A U-Haul truck mowed through a crowd of protesters in Los Angeles on Sunday during a demonstration in support of the Iranian people. 
The number of injured individuals is currently unclear.

Hundreds of people marched in Westwood to show support for Iranian protesters as the crackdown on demonstrations in the Middle Eastern country resulted in the deaths of hundreds.
At least 583 people have been killed since unrest began in Iran two weeks ago over the economic crisis, according to the U.S.-based Human Rights Activists News Agency.
In Westwood, activists organized a demonstration in support of the Iranian people. At least two people were examined but denied medical attention, according to the LAFD.
Cellphone video showed the driver being punched as a group of people attempted to get him out of the large truck. The vehicle’s windows were also broken.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump signaled that he may free Iran as citizens rise up against the regime and face brutal persecution and murder from Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s thugs.

HHS Secretary RFK Jr. was on “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to talk about the health of Americans. He also discussed the dietary guidelines for Americans with the new food pyramid.
“I want to get your take on why now you’ve decided to change the guidelines for diet and health. Walk us through those guidelines and what the impact will be?” Bartiromo asked.
“We assembled the best food scientists in the world, from the greatest American universities, and they have been quartered, debating these issues, looking at the science. And we’ve come up with guidelines that are actually going to benefit American health,” RFK Jr said.
RFK Jr explained that previous guidelines were more focused on the interests of the food industry. The new guidelines are designed to promote health and encourage Americans to eat things like fruits, vegetables, dairy, whole grains, and meats.
“The prior guidelines were driven not by health interests, but by mercantile interests of the food industry, which had captured FDA,” RFK Jr said.
“We’ve now flipped the food pyramid, and we are urging Americans to eat real food. Eat whole food, meats and healthy fats like dairy. Fruits and vegetables and whole grains,” RFK Jr continued.
RFK Jr went on to explain that the massive amounts of money the US spends on health is because of poor diet.
“We are spending 5 trillion dollars annually on health. We spend three times per capita what European countries do and we have the worst health outcomes, and it is mainly driven by food,” RFK Jr said.
“The only way that we are going to lower healthcare costs in this country is by helping Americans to change their diet and eat healthy food is the first major step,” RFK Jr explained.
“Why did it take so long to make this an actual guideline of a policy, and how significant an impact will this have?” Bartiromo asked.
“I think the reason that it took so long is that we have not had a President previously that has been willing to stand up to these very, very powerful interests,” RFK Jr said.
“The most immediate impact that we are going to see is with military meals, with federally subsidized programs like SNAP, like the tribal health programs, like Headstart and many others. It’s gonna change the diet in those programs, in prisons. Any place where the federal government, in school lunch programs, any place where the government is involved in subsidizing food,” RFK Jr continued.
“78 percent of the SNAP recipients, of food stamp recipients, end up on Medicaid,” RFK Jr said.
“10 percent of the SNAP prior to when we got in here was going to soda drinks which are poisoning people and giving them diabetes,” RFK Jr warned.
“38 percent of American teens are now diabetic or prediabetic. That was essentially zero when I was a kid. Now it’s one out of every three kids who walks into a pediatrician office, and we can change that with diet,” RFK Jr continued.
“Most people, most type 2 diabetes can lose their diagnosis simply by changing diet. It’s much more effective than pharmaceutical drugs, or pharmaceutical interventions, or medical interventions,” RFK Jr explained.

