pumping still developing bodies full of chemicals to children.

Democrat Rep. Katie Porter Saturday night sparred with Piers Morgan and Bill Maher on “Real Time with Bill Maher.”
Katie Porter accidentally admitted something about her own constituents during a debate about gun ownership.
‘Kids are immature!” Kate Porter shouted.
“Not at 21,” Bill Maher said before being interrupted by Katie Porter.
“21-year-olds are immature! That’s why we don’t let them drink until they’re 21. That’s why some of us don’t think that 20 year olds, that 19-year-olds ought to be able to get AR-15s,” Katie Porter added.
“But they can go fight – they can be in the Army! They can vote!” Bill Maher said.
“I thought if you vote you should have a certain level of maturity – they’re deciding whether you should be in Congress or not,” Bill Maher said directing his statement to Kate Porter.
Katie Porter replied, “By the way, I win those votes… and I’m proud of it!”
Bill Maher interjected, “You just said you win the votes of the immature!”
