President Trump speaks to reporters at the World Economic Forum following Greenland meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte
In Davos, Switzerland, President Trump spoke to reporters and commented on his meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, saying that they agreed to the framework of a “long-term deal” on Greenland and the Arctic region.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, he announced earlier in the day that the meeting was “very productive” and created a framework for a deal “with respect to Greenland and, in fact, the entire Arctic Region.”
He further announced that scheduled tariffs on eight NATO members have been suspended as negotiations, led by Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, and other administration officials, continue.