Federal investigators have opened a criminal investigation into Fed Chairman Jerome Powell.
Powell is under fire for the cost of renovating the Fed’s DC headquarters. The cost ballooned from $1.9 billion to $2.5 billion.
“Powell has asked the central bank’s inspector general to conduct an additional review of the ongoing renovation, CNN previously reported. Last month, some Senate lawmakers grilled Powell over what they depicted as lavish upgrades to its DC headquarters at Powell’s semiannual monetary policy hearing,’ CNN previously reported.
“The Fed’s renovation project was approved by its board in 2017 and originally cost $1.9 billion in 2019. Construction began in 2021, but the cost swelled to $2.5 billion because of “unforeseen conditions” requiring more spending to rectify, such as “more asbestos than anticipated, toxic contamination in soil, and a higher-than-expected water table,” according to the Fed’s website,” CNN reported.
Last July, Jerome Powell was criminally referred to the Justice Department for prosecution.
GOP Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna sent a letter to the DOJ accusing Powell of perjury.
“On June 25, 2025, Chairman Powell provided testimony under oath before the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs regarding the renovation of the Federal Reserve’s Eccles Building. In his statements, he made several materially false claims,” Luna’s letter said, according to Fox News.
Rep. Luna said Powell was lying about the cost of the renovations.
“Separately, in a letter to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Russell Vought, Chairman Powell characterized the changes that escalated the cost of the project from $1.9 billion to $2.5 billion as minor. However, documents reviewed by congressional investigators indicate that the scope and cost overruns of this project were neither minor in nature nor in substance,” Luna wrote.
On Sunday, The New York Times reported that Powell is under federal criminal investigation. US Attorney for DC Jeanine Pirro opened the investigation in November.
Powell panicked and released a video response.
Jerome Powell said the Federal Reserve released grand jury subpoenas from the DOJ Friday that threatened a criminal indictment.

After the capture of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro and the pressure talk of seizing Greenland, fears have gripped Canada again, forcing canucks to take seriously Trump’s designs on Canada.

Carney called for the US to respect the sovereignty of Greenland and Denmark, without commenting on Trump’s designs on Canada.

Iman Osman, despite ongoing criminal charges and an active investigation, was sworn in as a new council member.
Last week, Iman Osman, a Somali migrant and community leader, was sworn in as the Ward 5 Councilor despite facing two felony charges related to stolen property, including the unauthorized taking and receiving of stolen firearms from two estates.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that, according to court documents obtained by WMTW, the alleged crimes involve weapons taken from two separate estates between November 15, 2023, and October 11, 2024.
Although his lawyer initially said he would not resign, in a letter to Lewiston Mayor Carl Sheline and City Council President David Chittim, he tendered his resignation.
WMTW-TV reports that in his letter, Osman said he “did not come to the decision lightly.”
The letter reads in part:
“For the betterment of our community and in the best interest of our city, I believe it is time for me to step aside. I hope my resignation serves as a call to action for those who remain — an opportunity to reflect on the values of respect, inclusivity and kindness that should guide our public service,” Osman said.
“I am grateful for the support I have received from my family and friends, my community and my constituents during my time in public office. I remain committed to our city’s progress and will continue to advocate for positive change in Lewiston.”
On Wednesday, Osman was arraigned in Lewiston District Court.
The indictment accuses Osman of knowingly receiving, retaining, or disposing of firearms or explosive devices that he knew, or had reason to believe, were stolen. He denies the charges.
A separate count alleges Osman unlawfully exercised control over firearms belonging to a second estate.
Additionally, there has been controversy surrounding his residency.
In the indictment, Osman lists his address as 210 Blake Street in Lewiston, a property that has been condemned since October 2024 following a drug raid and the use of chemical agents described as “a deterrent for humans,” meaning the address used by the councilor-elect is legally uninhabitable.
Despite the seriousness of the allegations, the Lewiston School Committee declined to investigate Osman’s residency claims.

An elderly Ocala, Florida, man was executed while gardening in his front yard last week.
Harold Harper, 64, was in his front yard pulling weeds from his garden on Wednesday when 29-year-old Isaac Toye approached him and shot him in the back of the head execution style.
According to reports, Harper’s neighbors called 911 after they saw Toye walking down the street with a firearm.
Moments later, 911 received several calls reporting that a man was suffering from a gunshot wound.
A neighbor heard Harper’s wife say, “My husband is dead!” after she heard a single gunshot.
Toye was charged with second-degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
Police said the attack appears to be random because Harper and Toye did not know each other.
Toye does not have a criminal history in Ocala, however, he does have criminal charges in Tampa.

A Florida man is dead after being shot while gardening, and the suspected shooter has been charged with his murder.
The Ocala Police Department called Wednesday’s shooting a random act of violence.
According to an arrest report, a neighbor called 911 to report a suspicious person, later identified as Isaac Toye, 29, walking with a gun in an Ocala neighborhood on Southeast Third Street.
Moments later, 911 operators received calls reporting that Harold Harper, 64, had been shot in his front yard.
When officers arrived, they found Harper dead with a single gunshot wound to the back of his head.
Officers said they found Toye a short distance away with a loaded 9mm pistol in his hoodie.
A single shell casing was discovered next to Harper’s body that matched the gun Toye was carrying, Ocala police said. He was also found carrying more ammunition.

