A Utah judge on Friday barred the media from recording Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson during a hearing.
Robinson was back in court on Friday seeking to disqualify Utah prosecutors over a conflict of interest.
Judge Tony Graf banned media cameras from filming Robinson after the defense said they have concerns about lip reading.
The New York Post reported:
Tyler Robinson’s court hearing took a strange turn Friday when a Utah judge barred a media videographer from filming Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin in the courtroom over lip-reading concerns raised by the defense.
Utah District Judge Tony Graf prohibited the pool cameraman from filming the 22-year-old murder suspect, warning close-up footage of him could prejudice the remainder of the hearing.
“During the remainder of this hearing, the camera shall not photograph Mr. Robinson at all,” Graf ruled.
“That will be the sanction of this court. I will allow the pool camera operator to reposition the camera to adhere to that.”
The decision came after Robinson’s attorneys brought up their concerns with Graf, arguing the videographer zoomed in on their client, capturing their conversation, ABC 4 reported.
Robinson’s counsel showed the judge two clips of previous footage they said violated court rules.
Last month, Tyler Robinson made his first in-person appearance in court and was caught on camera chatting with his lawyers.
Robinson smirked, whispered and laughed with one of his lawyers before Judge Graf began the proceedings.
The hot mic picked up some whispers but it was impossible to hear exactly what Robinson told his lawyer.
According to a lipreader, Robinson told his lawyer that he thinks about the shooting ‘daily’ and said he isn’t sleeping at night.

Not only did they describe the illegal alien as an “immigrant” but they also left out the most important detail of all. The individual who was shot had attacked the officer with a shovel.

ICE agents were involved in another shooting in Minneapolis on Wednesday evening as Governor Walz claimed federal agents are “going door-to-door ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live.”
According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, ICE agents shot a shovel-wielding Venezuelan after he tried to assault federal law enforcement officers.
A Venezuelan teen was shot in the leg.
“I’m told ICE was making contact with a target who then allegedly assaulted an officer with a shovel or swung a shovel, shots were fired, and the suspect ran back to a house,” Bill Melugin said.
The suspect was shot in the leg and is in custody in stable condition.
ICE agents are under constant threats, attacks, and harassment as the left labels them Nazi thugs.
The media has only worked to inflame tensions and whip left-wing extremists into a further fit of violence.
Anyone who attacks an officer with a shovel should expect to get shot, they should consider themselves lucky to only get shot in the leg as was the case here.

Former Vice President Mike Pence has admitted he does not like many of President Trump’s policies and is urging the Supreme Court to strike down his use of tariffs.
Pence, who notoriously betrayed Trump and the MAGA movement by refusing to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election, has spent much of the last five years working to undermine his former boss.
During an interview with RealClearPolitics, Pence said there were so many things he disagreed with he did not “know where to start.”
He began by criticizing Trump’s proposals to cap credit card interest rates.
“The most rudimentary understanding of the financial industry tells you that it will just greatly reduce the availability of credit for middle and lower-class Americans. It just will. Price controls don’t work.”
Pence then went on to slam Trump’s tariffs, despite supporting them during the 2016 campaign and his time as vice president.
He also urged the Supreme Court to “reset the constitutional balance” and strike down Trump’s tariffs:
I’ll go on another issue, for years labor unions traditionally embraced protectionist policies, embraced tariffs, but under this president from Liberation Day we’ve seen a full throated embrace.
Tariffs are really price controls, they just make the cost of goods imported in the country artificially high.
That’s how they impact price and as I’ve said many times online it is  beginning, I think, to dawn on most Americans that American businesses and American consumers pay American tariffs.
I’m hoping the Supreme Court resets the constitutional balance on that.
With all due respect to the long tradition of the Democratic Party, I started as a Democratic in politics, I became a Republican because of a set of principles, chief among them is free market economics, limited government.
So the embrace of price controls, the embrace of broad based unilateral tariffs is just the latest example. And it is also what Advancing American Freedom has been a leading voice challenging from very early on.

Trump is currently imposing tariffs under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, which allows the president to restrict imports on national security grounds without congressional approval.
He is also using Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974, which permits tariffs to counter unfair foreign trade practices after an executive-led investigation.
A Supreme Court decision on its legality is expected in the coming weeks.

“The woman killed by a hit-and-run driver who dragged her down a Brooklyn block Friday morning has been identified as former Nickelodeon child star Kianna Underwood, law enforcement sources said.
Underwood, 33 – who appeared on the final season of the popular sketch comedy show All That in 2005 – was crossing at the intersection of Watkins Street and Pitkin Avenue in Brownsville when she was struck around 6:50 a.m. by a black Ford SUV, police and sources said.
Footage obtained by The Post shows the car – which cops say was heading west on Pitkin Avenue – traveling for about a block before Underwood’s body tumbles out from underneath it.”