According to Campus Reform, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (U of I) will host a ‘Big Ten Trans Research Symposium’ next semester, which highlights papers from trans studies and scholars affiliated with Big Ten institutions.
“The University of Oregon Division of Graduate Studies promoted the symposium on Instagram and announced the event will take place on March 27 and 28.”
As stated in their paper submission form, they invite “proposals from scholars and students from all disciplines and interdisciplines whose research meaningfully engages trans studies.”
If this wasn’t sick enough, they also seek to fight “authoritarian efforts” to “eradicate trans life.”
The submission form also states, “This symposium is part of a three-year project funded by the Big Ten Academic Alliance to strengthen intellectual and pedagogical networks in trans studies across the Big Ten.”
As early as 2024, the Big Ten Academic Alliance pledged $30,000 in grants to help. er studies” across campuses affiliated with the Big 10, and this is found on the build “transgender  Illinois.
“Toby Beauchamp, chair of the Department of Gender and Women’s Studies at the university, teamed up with the University of Minnesota to apply for the grant.”
“As a tenured trans studies scholar now, I am thrilled that this grant enables me to facilitate the kind of robust intellectual and pedagogical community that I often wished for earlier in my career,” Beauchamp said, according to a U of I webpage.
This idea and investment in Trans studies is clearly an affront to true academic studies and is part of a broader liberal effort to indoctrinate university students.
“Trans studies today is a dynamic field, growing rapidly even as its interventions and practitioners are increasingly under threat.”
“By centering trans frameworks and examining how the dominant frame of binary gender is inscribed in the practices of all academic fields, trans studies broadly transforms the stakes of knowledge production,” the symposium submission form continues.
This is not the first such program.
In March Boston University hosted “Pre and Early Modern Trans Studies Symposium.”

This could be something described as a real-life horror movie.
A man from Pennsylvania is looking at hundreds of counts for possession of over 100 sets of human remains. Some of it were full, and others were partial human remains and skeletons. The DA said it was a “horror movie come to life.”
34-year-old Jonathan Gerlach from Ephrata, Pennsylvania, was taken into custody by police. Delaware County DA’s office said that police were investigating numerous mausoleums and graves that were burglarized at Mount Moriah Cemetery.

A Pennsylvania man is facing hundreds of charges after “over 100 full or partial sets of human and skeletal remains” were allegedly found in his home and a storage unit in a scene a district attorney described as a “horror movie come to life.”
Jonathan Gerlach, 34, of Ephrata, Pa., was arrested this week by police who were investigating a string of burglarized graves and mausoleums at the Mount Moriah Cemetery on the outskirts of Philadelphia, according to the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office.
“Detectives walked into a horror movie come to life… This is an unbelievable scene that no one involved, from myself, to the detectives to the medical examiners that are now trying to piece together what they are looking at — quite literally — none of them have ever seen anything like this before,” District Attorney Tanner Rouse said Thursday.
“Detectives have recovered an awful lot of bones at this point, and we are still trying to piece together who they are, where they are from and how many we are looking at, and it’s going to be quite some time before we have a final answer,” Rouse added, noting that some of the remains were months-old infants, while others were hundreds of years old. Fox News Reported.
Delaware County DA’s office said that last Tuesday evening police were involved with surveillance at Mount Moriah Cemetery and were able to see skulls and bones in the back seat of Gerlach’s vehicle.
Gerlach was spotted leaving the cemetery with a burlap bag and a crowbar. He was arrested and admitted to part of the thefts. He claimed he stole about 30 sets of human remains.
Police investigation showed that it was closer to 100 partial or full remains, which were found in a storage unit and the suspect’s home.
Gerlach is facing over 450 counts. 100 of those include abuse of corpses, receiving stolen property, and unlawful taking which brings theft charges.
His arraignment hearing is scheduled for January 20th, and he is being held on $1 million bail.
The investigation is still ongoing.

A Harvard University residence hall dean who compared President Donald Trump to Hitler and called police racist was removed from his role Monday, according to an email obtained by The College Fix.
Harvard sent a letter to its residents of one of their halls saying, “We are writing to confirm that Gregory Davis is no longer serving as the Allston Burr Resident Dean of Dunster House, effective today,” Faculty Deans Shirley and Taeku Lee wrote Monday.
“We thank Gregory for serving in this role and wish him and his family the best in their future endeavors.”
Sadly, it’s shocking that Harvard actually fired him, considering their overall liberal bent.
This Dean’s profile has been removed from their website.
A Harvard media relations official told The College Fix, they “cannot comment on personnel matters.”
According to Harvard’s student newspapers, Harvard Crimson, the news came from Davis himself.
“In October, Davis faced calls for his termination after Yard Report, a relatively new right-leaning blog about Harvard, exposed a series of social media posts where he bashed President Donald Trump, mocked Rush Limbaugh’s death, called for hating the police, and denounced ‘whiteness,’” The Fix reported at the time.
In another outrageous post in 2020, Davis wrote that “he doesn’t blame people for wishing ill on Trump, and coupled it with a famous meme from the movie “Rocky IV” that stated, “If he dies, he dies.”
He also compared President Trump to Hitler in 2016.
Davis eventually deleted his social media and claimed, “These posts do not reflect my current thinking or beliefs. I regret if my statements have any negative impact on the Dunster community.”
This dean was also a big proponent of Affirmative Action or racial preferences and debated well-known scholar Heather Mac Donald.
Harvard and other schools should be centers of education and learning, not political indoctrination and bias.

A Washington state-based federal judge on Friday struck down key parts of President Trump’s Executive Order on mail-in ballots.
Trump’s Executive Order required proof of citizenship on federal voter registration forms and required mail-in ballots to be received by Election Day.
President Trump’s EO also instructed the DOJ to take action against states that count ballots that arrive after Election Day.
US District John Chun, a Biden appointee, blocked certain parts of President Trump’s March 2025 order cannot be implemented in Washington state and Oregon.
Judge Chun said Trump’s executive order violated the Constitution’s separation of powers and claimed the President exceeded his authority.
The White House responded to the judge’s ruling.
“President Trump cares deeply about the integrity of our elections and his executive order takes lawful actions to ensure election security. This is not the final say on the matter and the Administration expects ultimate victory on the issue,” White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson told Fox News.

A federal judge in Washington state on Friday blocked the Trump administration from enforcing key parts of an executive order that sought to change how states administer federal elections, ruling the president lacked authority to apply those provisions to Washington and Oregon.
U.S. District Judge John Chun held that several provisions of Executive Order 14248 violated the separation of powers and exceeded the president’s authority.
“As stated by the Supreme Court, although the Constitution vests the executive power in the President, ‘[i]n the framework of our Constitution, the President’s power to see that the laws are faithfully executed refutes the idea that he is to be a lawmaker,’” Chun wrote in his 75-page ruling.

RESTORING TRUST IN AMERICAN ELECTIONS: Today, President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order to protect the integrity of American elections.
This Order strengthens voter citizenship verification and bans foreign nationals from interfering in U.S. elections.
The Election Assistance Commission will require documentary, government-issued proof of U.S. citizenship on its voter registration forms.
Agencies like the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Social Security Administration and Department of State must provide states with access to Federal databases to verify eligibility and citizenship of individuals registering to vote.
The Attorney General will prioritize prosecuting non-citizen voting and related crimes, including through use of DHS records and coordination with state attorneys general.
Federal election-related funds will be conditioned on states complying with the integrity measures set forth by Federal law, including the requirement that states use the national mail voter registration form that will now require proof of citizenship.
The Order improves the integrity of elections by directing the updating of the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines 2.0 and security standards for voting equipment and prioritizing federal grant funds accordingly.
This includes requiring a voter-verifiable paper ballot record and not using ballots in which the counted vote is contained within a barcode or QR code.
It directs the Attorney General to enter into information-sharing agreements with state election officials to identify cases of election fraud or other election law violations.
Non-compliant states may face prioritized Federal enforcement of election integrity laws and loss of funding given their unwillingness to police fraud.