“The Deputy Commissioner of Public Information confirmed to Page Six on Friday that officers responded to a call in Brooklyn’s Brownsville neighborhood, where Underwood was found with severe injuries and pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities confirmed that the operator of the vehicle “did not remain on scene” and no arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
Surveillance footage showing a black vehicle fleeing the scene after hitting a pedestrian, who is blurred to protect their identity.
Authorities told us the 33-year-old was found with severe injuries and pronounced dead at the scene.
Underwood began acting at just 7 years old and landed her breakout role in 2005 when she joined the cast of Nickelodeon’s ‘All That’ for its tenth season.”

As the leftist propaganda machine tries to brand Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officer Jonathan Ross a ruthless killer for taking Renee Good’s life before she could take his, remember who he was trying to arrest in Minnesota.
On Saturday, ICE released a “worst of the worst” list of illegal alien criminals the agency now has in custody.
ICE Director Todd M. Lyons, obviously aware of the media firestorm surrounding his agency and the narratives being perpetuated, commented, “Regardless of staged political theatrics, ICE is going to continue to arrest the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens in Minnesota and elsewhere.
“Some of these criminal aliens have had final orders of removal for 30 years, but they’ve been free to terrorize Minnesotans.”
Fox News reported on the release the same day, posting information about the aliens. Keep in mind, when people like Good and her cabal of activists block the streets and endanger officers, this is who they are helping. They included:
Sriudorn Phaivan is an illegal immigrant from Laos. He has convictions for strong-arm sodomy of a boy and another for strong-arm sodomy of a girl. He also has a conviction for aggravated sexual assault and a rap sheet of other convictions, including nine counts of larceny, drug possession, vehicle theft, and obstructing justice.
He has been under a deportation order since 2018.

Another Laotian immigrant, Tou Vang, has been convicted of sexual assault, procuring a child for prostitution, and sodomy of a girl under 13. He has been subject to deportation since 2006.

A third illegal immigrant from Laos, Chong Vue, was ordered to be deported in 2004. He was convicted in the strong-arm rape of a 12-year-old girl. He also was convicted of kidnapping with the intent to sexually assault a child.

The Justice Department has launched a criminal investigation into Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and far-left Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey for interfering with ICE operations.
According to CBS News, the investigation centers around public statements made by Walz and Frey.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche this week said he is focusing on Walz and Frey after riots erupted in Minnesota.
“Walz and Frey – I’m focused on stopping YOU from your terrorism by whatever means necessary. This is not a threat. It’s a promise,” Todd Blanche said earlier this week.

According to The Washington Post, the DOJ has issued subpoenas for Walz and Frey.

The Justice Department is investigating Minnesota officials, including Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, over an alleged conspiracy to impede federal immigration agents, an extraordinary escalation in the Trump administration’s clash with Democratic leaders there, multiple sources familiar with the matter told CBS News.
One of the sources, a U.S. official, said the investigation stems from statements that Walz and Frey have made about the thousands of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers and Border Patrol agents deployed to the Minneapolis region in recent weeks.
Thousands of federal agents have been deployed to Minneapolis to arrest illegal alien criminals.
Both Governor Walz and Mayor Frey have lashed out at the Trump Administration for dispatching ICE agents to Minnesota.
Mayor Frey demanded residents and local police fight ICE agents in the street.
“We’re in a position right now where we have residents that are asking the very limited number of police officers that we have to fight ICE agents on the street,” Frey said.
Tim Walz this week during a primetime address urged Minnesotans to stalk, harass and record ICE agents for future prosecution.

Federal immigration agents arrested a Cuban national this week after he used his vehicle as a weapon, ramming two U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) vehicles while attempting to evade arrest in a busy San Antonio parking lot.
According to ICE and local law enforcement sources, 25-year-old Cuban national Robyn Argote Brooks, who entered the United States in 2024 via the Biden regime’s disastrous CBP One app, refused to comply with federal officers during a targeted immigration stop near the Walmart Supercenter on Blanco Road on January 13.
Video footage shows Brooks refusing orders to exit his vehicle, then accelerating in reverse and forward in a flagrant bid to escape, smashing into federal vehicles deployed to block his path.
One ICE agent, identified as Field Office Director Miguel Vergara, was hospitalized with injuries sustained when one of the agency’s vehicles was struck.

Federal officials confirmed Brooks was ultimately subdued after an agent broke into the vehicle and took him into custody. He now faces a federal felony charge of destruction of government property, which carries up to a decade in prison and significant fines if convicted.
“One of our officers was injured in this vehicle attack and we are praying for him, his health, and his family. As sanctuary politicians have encouraged illegal aliens to evade arrest, they have created an environment that incites violence against our law enforcement,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
“Our ICE officers are facing a 3,200% increase in vehicle attacks against them and a more than 1,300% increase in assaults against them. Secretary Noem has been clear: anyone who assaults law enforcement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

Under Trump’s administration’s renewed focus on enforcement, DHS officials are revealing a staggering spike in aggression from those who feel entitled to remain in the country illegally.
Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin warned that ICE officers are currently facing a 3,200% increase in vehicular attacks compared to the same period last year.
